A fake review is a deceptive act "Good" or "Bad" and is something that affects commerce.

More specifically

"that costs like 70 dollars a month." Untrue, trying to affect commerce.

"Very deceiving that they don’t tell you this up front." Trying to devalue company so others will not buy.

Now if the review is real and (actually purchased the dongle) the consumer just did not read all of the information on Tri Cascades page, that's fine. But if it is fake and reviewer never purchased a 5g Dongle but was only posting to deceive consumers, that is illegal.

Personally, IMO I do not believe you wrote the review and agree unverified reviews should not be allowed.

Agreed with close to 25,000 post I would feel bad if they were not being paid for their services. IMO if they are not a paid basher I would just feel bad.

25,000 post x Average post 5 minutes? (just a guess) = 125,000 min
125,000 / 60 min = 2,083 hours
2,083 hours / 24 hours = 87 days

87 days of their life wasted on SRMX. This does not include other sites or deleted messages. Or reading every message they respond to.

Good or bad reviews should come from someone who actually purchased the device. Other than that people should not leave reviews. Positive or negative fake reviews are illegal. The negative review on amazon if "real" should be allowed to stay, but with all product reviews being unverified, means all the buyers purchased the Dongle on Tri Cascades site, which clearly stated everything that was negative in the review. So either the reviewer spent $350 dollars on a device and did not read any details on it or the review is fake. Also, If you did leave the positive review and it is fake (cannot prove you own the device prior to review date, tracking info, order number, ect.) You to could be subject to penalty and IMO should take it down.

I do know one of the people who posted a positive review and they genuinely love the product. It’s not a bad thing if someone likes something to post a real review to show their excitement. (If they actually bought one and use it everyday)
