It might be noted that many of the shares are restricted. Some restrictions extend out as far as 5 years I believe. Some will be 'available monthly', some yearly. Just to say, the active available/Float is probably well below half that ><100 mill share count.
The 'Employees' of the company have the largest time length restrictions- They need to perform.
The JV partnership agreement(DragonFly).. I've never found to read- proprietary- and I question the contractual obligations to their share availability- They may need to 'Perform' as well? For each tranche.
These conditions were part of the reason I got here,, "crash and burn' involves a lack of performance for people inherently involved with the success of the company to get any serious success themselves.
I'm still wondering about the Romanian development... while it is uniform that any commerce in Romania, ANY... is subject to the old USSR Satellite country imposed 'Tipping' model, I think it would be wondrous for the permitting for the 'Origin' Plant to come on line finally in the 4th quarter like what appears will happen shortly in Poland, Nexus Plant.
Fwiw, Stil picked two countries they can dominate in those county's consumer markets. Stil is 'on schedule' so far. Somewhere in the 4th quarter, E.U. Commission regulatory frameworks scheduling cannot be affected by any single company.. but 4th quarter estimates may go into 1st quarter 2020 as to major changes.(Prior post about test case from Romanian based country involving 'daily dosage/safety').
Stil setup the ability to transfer CBD Isolate mostly anywhere(from Poland or Romania after licensing) so production totals initially(this year) should be only limited by Romanian licensing.
I'm looking forward to what is going to be essentially the E.U. participants(Stil is a major player) effectively changing the world wide dominance China has had so far in Isolate. Some say 50% comes from China, there is speculation as much as 70%. Quite possibly being a case of China 'smuggling' Isolate into markets with 'help' of the few major distributers.
