Oh my ... re; because of the millions and millions of shares that come on the market from 144s coming of age many of these shares if time ("coming of age") were the criteria would have been sold already. The volume of recent days/months does not justify this fear. Certainly if progress does appear this summer our share price will deteriorate. IMO the majority of 144 holders are holding at this point. I had heard the delay in naming a SHM date was because they were waiting on a couple things to happen first. Either one believes they have the technology and capability to bring it to market or not. The stock is not any more desirable at 20+ cents or 30+ cents. We will be worth a ton, or just a tear.

As long as we see revenues from the film, it should be included in the website. The film is perhaps the only proven value with New Visual. Nevertheless our focus and direction is the communications sector not entertainment. So in that respect the website should be divided in two sections, like it is, but with the exception that news and/or PR's should be listed in their appropriate departments or section. I agree, "entertainment" news should not be listed on the front page of our website.

LOL, you da man!
Yet another company making plans on the move to offer video over wire. I like their use of a particular word, could it be?!
Qwest ready to go to video
Like other U.S. telephone companies, Qwest is getting set to pump video and TV services into homes, to counter recent moves by cable providers to sell Net-based phone services.
Qwest Communications International is the latest of the major U.S. telephone companies getting set to pump video and TV services into homes, to counter recent moves by cable providers to sell Net-based phone services.
"We hope to be able soon to offer our customers video services as part of a bundle," Qwest Chairman and CEO Richard Notebaert told analysts Thursday following the release of the company's first-quarter earnings. Notebaert said during a conference call that Qwest is now finalizing partnerships with various providers of video content and that a new offering is expected "soon," though he did not elaborate. Qwest intends to craft joint marketing deals to match up partners' video offerings with its own voice, data, and wireless products, he said.
Qwest is the third of the nation's four major phone companies to tip their hand about upcoming video services. SBC Communications recently said it intends to offer video, and BellSouth is reportedly testing a video service. Verizon Communications hasn't given any indications yet about video.
Most analysts see the eventual move into cable TV and other video entertainment as part of a trend among cable and telephone companies to use bundles of steeply discounted services to attract and keep customers. Cable companies sell TV and broadband access at discounted rates when bought as part of a package of services. Telephone companies offer similar deals on telephone and broadband connections.
Until recently, telephone companies didn't worry about cable operators adding voice services to their bundles. But the growing sophistication of voice over Internet Protocol technology, which turns voice signals into digital packets for dispatch over the Internet, lets cable companies sell packages of telephone service, cable programming and broadband connections.

LOL, I wish I knew. The SHM is a good forum where progress in the past year is presented and the plan for the up coming year is revealed.
When I said "you" I didn't mean it necessarilly you specificly. Just that what we have here is a faith investment. Either one believes in New Visuals statements or one doesn't. To say yes I believe they have this tech but question every step or every day that you don't hear answers only serves to frusterate yourself. To question whether they can "produce" for the shareholders is the basic question in all investments. Risk vs Reward. The more likely a company can produce, the less one generally receives in his return on the investment. With New Visual the oposite is present. There is a greater risk of failure here, hence the greater promise of good returns.
Your missing the reason why he hasn't. He last spoke publically about NVC during last years SHM. It is still obtainable though NVC's website but doesn't allow for cut/pasting. Our board are well able to comprehend the issues at hand. So if you would like not to believe New Visual, than their silence is because they have nothing. On the other hand if you believe what all these people have said (board members) about New Visual, than one must conclude that Dr Greaves is not able (due to non disclosures) to talk about Embarq at this time. We are still in the time frame of news disclosure given by Ketch. The next qtr report is due in two weeks and this year's SHM is not that far off. We will be hearing about Embarq.....
Its always something here.
We never get prs....then one comes
We don't have the right CEO...then we get one.
We never finish our prototype....then it gets finished and sent out.
We never will sell the movie.....then we do.
We can never get funding......yet we've stayed in business and funded this venture for years. Funding is a continual process.
We never hear progress on the testing of our prototype....we will, just hasn't happened yet.
Fam
Not necessarilly to your first part. The lack of a new funding package in place could be several factors or a combination of them. Such as our board of directors waiting for a good package that doesn't give away our company or control. Also one that may not have too high of costs associated with it. Many "financiers" has lost a bundle in the telecommunications industry. Good funding will be hard to come by. Sure they will investigate us, but even with inside information and non disclosures in place the info they might get still is preliminary information meaning we have not finished our development and profit scenarios are guesstimates. Now that we have finalized our movie deal, we now have different colateral to mortgage a loan or new funding against. Still we have great debt, so there are many factors lenders will be looking at. I believe we are in good hands with Ketch and a lessor degree with Cooper in finding a new funding package.
On your second part, absolutely, they will be privy to information we don't have and they will not be "investing" in NVC, they will be expecting their money back and more...
scratch, scratch... . ... ..
Not for the dog, lol. The news is good. No matter what the specifics are, we now have a source of funding to propel our tech forward and a source of equity to place a loan against for additional funding....
New Visual is a narrow focus company now. As we know they are focusing on the Embarq technology. This very narrow business plan limits the news they can give us at any given time. When news comes they will tells us. Their quietness need not reflect problems, only that their individual works are not finished. Everywhere in their filings they have said our shareprice will be volital. We all invested because we had a belief in the company and management that they have the technology for many of the industry's problems. Nothing has changed to indicate different. We all want answers, timing of these answers are up to our company. They must perform like good leaders and deliver these answers when its in the best interests of our company, not shareholders. We are still inside the window of events that they have promised us, rushing answers now may only hurt our long term prospects. I don't like it, but my trust is in the character of our management and their ability to make the correct decisions based upon their careers to this point.

how much have we spent the last few years to develop our tech and pay the bills? specific numbers not needed.
Was this the simulation device used for our inhouse testing
Many successful people are not liked or approved of in our circle of close friends, for often they are competitive in nature. And success is not a destination but rather a state of mind translated to action. Everyone can fail and fall down. Successful people keep getting back up. Most never try. Your past couple posts are breaths of fresh air to a stale board, thanks. To bad the foolish do not listen to advice and the wise seldom need to hear it. And your right, anyone who says investing is not gambling is decieving themselves. I believe we have a good bet here. There is a window of time though and it is not getting any longer, hence many's frusteration. Still we are in the game, and I am believing the payout will be great It is only by our directors perserverence that we are still in business, they do need to be respected and appreciated. To build a company is a very difficult challenge.
Best Wishes, Fam
Nice informative post. Indeed if the information you have provided is time accurate and New Visual's technology is as fast and profitable as they stated, then our "testers" are probably going to be future partners in this endeavor in getting this technology to market as fast as possible. The sooner this technology is deployed, the sooner all parties are making money. If indeed one or more do become partners, then to some degree I would expect not only will they provide financial assistance but the float will evaporate too for various reasons. Our investment here need not wait till we see ASIC's in production to generate appreciable increases in our pps.
Scratch, scratch ... . .. ... The letter was not a pr in any shape, but it did tell us some things. We know a liitle bit more about the tech. and its capabilities. We know that Tom Cooper is still actively involved and helping us towards our goals with his connections. And we continually hear from New Visual that their desire to fund this, will be looked first from non-delutive measures. This consistant approach shows that our management has our best interests at heart. It was a welcome letter. Now lets see some bones

Good post Brady. I like your optomism Cosmo, is your sincerity keeping pace. Do we have a battle even here developing. We all have opinions, they may differ at times. But what unites us is our common goal of New Visual succeeding. Our opinions need not be united but a house that stands devided will fall. It is good and the purpose of this board to offer a forum of different opinions and a place to present facts about OUR investment. Truely the dog days are here when we begin fighting with our fellow shareholders. We are all tired of waiting to varying degrees. NT has recently posted some of our near term goals. As long as we are shareholders, it is better to walk towards these goals together learning from the wisdom of our fellow shareholders and if we disagree, well that is one of the blessings in America, to disagree on something without being punished for it. Many of us have waited this long, surely these last days before we begin building ASIC's can be endured. Go NVEI!
Best wishes, Fam
I believe we will have news by the 31st.
I also feel for a company to promise something and back themselves into a corner is irresponsible. And that is because of a proported timeline. In a developmental company, I do fine it necessary to impart vision and propose timing of goals but to wait till the last day......
Well, in reference to selling on thursday if we don't get this news, sure you bet there will be some selling. But not the size of selling some suggest. I may not speak for most shareholders but I will not sell my shares on lack of faith until I hear from management why we didn't meet this milestone. This is a dynamic business. Things happen. I will be disappointed but I have invested in this stock managed by men of charactor, esteem and past success's; because I believe that they have created a revolutionary tech. Before I sell because a day goes by, I'll want to hear why and whats next. My stock is not for sale.

Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas to all !!
Dear Lord, in this season of giving and getting I so easily overlook Your gifts to me. Thank You for so many reasons to celebrate.
Thank You for a future filled with hope because it rests in Your hands. For peace of mind when I keep my eyes on You. For joy beyond all my circumstances.
I'm grateful for what I often take for granted. For a place to live, clothing, food, and all the good things that You daily provide.
Thank You for the beauty of Your creation. For sunny days, majestic sunsets, twinkling stars. What a wonderful world You've created.
I appreciate those people You've put into my life who know my faults yet still love me. Thank You for their love and support.
Thank You for being with me in life's trials, drawing me closer to Yourself. Teaching me to trust You more each day.
How drab, how empty life would be without all these gifts.
Most of all, dear Lord, thank You for coming to this earth, to live, to love, to die, to live again.
Thank You for becoming a man, closed in by a body that got tired and worn like mine, that suffered on the Cross for me.
Thank You for promising that You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life. And through receiving You I may know You now and someday live in the Father's House forever.
O, Lord, thank You for all Your gifts to me.
Be blessed, joyfull and have a great day,Fam
I've been in that house before, lol. We make choices in life based upon what we hear, see and understand to be true. A couple years ago it did look like an opportunity ripe for increase. Alas, the recession came, story stocks went out of favor, New Visual had internal struggles and the developmental process was much greater than we all thought at the time.
Now, quoting Ray Willenberg, CEO of NV; "New Visual has assembled what is arguably one of the most accomplished and credible teams in the industry, composed of highly regarded professionals across many complementary business, technology and academic disciplines." And our first prototype made to industry standards is nearing completion. Today, more-so than ever before we stand at the cusp of a truely special endeavor. Using a unique technology we will bring highspeed broadband affordably across the globe meeting tomorrows requirements of content.
Actually your post reveals you are-a-smart Paperwizard. It sounds as you have indeed ivested your time into the true source of wealth, your family. I believe things will work out with New Visual abet later than we once thought. Go NVEI!
Best Wishes, Mike
It is a beautiful week. New Visual is doing the right things. The need for speed has never been greater. We have the affordable and secure transmission solution. No great men are islands. Cooper's here, who will he be bringing in....
Hello (post, post)
I am here in San Diego and the word is real good. Its been good for some time. The prototype is nearing completion and the telcos are anxious to begin working with it. Propp, now due to his confidence in our tech. is speaking out and will continue to do so with more in depth information. I was not pleased to see the going concern in the 10k. I understand why it got there in contrast to our expectation that it would not exsist. Nevertheless I believe NV made the right decision under the circumstances. And any private placement shares will be locked up for a year. Raises were due and the wages are drawn over a years time. The next couple months hold the events we've been waiting for and I am excited and look forward to them. We are invested in a dynamic business, decisions are made all the time that can affect performance of future events. As the past is our guide, this has happened. But upon closer inspection the events we anticipated changed with proper justification. Those who look with skepticism about our future will call that poor choices were made. I have not seen this at all. I see a company rising from the ashes of a OTC company shell to become a real communications company aligning themselves with suscessful individuals in the industry and utilizing all their resources to bring their primary goal to fruition. They have kept the course and the fruits of their labors are about to be realised. In this day and market climate, that is a large accomplishment. The best is yet to come. As to the skeptics, if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Good luck to all.
Mike
