Love this. Just rocking down the highway picking up dollars every step of the way.
If you are t buying now you are missing the boat.
Fine with me. I’ll just keep adding to my positions every month. It’s like Christmas for pot investors.
Agreed on Tru.
Ten years from now they will have a thousand dispensaries and ten billion in sales. It’s like buying McDonalds when they just started out.
It’s a long term hold with superb results.
Word is the 16th of August. Numbers will be excellent, gross profits steady, very small loss from the digestion of Harvest.
Otherwise it’s about opening more dispensaries since they have the grow.
Florida is a seed to sale state. If you are licensed to grow then all products must have a chain of authenticity for retail dispensaries.
Which means private label is your own product.
Yes. Private. No
Have a great weekend my friend
Another sterling week at Tru. Holding market share. So what’s new?
Btw, it appears Jungle Boys have come back down to earth. But hey, quality means something. They must have run out of their Tru wholesale, eh? Biggest new deal in Florida. Just get permission from OMMU and you can wholesale to others who can’t grow for shit. What a country.
Have a great weekend my friends. Love long.

On an asset basics and licenses held, Trulieve has an intrinsic value of $18.50 a share. So it is no surprise that it’s called an accumulation right now.
Everyone relax. Tru, in a down week for everybody, held 46% market share in flower and 42% of all oils. They doing just fine thank you. Second quarter mid next month. Expect a nice revenue bump as their other states’ dispensaries kick in. Profits will be interesting although the digestion of Harvest is pretty much in the rear view mirror for the most part.
Florida will remain Florida. Tru’s growth must now come from outside the state. These numbers will be more important since double digit growth must come from PA, MA, AZ, WV, and it’s budding wholesale business.
It’s my contention that the sheer amount of SKUs is what captures their long term clients. Choices are almost overwhelming which leads to let’s try this, and that. Their “baskets” are significantly larger than all their competitors in Florida. If they can do this in their other states, look out below.
Probably closed. The Grow Healthy dispensary near me has almost no traffic while Tru is always busy just down the street.
Trulieve has opened four more dispensaries the past 30 days with many more to come. Estimates are 180+ by years end.
Some wags are calling Tru the Walmart of Cannibis. I can dig that. Nothing wrong with being number one in store retail
And the stock keeps dropping. It’s like we are on a yo-yo used by day traders.
In six months we be singing psalms

Smart move by the major stockholders. With this filing if Tru gets a US exchange listing, they will be free to cash some of their shares, or even sell additional stock for cash instead of going to the debt market.
Btw, McDonalds did the same thing forty years ago. Ray Krock was no idiot either.
Jushi is so unvalued it’s ridiculous. Minimum should be about four bucks a share based on asset value and revenue stream.
I think the entire market would like that
As of 1 July OMMU report - 46% of flower, 38% high THC, 32% lowTHC. Not bad. 40,000 oz plus, 106-million THC. just another $15-mil week in Florida. And the price wars are still rocking
Look. Cannabis companies are no longer trading vehicles unless you have a cast iron temperament.
They are, however, great investment opportunities. And the leader is Trulieve. Why? Because it’s an agricultural business and nobody grows better Cannabis period. In Florida alone they have 48% of the entire market with only 25% of the dispensaries. Now why do you think they dominate?
Quality, availability, depth of SKUs, and the best marketing in the industry. And they are the price controllers.
And eventually the Feds have to legalize it.
And it will. For those who have trouble with great companies with superb leaders I turn your attention to Apple from 2001-2003. Those who held on got to give two x wives hundreds of thousands
No wives now and I understand the abo
Patience grasshopper
I saw no connection to Kim at all in that article.
When folks wish to paint an independent wife with a stupid husbands sins, they are the stone throwers
And Tally has always been a cesspool
Yep. People hate successful women. First, she helped put the nurseries together to form Trulieve. She was their attorney. Then an internal revolt put her in charge. Over half the shares, then called super shares was payment for all the work putting the place on the map. And any good M&A attorney will tell you,
Florida is a bitch, the Feds are suspicious of combining three separate operational anythings, and you can figure the rest.
It’s just old- fashioned jealousy, Cabos.
Cannabis Times, or Business. Can’t cut and paste on my current technology and it works, so why get more of what you couldn’t use.
Eighty thousand dollar fine in NJ for not obeying the difference between medical and recreational MJ
Not cool.
Agreed.
Understatement of the year
38,000 flower, 96.4 Mil oils vapes etc. over one mil on low THC. Damn good numbers for another week.
For grins, a company called Jungle Boys with one dispensary in Ocala did over 1,000 ounces in one week. Selling pounds perhaps. If everyone that purchased did the full 2.5 ounces with no back purchases ( about as likely as Cabo walking on the moon), they had 400 buyers of full load. Never. Best run in recorded OMMU history was 512 ounces four years ago when competition could be counted on your fingers.
Otherwise

Yes. It’s been a good thing for Trulieve with its three million sf of grow here in the sunshine state. But every transaction needs permission from the OMMU, so it’s not that big a deal.
Couple hundred here. Couple hundred there. I’ll follow if down to eight. Then back up the truck.
And the big wheels keep on turning.
Onward.
Most undervalued MSO in America.
Good move. It’s a screaming buy now.
Interesting observation - Trulieve’s major portion of outstanding debt is at eight percent. With the Fed raising rates in significant amounts and signaling they will do it again and agin, that debt looks like a pretty good deal.
Aaahhh so that’s whose shares I brought this morning. Up Five percent so far today. This company is probably the number one acquisition target in the industry. Should go for six bucks a share minimum. 31 dispensaries to date. Powerful positions in PA and VA.
Meanwhile back at the ranch Trulieve continues its market dominance in Florida while nearly 3,000 new customers hit the field every week.
Tru estimates 72% of them become regular customers. Flower has been holding steady around 38,000 ounces a week while vape and edibles have exploded in volume
My last visit cycle was confirmed that store volume remained steady and individual purchase baskets had increased in size. More clients were mixing product sets.

At nine bucks and change I couldn’t resist
I feel like a thief.

Paperwork has basically been completed to the point that Biden signs today, Trulieve announces it has applied to the NYSE for listing tomorrow.
Actually things are looking very good for Tru. Their runaway flower PUC sells out within 24 hours every time it hits the dispensaries. Their new CS system will be able to give additional info into marketing that should add twenty percent uplift to all their acquired assets.
They are spending money to build out a multiplayer strategy across the US which will help to control costs in real-time. This is a get it ready to rock and roll year for Tru. When everything changes after November, and it will, Tru will be the biggest winner of all in 2024
And Kim will get her Fortune cover.
Unreal. Right now the market is valuing Jushi at just $11-million per dispensary, including all cultivation, packaging, and licenses.
Insanity. I’m buying all I can get my hands on.
Always stick with a woman on a mission

Excellent numbers for the week again. Over 100-mill Vape and 36,000 ounces. Solid market share. The machine is in gear. No wonder the exec’s purchased more shares. Cheap.
