So far they've produced 50+ million worth of Hemp for CBD production.
There is one outfit(debt laden and not yet public) that will give Stillcanna a run for their money in volumes in Denver Co. for 2020 when Still is over 100,000 kilos of Isolate production... it'll open trading way up there though. That and China are Still's real competition.. well, maybe not China as I expect there are going to be some exposures as to 'quality control' in the not to distant future.
Still plans to reduce its production cost by half in 2020 down to >< 380$(CA.?) a kilo which will put EXTREAME pressure on other manufactures!
Poland has a solid 4 months, with 2 more months less reliable for growing hemp. Romania has about 6 months solid(in the Southern portion of the country where the Origin project is located... and 2 months less reliable).
The registered strain is 45-60 days depending on overall temps.
The only CBD contract in the U.S. Stil has that will 'bottle' as I know of is the Biosciences Inc in California.
Last I heard the CEO respond to up listing was a 'maybe''depends' I got the impression there were many other considerations on the table at this point(getting up and running). I too would like to see a TSX.V if not full TSX and an American OCTBB.
The CSE market doesn't give as much exposure, but if profitable on say 50 million in sales.. that will draw exposure.
I never had doubts about Stil as to P&D with a toxic dilution, the Cannacord millionaires just would not throw in 25 million dollars in trances as milestones were met and milestones create a project that comes to fruition.
Obviously the company management has to perform all along the way.
I could state the different steps in the plant that have to 'dialed' in individually but it is boring... to get to the end Isolate and I believe Stil is 'dialing' as we speak.
These things you can ask in a e-mail, present or next for confirmation.
Did you get a 'call scheduled'? I find it takes 2 working days, ><,for average response time from the IR department.
It's going to be interesting how Stil uses profits moving forward past Horizon!
The CEO replied to me the following on that question about Biosciences Ca.
"Biosciences Ca. is talking delivery in Europe. Better margins on resale for them."
I'm out of my depth as to Export/Import taxations levels on the product and California's taxes... which imo, certainly would be a matter that affected ones bottom line.
The same applies to Dragonfly Biosciences "talking delivery in Europe".
Awaiting this one to push under the Stil/BioScience Enterprises, Inc deal into reality?
AB 228 Aguiar-Curry Food, beverage, and cosmetic adulterants: industrial hemp products. 8/30/2019-In committee: Held under submission.
legiscan.com/CA/text/AB228/id/2043675/California-2019-AB228-Amended.html
Supposedly, the California Senate needs to within 90 days(by >< September 20th?) to have Senate decide.. if passed, then onto the Governor's desk.
There is an allowance for a legislation to be 'buried' in Senate beyond the accustomed '90 days requirement' after State House approval(I think everyone approved it in the State House).
This does not over ride Federal Authority or the CA Sherman Law gives the CDPH authority over foods and beverages, but notably also over cosmetics.
What this would mean is that if passed, CDPH could not use the CA Sherman Law to find that CBD-containing topicals adulterated simply by virtue of containing Hemp CBD (the same would also apply to foods). This may lead to more clarity for California CBD companies who have topical products.
www.cannalawblog.com/are-cbd-topicals-allowed-in-california/
"That said, it’s not yet clear whether the CDPH would continue to follow federal law even in spite of AB-228 passing. The state may find itself in a position of ignoring federal positions (like it has done with marijuana), or the CDPH may continue to follow federal agencies. Even the California Attorney General’s office has recognized that this could happen:
“Even if it [AB-228 passes], it is not clear whether changing California law on this adulteration issue would be sufficient to alter the decision calculus of the CDPH, which has to this point relied on the FDA’s interpretation of federal law. That is, it might be the conclusion of these agencies that federal law still prohibits adding CBD to food or dietary supplements, even where derived from industrial hemp.”
Keep in mind 'online' sales continue today.
I agree in large part. The Pharma's are 'trying' though. Remember when a study came out about a test case on 'pot' where monkeys got brain damage and later it was found out the monkeys were strapped in and only allowed to breath through a lit MJ 'joint', for an hour, starving their brains for oxygen, "brain damage from smoking pot!"
Well recently a college in Arkansas did a study on CBDs for mice stating the mice died that day or the next. Only at the bottom of the study was the dosage exposed was by weight 300 times(30,000%) recommended dosage...…………. to put in perspective.. it was like having a person drink 80 gallons of water in 12 hours(Water intoxication, also known as water poisoning, hyperhydration, overhydration, or water toxemia is a potentially fatal disturbance in brain functions that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in the body is pushed outside safe limits by excessive water intake).
Pharma's got plenty of extra cash to make things difficult but in the end...
Yep... and essentially the report is heavily 'therapeutic promise, and light on 'Pharmaceutical promise'. By late 2020 or in 2021 this is going to change by way of individual Molecules being more prevalent a factor... designed CBD contents. This company is holding off discussing that till summer next year after Horizon project moves forward.
Very exiting times(full disclosure- I had a child with seizures so have paid significant attention to developments to affect the Endocannabinoid system).
Why Pharmaceuticals are and will have difficulty in restricting CBD use, at the same time support CBD pricing in Isolate retail pricing and use.(Most of us have invested in 'Pharmas' at one point or another...)
Epidiolex, made by GW Pharmaceuticals(><12$ share), first CBD FDA approved(U.S.)treatment(for only 2 types of seizure problems).
Epidiolex dosing
Dosage Information
seizures may benefit from a dosage increase up to a maximum recommended maintenance dosage of 10 mg/kg twice daily (20 mg/kg/day), in weekly increments of 2.5 mg/kg twice daily (5 mg/kg/day), as tolerated.
>< $32,500 annually per person is what GW wants.
Sold in Pharmacies, by prescription, where same Pharmacies do have in large percentages and in growing numbers over the counter general use, without FDA approval, CBD general products.
'General use' is effectively retailed now (@ one gram CBD per container tincture bottling) without insurance discount modeling 25K$ annually per person(all done on example scenario).
Remember the CEO statement on reducing general CBD gram costs going forward is desired to be reduced 50%= Stil to deliver said Example comparable potentially to 12K$(all things being equal in Example/ing) in 2020.
So a cost analysis is in order….
Insurers will cover FDA approved. Cost as little as 25$ per month with insurance. What does the Insurance cost? @ 32k$, example used, insurance will not be cheap even if co-pay is only 25$ per month for roughly 2600$ of the cost( before insurance subsidies), in GW pricing, per month. Making a markup of about 100xs or mark down subsidization via insure basis.
What is per month quantity.
Using a general weight is difficult(U.S. has some of the fattest people in the world and unknown is the below age 20, age and weight/variable).
Using a 150 Pd 'average'- 68Kg - Maximum dose?: ?20 mg/kg/day is >< 1.36 grams per day active ingredient(CBD). >< 500 grams per year, full wholesale pricing current(IMO only....)for general CBD Isolate 6000$ per Kilo(JV pricing and or 1/2 pricing by volume purchasing 3000$ per Kilo)…..
means same supply cost GW @ 32k$ per 1/2 Kilo per annum(subject example) and Stillcanna(at disclosed cost per gram via kilo and volume pricing) will be 1500$. Retail is dependent on retailer and cannot be closely attached to GW retail @ 32K$ annum.
None the less 1500$ per versus 32K$ per is 21xs difference.
This is just one scenario, only for first CBD FDA approved, for what essentially has had billions of Chinese using for millennia(3000 years known to date).
For those individuals that believe 'the 'pot' craze is over, CBD is just STARTING.
I would look to unique charting potentials, myself, I expect if Stil performs, a comparable may look like Aurora Cannabis Inc and current placement on graphing is >< the year 2016.
Full performance by StillCanna with Horizon then might enable Oct 2017.
All this breaks down of course should Still not place sales, but the company is 'Right place, Right Time and Right plan'. So far, on schedule and cost.
Looking forward to discussions outside of 'B.S.' statement qualifiers.
I meant 9-9 report.. need more coffee!
Short positions monthly grew till the 9-19 report came out.
STILLCANNA INC. STIL CSE 142660 -63612
I believe(end of monthly) high was about 200K/short came down >< 30%...
As news has been sparse from the company I'm thinking some 'blasts' might be in the offering.
Was sort of hoping shorting had grown(monthly) for what I think of as a kind of 'Green Shoe' period as shorters' had to cover in a blast... seems we can understand DAILY shorting has been in effect... and not that many will get 'caught out' in a blast.. darn it!
For every seller there is a buyer:)
Okay, thanks for your opinion.
Sure, Your welcome.
As a side note there are about a dozen different study groups that one might call 'Of measure'.. ArcView is one market analyzer, this is from the free 7th edition summery report(full report is about 850$)
arcviewgroup.com/research
' it is forecast that the “Total Cannabinoid Market” (TCM) in state-regulated dispensaries, pharmacies and general retail outlets will soar to $44.8 billion by 2024.
• The largest percentage of that $44.8 billion will be spent in regulated cannabis dispensaries that are now coming to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. territories by 2024.
• The second biggest percentage will be spent on CBD products in U.S. general retail outlets, in both online and brick-and-mortar stores of every stripe.
• The smallest piece of the pie in the near term will go to pharmacies, though giant pharmaceutical companies are furiously working now to increase that share with new cannabinoid-related drugs.
The devil is in the regulatory details for all three components of the TCM, as the legal regulated dispensary sector found out to its dismay with California’s disappointing adult-use launch in 2018. Much remains unclear about how Washington, D.C., will handle the regulation of pharmaceutical cannabinoids and the general retail market for CBD products. The FDA just held its first hearing on the subject May 31, 2019 (see “US Leads Total Cannabinoid Revolution”).
Even less certain is the future of CBD sales in other countries, which is why this report only presents detailed analysis of the TCM in the U.S. The Canadian (see “The Noble Experiment”) and other international markets (see “The Seeds of an Enormous Worldwide Market”) are discussed and forecast only in terms of their legal cannabis markets.
Keeping in mind Stil says they can ship globally...…
Another point is in CBD retail cost evaluations tracking, as little as three years ago selling companies were recommending 2-4 Mg dosage... today the general market is going with 50 mg, that Romanian test case is for 130 mg daily... just to show the trend.
Most all CBD 'tinctures' are one gram of CBDs per unit sold @ ><50$ per unit/gram.
For the last few years there has been, ><, a 10xs markup from mass producer, then again at retail= across a sales counter.. with some variations when mass producer sells to intermediary wholesaler who sells to retail packager..
The CBD market is about matching the fast expansion, by per dollar, as pot is expanding and in large part due to newness of 'CBD craze' while pot is well known, 'CBD is running about 1/10.... the CBD market is just expanding now.
3 years ago a kilo of extract could generate as many as 250,000 recommended daily dosages(4 mg)(keeping in mind the dosages were almost negligible in results!)
Now it is 20,000 dosages (50mg)(daily and the CEO has stated THAT number is generally pointless.
Heading into 2020 E.U.(test case Romanian) @ 130 Mg means about 7,700 daily dosages from a Kilo Isolate(JMHO that the CEO sees this too low also).
This trend can also be applied into Isolate pricing... it rapidly fell and is slowing its fall as dosages surged and have slowed in incremental steps downward.
One might consider the case for Diamond sales. When dominance happens, pricing stays steady.... for CBDs when dominance happens
something of the same will occur… both enabled by locking supply channels based in size of operations, lowest cost producer wins.
250,000 recommended daily dosages(4 mg)
Now it is 20,000 dosages (50mg)
2020 E.U. 7,700 dosages (130 mg)
Stil estimated cost .78 cents per 1000MG..(With a possible 50% cost drop with all 3 production Plants all on line in 2020.)
Stil is going to drop the hammer on Chinese imports= 50% of Isolate markets worldwide.
It might be noted that many of the shares are restricted. Some restrictions extend out as far as 5 years I believe. Some will be 'available monthly', some yearly. Just to say, the active available/Float is probably well below half that ><100 mill share count.
The 'Employees' of the company have the largest time length restrictions- They need to perform.
The JV partnership agreement(DragonFly).. I've never found to read- proprietary- and I question the contractual obligations to their share availability- They may need to 'Perform' as well? For each tranche.
These conditions were part of the reason I got here,, "crash and burn' involves a lack of performance for people inherently involved with the success of the company to get any serious success themselves.
I'm still wondering about the Romanian development... while it is uniform that any commerce in Romania, ANY... is subject to the old USSR Satellite country imposed 'Tipping' model, I think it would be wondrous for the permitting for the 'Origin' Plant to come on line finally in the 4th quarter like what appears will happen shortly in Poland, Nexus Plant.
Fwiw, Stil picked two countries they can dominate in those county's consumer markets. Stil is 'on schedule' so far. Somewhere in the 4th quarter, E.U. Commission regulatory frameworks scheduling cannot be affected by any single company.. but 4th quarter estimates may go into 1st quarter 2020 as to major changes.(Prior post about test case from Romanian based country involving 'daily dosage/safety').
Stil setup the ability to transfer CBD Isolate mostly anywhere(from Poland or Romania after licensing) so production totals initially(this year) should be only limited by Romanian licensing.
I'm looking forward to what is going to be essentially the E.U. participants(Stil is a major player) effectively changing the world wide dominance China has had so far in Isolate. Some say 50% comes from China, there is speculation as much as 70%. Quite possibly being a case of China 'smuggling' Isolate into markets with 'help' of the few major distributers.
Yep, that '5 mill?' was well 'in the money ' all the way back at new listing.. and counting the shares traded so far.. seems '5 mill could easily be in the now active float...
I contacted the CEO as to the Drier, and dried biomass CBD content(Confirmation request):
'Hello Michael. Thank you for your message. We will release CBD content numbers when we start production. Which we hope will be at the end of this month.', was his response.
Some of the Producers in this field test bales from Tracts of land, bales of biomass are numbered to have "Plotting' and graphing can be accomplished...
the contents(CBDs), some test as production happens in different stages, Dried Bio, or further down line towards extraction and Isolation and some producers keep records all along the way.. from actual in field plants testing to end product.
So, 'release CBD content numbers when we start production' has interpretations. I suspect a ongoing processing(production) will be between 'the Dryer' and 'Isolation' so to not replicate all the testing as many times as it is possible.
Fwiw... It is quite a undertaking to attain 'production' from the 'Nexus Plant' as where seen in the August 12, 2019 news picture of a building on a pad with a custom canvas 'roof', that 'roof' due to access still needed for installation of everything from plumbing to electrical trays, Air transfers (A/C).. well... look at the company youtube page for Romania to see a example for the "Production Plant", i.e.: intricate assemblies.
www.youtube.com/watch?v=phwycpDXqYQ&t=41s
Imo, this could only be accomplished with having had the different Assembly parts manufactures all helping in manpower and expertise on site... about a 2 month endeavor(must be a bit of a madhouse to the untrained observer). One might consider these time frames for constructs should the Horizon Plant start being built next summer to double+ production over all from the Nexus and Origin Plants combined. Meaning Horizon construction might entail a relatively short time frame.. or not...
SO, the company seems on time, 'Which we hope will be at the end of this month.'. Frankly I expected at least a bump or two in the road scheduled from October last year to this point in development... but it seems the company smoothed out bumps as they were encountered, at least this far.:)
We can use some revenue generation at this point... the broker Dealers are selling it down with a little new shares introduced and low buyer interest... at least I can get my 100K share count cheaper this way.
I looked up the Olimax original web site and can see Olimax had a serious operation before buy out.(Use a translator)
olimax.pl/wspolpraca/wspolpraca-z-rolnikami/uprawa-materialu-siewnego/
The Olimax founders developed a strain and practice to take what I think the E.U. registered uso 31(DE)
(USO 31
Genotype: monoicus
Source country: France(some claim Ukraine and France had development influences)
Applications: Seed & grain
Notations: Short growing period)
And 'practicing keeping males out keeps CBD content in the flower higher for the females/flowers.
Interesting it is the strain can also be allowed to go to seed so I suspect Olimax produces its own seed variant as they were selling the strain seeds.
Perhaps that was done on the field a hundred meters from their site? Anyway, the 40 tons of seed needed for the Still 1500 hectares I think was from the Olimax team.
One of the practices used in Hemp production for flowers is to keep that planting away from Hemp planting for seed generation. so male pollen doesn't enter the flower cultivation.. suggested distances are about 5 miles or more with some people suggesting even 30 miles!
Together with how the country of Poland still has 'Collectivization' affects in agriculture lands this is sort of handy as their are lots of small land tracts to chose from to rent lands for cultivation.
A couple of the websites pages have been taken down concerning 'CBD' and 'Foods" since the buyout, considering new directions for Olimax are in place but a few of the existing product pages are still available,
What do you think of the video'd fields of hemp, processing equipment, and 25 million invested by the Banker on this project... I don't see anyway to recover 25 millions of vestment in a pump and dump scheme where the price of the stock and sells listed in the trading and Authorized Stock count could pay back the 25 million.
I've also done some research on Yeast artificial 'CBD' through genetically altered yeast which has some fairly good developments out of the Berkley college in California, still a bit expensive for standardizing a production line from scratch but the setups Stil is creating provide most of the integral parts of a production line needing different vat setups, at the 'front of the line'... and of course lots of fine tuning moving down the line.
To say, with access to a "proprietary" yeast strain(genetically altered), there doesn't seem any impossible hurdles to Stil using a Yeast production should marketing move in that direction based on having a ongoing operation.(The Stil employee/Affectionately I refer to as 'The Beer maker', can 'pipeline' this.
Far in advance from current status now.. it seems to me three major potentials in the 'Pharma applications' present themselves for year 2021.
We will see what we see, but a proprietary production setup buyout on each of 'my 3 particular interests CBD molecules wise' I imagine should be worth, in ongoing, about 1/2 billion? apiece. Done 'properly' about 5$ per share without much to do with distribution, or with, be simply additives to the previous 3 lines of development.. without buyouts, without Pharmaceutical qualifying medical claims will still be a very highly attractive content for a seller of said 3 lines.
Cancer cell killer.
LDL inhibitor.
A simple alternative to aspirin(NSAIDs).
We will know somewhere in 4th quarter, 4th quarter started 2 days ago:), by way of cash flow from sales or not, much of going forward potentials.
Gotta get those first dollars into the 'Register'.
Sure, yw.
What the Co-Founder emailed me has been rattling around in my mind.. where he stated basically 4 stages of product types(some with overlaps) and ending up next year considering if and how to proceed in the 4th stage, Pharmaceutical applications.
As mentioned there are different procedures for different molecules('CBDs') and seeds/seed shells in particular for one potential that I am very interested in seeing developed.. the Isolate would be more valuable by a long ways than general Isolation.. exists in lower concentrations than ''General'.
This led me to look at Pharmas, and looking at the JV 'Dragonfly. Where I found Dragonfly as two advisory Board members that have associations with Novartis International AG and Glaxosmithkline pharmaceuticals.
GlaxoSmithKline Plc and Pfizer Inc. is studying CBD..
Novartis, through its generic drug arm Sandoz, has signed an agreement with Tilray Canada to distribute medical cannabis products in countries where it is—or will be—legal.
I suspect these two Pharmas have Advisors at Dragonfly for pertinent reasons.
Such is the depth and breath for Stil's future.
Don't forget that Stil is primarily about mass creations also...most CBD and even 'Pot' stocks are essentially always going to be 'outliers'.
TO say, that there are many individual potions... but CBDs are used in many in not most in some form or another,, as there are many counties with CBD oil allowances with some deferrizations.
Hemp based CBD Oil is already legal in many parts of the world, with more being added on an ongoing bases. Buy CBD Oils Online is already shipping CBD based products to many countries:
•Argentina,
•Austria,
•Belgium,
•Belize,
•Brazil,
•Bulgaria,
•Canada,
•Chile,
•China,
•Colombia,
•Costa Rica,
•Croatia,

•Czech Republic,
•Denmark,
•Estonia,
•Finland,

•U.S. Virgin Islands,
•Uruguay
The 200 Hectare plot that is running a potential of 14K kilos of Isolation from Biomass... can be exported to most of these counties at a profit... with another 1300 Hectares to cove to harvesting this year.
While I understand you might be referring to Traders and sector 'rush', the mass marketer of CBDs will surf the revenue stream of incomes from retail sales regardless of day traders in 'outliers'. imo.
Stil fully expects CBD pricing to lower worldwide... and wants to be one of the reasons for that- mass producer- dominance in CBD production.
'Fad' Marijuana? Yes, CBD I think not so, and the E.U. I'm pretty sure at the cusp of getting started... awaiting regulatory approval. Might not be interesting to everybody but the Regulatory process in the E.U. is simply bizarre imo, compared to Canada and certainly the U.S... the different E.U. countries have different opinions, the E.U. relies heavily on a sub org. like the FDA in a way before the E.U. commission makes a general inclusion for any product and boy howdy do they EVER regulate... right down to bug foods, lol! Then there is the entire 'Novel Food matter, inclusion for products with different basis, like before a ?1997 time frame, allowances for products being sold before the end of last year, with options for allowances filed before the end of this years for sellers of products being sold before this year but the seller being a new seller of said old product. Then there is the, imo, rather obtuse 'Novel food' regs in place currently(put in this year) stating that all Cannabis' was novel as if 3000 years of use is 'Novel'??? Might be a over reaction by the commission due to THC cannabinoids that CBDs got dragged into. Again, there is a allowance where the previous Nexus site owners had CBD things and there is a test case for a' I believe' Romanian based company for food additive @ 130 Mg per serving.. I think that CBD 130 MG test case will go through.. it was filed I think in March this year... SOP is within a year a 'case' is finished... after the sub org to the E.U. commission(FDA look a like... EISH???) passes its recommendation the E.U. commission is "required" in 7 months or less to give its own recommendation.. and then there is a possibility of review... either way in decision, can be 2 months><. Some of this process can be very limiting, some not limiting where the E.U. commission has power over the separate countries.
Long story short. the 'Fad(E.U. + CBDs) isn't over. Hasn't really gotten started.
The reason in majority I'm here.
Oh, one other 'share' note is when Puma came on(Infamous toxic diluter or share shorter).... the 12 of August?.. a Friday anyway I sent a e-mail alerting the CEO about a 'seller' on Saturday without a buying listed level two... took till the next Tuesday for that to change. Just to say, there is always a possibility in the pinks. Hope if that Seller reads this he understands its just business.
Yeah, I had to put in a order myself before running out today for other purposes. Myself, am hoping to accumulate as much as possible during what I believe, JMHO, is a accumulation stage', at different steps going through the initial sales of stocks that were handed out for previous 'gold mining' operations/stock holders the owners/founders of Stil were part of(they were up some 800% at initial relisting @1.00$ so the 'Priors I believe are taking profits.. might even be trading back and forth downward to increase holdings. The Owners/founders have shares but I don't think they are selling much down here and the JV partner for one part of the over all setup have shares and the general financier also.. but at pricing higher than where we are now and if I remember one or more are restricted at this time and become available for one, on a monthly basis.. 2 mill shares per month??? I'm sorry I cannot remember all the filings off hand, but read up on last years filing, I think October?.. and the statements made since, to get a pretty good handle on stock allocations. Don't be shy and state where my numbers are off.
Anyway, for me, the lower she goes the closer I get to having 100k shares as my goal... or roughly 1/1000 of what I understand the total 'Authorized' is ><.
This is "Hemp", rather than 'pot', even if it is a Sativa strain basically. Almost all of what would be a THC removal for CBD use is in the Strain of plant. The centrifugal chromatography machine the company has can separate out a number of 'cannnibinols' and insure a less than percentage.. less than prohibited amount. Currently, the E.U. restricts to .02%, and is scheduled to change.. I can't remember off hand, Fall? 2020 or 2021 from 2% or less to .03% or less to match the rest of the civilized world.
A number of things can be done with the Mash'. Several stages of the Mash before being 'finished can also happen... to say different molecules and different solvents can separate out different 'things.
The end Mash' once solvents removed, can be used as feed for several kind of animals, a different 'Mash can be made at the start... for example if the crop was planted for the purpose of Seed specific, another for sprouted seeds... each providing higher contents of different molecules.. say those for Cancer or inflamation, or another for LDL treatment.
Again, 'seed' batch processing has the potential Mash end for animal feed, humans consume seed flour and a couple other things.
I put up the e-mail the Co-founder sent me in a previous post concerning the application scheduling the company is headed for, general CBD first.. so I image at this stage once the Mash is cleaned it will be animal feed, I suspect Chicken feed.. as the Nexus Site Buildings are adjacent to a "Egg Collective"/chicken farm.. which I suspect is a bulk provider of Nitrogen and Potassium for that location.. sometimes called 'Mass' as in the bulk of fertilizer parts by volume needed for a healthy crop... and don't be down wind of a field spread with chick poo! Wheeeee what a fragrance! Very powerful stuff( the ladies, Zofia and Krystina that were bought out and given,,, If I remember 3 Mill$ and a, again if I remember annual Stock Grant for a 5 year contract paid out each year(20% per year) to stay on(previous owners of the Nexus location under a different private name with 20 years Hemp growing and a line of products(I believe all are cold pressed products)), these ladies developed a 'proprietary' micronutrient and seems to work just fine!(Both Ladies are well educated with degrees).
Sorry late to post, had to run out today, sorry for the long post but the answer to the question has a number of potential answers.
Pretty cool that the first 200 Hectare harvesting will be in the 200,000 kilo range by volume( I had wondered at the slightly less bio per Hectare(350K per) expectation than other E.U. producers in the very nice climates already 'staked out') and pricing indicated by the '3,5% of harvest sale', (which was before the '300% gain' potential changes in Polish Bio harvest potential overall statements) in harvest potential, was valued at 850K$.
Leading to 200 Hectare harvest = 200,000 Kilos/ by the numbers, potentially, 14,000 kilos of Isolate, or by raw Biomass interpretation valuation @ '850k$ = 3.5% of prior estimated gross 'Bio for Polish years harvest to be 525,000 kilos'... or even '3.5% of any extrapolation potential ….
In a higher ranked Listed stock one would think there would be a potential, POTENTIAL... for filing a 10K, if all of harvests were sold just as Biomass dried @ '850k$ = 3.5% comes to just about total financing for the entire project financing at this point?
Lots of variables still, want to see the first Banked sale proceeds of course. Would really like to see pics of the Dryer operation... so handy for processing Bio when in other varieties of farmed goods having moist/wet product in the fields is a negative condition.
Seems the Stil team knows their 'stuff'.
I'm ready for the European market to explode. Did you see the last Mention from the CEO? One can never get a full mass count from a harvest till done but leading indicators he is putting out are 1.5 million kilos of flowers(1000ks per Hectare)..x7% content>< over 100,000 CBD Isolate kilos by the company figures. Looked at the wholesale prices recently?
Fwiw, and imo, they may need to sell some more biomass to get ahead and prepare for the 2020 harvest biomass harvest.
One never knows in the pinks, myself, I grabbed a few in the 70's, will grab some more soon, and again if it hits lower. While one should never give advice... I researched for two weeks more or less, this is only one of two on I-hub I've ever gone with planning 2 years ahead.(The other one was about a dozen years ago)
If you want I will link you 'private to whatever I looked at... two sets of eyes are better than one!
JMHO, but there was some previous incarnation shares(I think about 5 mill><??) that had to have been being sold. I'm American and foreign fees through my TDA are rather high for me to be trading actively... hence long term holding.
Anyway, if you sell look for when the stock runs sideways.. it'll happen at some point I believe. It would not have been a good idea for the Still team to create a pure pump and dump considering who they financed with and share structuring. 24 million and ripping off the financier.... todays world I believe one can be found no matter where ya go... for 24 mill.
Could be, but on the other hand as you would put it, 'Yes, I see some of your "holdings.", to say.. this one isn't at .0001 either. Have you counted total traded since relisting or previous incarnation shares?
Without revenues and higher counts of investors the same shares seem to be traded back and forth.
I exchanged a e-mail with the Stil VP:Corporate Dev/Founder, Stillcanna Inc, Marc Crimeni, going through the IR department about particular molecular Isolates and mixes.
"Michael,
Thank you for your inquiry, we do have a centrifugal chromatography machine that can be calibrated to isolate various molecules present in our input material.
We are looking at first the health and wellness products, irregular CBD type tinctures, then nutraceuticals, then pharmaceuticals. Isolation of these molecules is not too faybeyond our reach. We also understand that the hemp seed hull possesses a great deal of Cannabisin B.
We are have some pharmaceutical awareness and understand the molecules you have address have certain cancer fighting capabilities, anti inflammatory properties and more. I would suggest Q1 2020 we would have some band width to further discuss this avenue of research."
www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0308814612018468
Dr. Chen's team has about the most definitive study cases concerning Cannabisin B and a few other 'Cannabis' molecules as well that have been put out in Abstract. Another I mentioned was Cannaflavin A. Some of these molecules are present in low percentages, but have a high potential- not much needed(compared to a general CBD and in fact studies show over dosage declines the benefit effect) for dosages. While no company can make any medical claims at present... by 2021-2022... these are 'the next big thing' without a doubt. Specific applications without claims(medical) for Anti inflammatory, Cancer treatments and, imo, LDL prevention(Heart disease/plaque buildup) are the brass rings in this expansion into Endocannabinoids. What is most required outside of desire to participate in these particular molecules, is very large Biomass volumes. Which Stil is developing and perhaps next year working towards, very exciting if the Stil team develops a parallel Isolation system(as of now I am not aware of the ability to do all the molecules with only a Ethanol extraction... while some of the extractions done with other solvents can be 'cleaned up/those solvents removed with additional passes through a Ethanol system making a very reliable food grade product.
As always, one thing before another in a startup company but it is good to know that Stil management is fully aware and considering these steps to carry the company forward into 2021+ with what, imo/numbers, can equal almost the next two year plan for general CBD.
Another mention is the '850k$' is >< part of 6 million/aggregate value of over production of Biomass expected by Hectare planted at this sale price.
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 23, 2019 / Stillcanna Inc. (OTC PINK:SCNNF)(CSE:STIL)(FSE:A2PEWA) ("STIL" or the "Company") is excited to announce a completed and signed definitive agreement to supply Sequoya Cannabis with hemp biomass from its Polish farms. Under the terms of the agreement Stillcanna will provide dried flowers from the tops of the hemp plant, with humidity not to exceed 10%, and a Cannabinoid content of 5% or above. The biomass will be 3rd party tested and free of pesticides, heavy metals, toxins and microbials. Sequoya will be responsible for shipping the biomass from Stillcanna’s facility to their own.
This agreement, which is worth approximately C$850,000 represents about 3.5% of Stillcanna’s forecasted biomass from its 2019 harvest, based on the Company’s previously released estimated harvest numbers of 350 kilos of flower per hectare.
“Stillcanna has always been focused on being a large scale manufacturer and supplier to the global CBD industry,” stated Jason Dussault CEO of Stillcanna. “Whether the opportunity is isolate, distillate or biomass, we want to be the industry’s bulk supplier. This initial biomass agreement is inline with the Company’s sales strategy. The more we speak with the principals of Sequoya the more we learn about the synergy of our Companies and the many ways we can work together beyond this initial agreement. From cooperative marketing, research, and product development we feel there are multiple benefits for our firms to work together in the European market.”
So now we knom that Stil will be using "3rd party testing" as done by any serious player in the sector.
We know the valuation of the general crop before Distillation and Extraction to be a value of about 25 million$.
We can asume Stil has a higher interest in their final main product, Isolate' rather than Extract as Sequoya is more dependant on a Co2 extract system that has Flavanoids remaining in final products in large amounts and a lesser potential for Isolate production.. perhaps Stil can produce at a better price for Sequoya, Isolate, being Stil will have the best cost to create.
We know that Stil must engage thier Drying processes, I still would like to hear of the manufacturer of that/those devices- for volumes capability confirmations.
All in all good developements, first contract to fill... might we hear of first 'dollars' banked in 30+ days?
Also should be mentioned Sequoya has made serious inroads with the Polish FMCG markets, I mention because it is a modeling('FMCG') rather unique to the E.U. way of doing buisness..
for example a brief look here might explain.. some of the participators which will undoubtaly want to engage vesting in CBD infused added products when the status is adapted for inclusion of said CBD additive...
www.foodfrompoland.pl/article/art_id,24710-170/polish-fmcg-market-u-2018-summary/
When I say formulation I am referring to the actual molecules present in the extract... such as Flavonoids and constituent CBDs/different CBDs.
Sent inquiry as to what the Biomass and formulation might be in the final extract off the current harvest to the Company IR, they replied the info request passed on to the Stil team member relevant and to expect delay in communications due to the team being very busy. I can imagine that, with harvesting, storage and Extraction facility buildout all going on at the same time.
Tweeted the CEO questioning these ongoing efforts and a request for having a safe experience for all in the dash to stay on schedule.
One country in the E.U. got approval for a topical application(lip balm) so the precedent should be in place for additional applications to the ESFA(sub department of the European Council)which still hasn't final release to the precedence case for food additive that I mentioned should be out in >< October(The opinion of the ESFA is expected from March 2019. If the application is successful, the European Commission must draft an implementing act authorizing the use of the product within seven months....) keeping in mind there may be a 1-2 month review on either positive or negative responses.
The dominant CBD product maker in the US is Charlotte’s Web. Their market cap is 27x larger than Stillcanna (CSE:STIL) (OTC:SCNNF) but Stillcanna has more than 4x the number of acres growing hemp with 3,706 acres on their farm in Poland.
To put that into perspective, Stillcanna is growing hemp on 161,433,360 square feet of land or the size of more than 2,800 football fields.
But Stillcanna isn’t stopping there. They’ve already increased their acreage by 150% over their 2018 level, and they expect to boost it by another 233% by 2021.
Latest news feed stated a 'Pelletizer' was to be installed so that 3xs as much BioSource can be in the vats of Ethanol at one time. I was curious as to the 'beer maker' they had brought on(less complex a descriptor than his career field- Mechanical Engineering and Fluid Dynamics lol)but the same process is involved with Hops extracts for large volume creations.
"NEXUS (Poland): Expected to begin processing Stillcanna’s 2019 harvest in Q4 to fulfill the company’s delivery contracts. The Facility is designed to initially produce 1230 kilos of pure CBD isolate per month. With the addition of a pelletizer, the system is designed to produce up to 4,000 kilos per month." (@ wholesale @ 3000$ per kilo= 12 mill...x 12 months 144 mill)
Looks like Stillcanna is going to need to expand the Hectares under cultivation next year!
As a side note.. the American CBD market was measured at 4% of population... till legalized where people feared less in polling and some numbers are indicating 7% is closer to reality. Anyway… giving a '4%' to Poland and Romania population and a drastic cut in gram cost(I think Still will eventually get down in the .30-.40 per gram ranges) Stil could dominate a water/CBD to the tune of 50 million annum plus in those two Countries.
I believe the E.C., a sub department(Eish??) needs to release a decision about 15 October?? on food additive. I believe there is a test case pending all the E.U. companies are waiting for. The application was for 130 MG per 'serving'(>< 1/7th gram) as I understand. So, effectively a gram can make a sixpack of beverage with CBD content. (Costs what at .74 production, water and bottles... seen the prices CBD water goes for? Anywho.. lots of room for profits)
Should be about the time Kilos of exract start being accumulated. We should hear something about % of 'CBDs' to kilos of flowers too. A month from now they will getting close to full harvest done or be harvesting the last few Hectares.
From what I can find the gross price for 'CBDs' in this concentration are running about 5K$ per 'K'... The distribution deal will likely be half price for said 36 million worth of CBDs... I think that was probably pre=arraigned(1/2 wholesale) so if so the 36 mill still stands as a goal. @ .74C per gram for production and I'm sure there are other expenses there should be free cash flow should the '36' come together(BioScience Enterprises) IF not then there is Dragonfly contract to fill.
Anywho…. Stil will have to 3rd party test, something to look forward to as when passed kilos start rolling off the production line!
That other stock, with the same 'Biosciences, has a almost identical charting slope, lolol! Looks like a concerted effort?
And who the heck is Richard Parker, President of Bioscience... all I can find on him is a connection with the 'South Seas' and a 6-7 member team stationed there, 'arraigning' 'connections'?
