Dementia has its role to play here. Deadlines do not matter much in such cases. Hahahah
The lucky thing that happened to Petty is that he always find some unsuspected believers at every stage as has been the case with us all at one time. Many of those strong advocates have altogether just vanished from the board. We will see down the road, how many of today's supporters will still be here with the same optimism.
Just wait for the PR saying that the information about grading of 47KM was not correct and only few km have so far been graded. Rest will take for ever.
I was very hopeful and excited after reading the last bullish update issued couple of weeks ago. How come a CEO can say deliveries have started where in fact there was none? How comes he can claim that all the equipment for weighing scale has been delivered at site and installation will be completed within 8 weeks. While there was none.
I know it is difficult country to work in but a CEO has such a pathetic communication with his ground staff and he issues such blatant lies is extremely disappointing. Has he not learned anything during so many years of broken promises? Credibility of his claims can be judged from the lowest response of investors to the most bullish update of June 29. The ease with which he issues PR and then change to his previous declarations is alarming. I should say that inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity are the key behaviors of ADHD. For CEO we need more responsible reporting.
I'm here with the belief that things will change one day. But Petty should issue facts which can be verifiable.
In my opinion write up in WSJ was to get visibility in wider investment community. Our main focus need to be the June 29 announcement regarding production from three JV projects. Out of three COMIBOL is one of three partners in Escala. Which primarily is a Silver mine.
According to the time line in the PR, weighting bridge is going to complete by the end of this month. After which multi truck Gold ore will be sent to Peru every day.
Antimony production is already underway. All this mean that Petty has enough money to start these projects.
Therefore Petty will focus more on advertisement. JIMHO
I will be back after couple of hours.
Please don't buy until you see revenue b/c in the absence of that it is still a risky one. That is the advice for all the newbies who do not have stomach to see there $$$$ getting stuck up here for long time, if it proves a story as usual. Being a veteran it is my duty to warn those who wanders here unaware and get stuck up. When I was new here, the veteran at that time were really pushing people into this. May be they were doing that sincerely to make us rich. Most of them have just faded away.
It will move only when Mr. Petty will start buying back in billions otherwise million here and million there will never budge this. IMHO
Most of them have used their powder to pay the margin calls from other investments. As long as I'm concerned I am already deep into it and I really can't buy any more. I wish I could further average down my holding at this stage.
teddibear! Great job. Pl. do it.
No doubt WSJ is well respected paper. Right from help closing the deal with Peru for Port facility to WSJ printing this news is not simply a work of just one man. There is very influential group behind all this. That group can be Rothschild. IMHO
Reverse split is not the right solution for a company, that can generate respectable profit. In my honest opinion, buy back will be better one. Until some one correct me.
Thank you for the find. Great news. That is what I meant in my previous posts.
For me damage has already been done. There are very few here who have lost as much as I have. Question is whether or not there is any hope left in this, at this stage. In 3rd world countries things do not happen in straight line. That is b/c of the absence of matured institutions. Therefore chances for a big to fail and Pinkie to make killing are always there. All depends upon how skillful is the player. Some time a minor incident in our eyes can be a game changing move.
Securing a port for a land locked country, even on a lease of 99 years should earn the guy a respect with ordinary citizen and influence in decision makers.
Now the question is how Mr. Petty utilizes that influence. There is option for him to let FMNJ get bankrupt and then restart some thing new utilizing his new position. But as long as he tries to inject new life into this dead horse I'm with him.
Once revenue, if any, starts coming in, buying back is the easiest solution to bring 2billion shares down to respectable one. That will make all of us happy.
Instead of equity financing, if he would have gone down the path of debt financing, this company would have already been history. However he did that b/c he had no choice.
Pl. don't take my opinion as an investment advice. I have been wrong before and there is no guarantee that I will be right in future. IMHO
I have not yet lost my faith in this. We have some compelling factors which separate it from rest of the pinkie cesspool.
I can't reject the announcements made in last PR. When past announcement were made our Petty was not an Honorary Navy Captain. This position can prove magnet for JV partners who are there to find a foot hold in this hugely untapped natural resources rich country. No risk for nationalization. Plus equity financing has help this company to avoid accumulation of tons of debt. That is, although not good for existing share holders, had made it less complicated to understand and easy to grow when right time comes.
I know deep in your heart you agree with me yet your expression of apprehensions helps every body here to keep their belief in check.
I mean some one who bought this stock at 0.0001 has lost nothing comparing to rest of the stock market. On a day when share holders of blue chip stocks are rolling in pain, this share holder has lost nothing in this blood bath.
It is another thing that most of us have already gone through through our sort of crash in this stock long before what market is experiencing today.
You r right. Today FMNJ is the best performing stock among big names like PAA, SIL and CDE down close to 10% each.
Another problem which is wide spread in Pink and OTC market, that kill numerous investors, used to be over supply of fake shares. I'm glade that Sac has noticed and proposes amendments in the existing rule. For education purpose I post the following link from other board.

Thank u.
Don and Reseller. I appreciate your willingness to help me. Restoration has worked and Keyboard has started working fine. Thanks again for your interest. Bye for the day.
In the mean I 'm restoring the system to Jun 01/11 to discard all the changes i have done. I will comeback.
I just tried this keyboard with other machine and it works fine.
'While trying to solve some issue I got my keyboard mixed up. It takes a while to print a word and that too with a sound. I'm using 'On-screen keyboard' for typing this message. I use XP OS and machine is HP Pavilion.
I did but it was same with that too.
Keyboard still has the trouble.
Yes I'm about to uninstall driver and reboot the machine.
There is no missing pins in the plug.
It does not give me option to uninstall driver.
it is a desktop. I was trying remove some programs to improve speed and may alter the setting some where. I tried to back tract but in vain.
sorry i mean no exclamation mark.
I checked under keyboard properties. Device is working properly with exclamation mark.
It is not usb. I did unplug/replug and reboot several time but problem is still there.

Our hopes were raised many time in the past. We never saw company making a buck so far out of all those fancy announcements.
Latest news is as if Mr Petty has found some one with deep pockets to finance, not one but three projects simultaneously. May be they told u something about all those sources? There is nothing secret in public company.
I went on hp site and tried but stop when it started talking about BIOS.In the meantime I can't type instantly, I have to press a key for sometime before a word is typed with a sound.
I'm trying to install free hp driver installer from Google. The wizard was interrupted before driver could be installed. Please install any other time. This keeps on happening for last one hour.
I didn't head phones. I have XP OS. When I click to check volume control. Message appears that there is no active mixer device available. When I go to add hardware windows, b/c wizard couldn't find necessary software. Speakers are connected right where they used to be until one day before. This problem started, may be after I deleted some programs last night.
There was yellow exclamation on PCI device. I tried to down load from Google and restarted the computer. The message appeared that down load was not successful. Does
Guys I have problem with sound system. There is no sound coming out of my desk top speakers and I didn't check the inbuilt one in my HP system. I tried all the usual trouble shooting with out any success. It is usually so simple I feel really feeling bad to ask this question. But I have spend couple of hours with no success and thought some one may be able to help out.
Happy Father's day to all fellow FMNJ family. Spend your day with your family and enjoy this beautiful day.
We agree with each other b/c we are not like those lucky new comers, who joined late in this investment. They are not worried too much b/c they have not experience too much red for too long, in their portfolio.
I remember all of us have been staunch supporters of this investment at one time during last 5 to 6 years. Numbers of those supporter simply vanished in thin air after they lost their confidence in this company. Only remaining are those die hard share holders, who have no where to go and wish this company turn the page for good as quickly as possible.
You are dreaming about a picture that is beyond FMNJ capacity, which operate on shoestring budget. Ten years of his PR with Bolivian establishment has bought us, the investor, absolutely nothing. Yes we are not bankrupt as of today but are not in any better shape also.
They better be ready to receive more of such frustrated individual investors, who have reached to their ultimate tolerance limit. Few security guards out side the office will not be a bad idea.
Silver, Have you read the statement under 'Investment' title in new web site? I do not see anything in that which is exciting. A mining company is planning to turn into a ore processing company.
Under projects heading, only La Joya and Escala is mentioned. What has happened to all those Antimony projects. Every time during last 5 or 6 years we have seen project initiated only to see dump in the middle and then start new one. How long all this @#&%it will continue. I'm sure this new venture of processing plant is no where near to materialized. I say this as it is stated that this idea has been initiated by Comibole and FMNJ has to buy Ores from the small private mining companies and then process that ore for bigger profit. Where is the money to come from to buy ore and how come this idea did not strike to those deep pocketed local and international companies working in Bolivia.
To me Mr. Petty is buying more time by launching this new venture that is destined to fail b/c it it is not what our company need to.
Under the development title, I'm shocked to read that company is adopting, Royalty mining and combination financing. We have arrived at this after exhausting fully our 1st option that is Equity Financing. Share holder's value has been already decimated. About the Debt and joint venture financing, I have not read anything except recent failure in JV with PRRY.
Thus latest option is a desperate move and does not help to boast our moral. IMHO
