Taki... I can only PM between 4 and 5 on Fridays (Happy Hour) as I do not have a premium subscription. Can I have an email address for you? Don't worry, I will not misuse it..
Thanks,

Selling has dried up... do we end the day at .51?
I haven't lost anything here yet, BL and don't plan to...
10' high tomatoes?? Not in these parts. We grow them low here so that we can reach the tomatoes without needing a ladder! LOL!!
BL....
Berge was saying "nice" to your beanstalk.... and then he said that it has been quiet here without you...
He wasn't saying saying that it was nice that you weren't posting...
NL
IF the seller is out of shares, then we are in PRIME TIME for a good news release..... JMHO
Taki...
It is not good to disappear from the boards, IMO.
When you take away your input, other investors lose confidence, so they lose.
Also, when you don't post, others cannot join you in the battles, so then you lose.
That means everyone loses, and jelly beans win - not good.
NL
PS Taki - I do not have a premium subscription so cannot post on your own forum.. Can you send me your email address so I can communicate with you directly? Mine is lion@ldj.net Thanks!
No seller today?? Now, that is getting encouraging! I wonder if he is finally done??

Cobra Oil & Gas Moving Fast!
Closes deal with Enecor for 640 additional acres on the sweet spot of America's Secret Oil Fields in record time.
The profit potential is so huge, several multi-billion dollar energy giants joined with Cobra Oil & Gas, including Exxon ($337 billion), Pioneer ($3.5 billion), and Questar ($6 billion).
A True Small-Cap Hero
Fellow Profit Lover,
Cobra is moving fast. Buy the stock today.
Just a few days ago this amazing young oil company signed a Letter of Intent (loi) to acquire 640 red-hot acres right on the sweet spot of America's Secret Oil Field.
Now, a handful of hours later, the deal is signed, sealed and delivered. Cobra gets 37.5% working interest (WI) on 640 of the most valuable acres in America. Cobra intents to include this lease in the development activities involving adjacent leases.
I've never seen a company move so fast on deals like these. It shows me that Cobra's management is really on the ball, full of confidence, and totally dedicated to strategic exploration and development of domestic energy projects.
That's why Cobra is taking charge in America's Secret Oil Fields.
* First the world's most profitable corporation, now two more multi-billion dollar energy giants are in bed with Cobra (CGCA). It's fantastic -- if you own Cobra stock.
* Cobra Oil & Gas is one of those rare, heroic small caps that carries individual investors to great riches. The stock is red hot right now, moving up fast, daily.
* Buy now up to $3.00... price target $9.25... then again, Cobra is moving up so fast I find myself re-setting the buy limit higher three times a week. Buy CGCA now!
Cobra Oil & Gas is red hot right now. Readers following my buy advice hae already doubled their money. And there plenty of price climb to come, which is why CGCA remains an IMMEDIATE BUY.
Exxon sees the vast profit potential and had to get in on the action, too....
... because the largest, most profitable company in world history sees Cobra as a special-situation sure-shot winner. You know I love Cobra. I've told you about this small-cap hero and the money it could pump into your portfolio.
Now two more multi-billion dollar energy giants are hopping into bed with Cobra. What's all the fuss? Oil. American oil... enough oil within our borders to power America for 146 years... enough oil for the US Bureau of Mines to peg recoverable levels at 4.0 to 4.5 billion barrels.
Sitting on the sweet spot
for massive profits
Cobra is sitting on the sweet spot of all this oil, located in America's Secret Oil Field. Exxon knows this, of course. Now two more multi-billion dollar energy giants are hopping into bed with Cobra.
Pioneer Natural Resources is one of them. This is a $3.5 billion oil and natural gas exploration and production company that goes for $30 a share. The other multi-billion dollar giant is Questar Corp., a $6 billion natural gas distributor that goes for $33 a share.
All three of those energy giants closed deals with Cobra Oil & Gas, a young, very fortunate $37 million oil company that goes for...
Half a buck... $0.73... $1.94...
That's how this young oil company -- Cobra Oil & Gas -- has been climbing over the last few weeks, as I told you it would. My new buy limit is $9.25. And that might go higher as well.
NEW PRICE TARGET:
$9.25

2. Cobra just doubled its working interest (WI) in America's Secret Oil Fields from 20% to 40%
3. Two multi-billion dollar energy giants -- in addition to Exxon -- see fit to get in on the action,
4. Cobra stock is money -- it was used as cash to close the deals.

Your report is titled,
Tapping America's Secret Oil Fields:
How You Can Make Bigger Profits Than Exxon
Your report gives you the expert insights you need before you invest. You'll learn all about the special situation propelling Cobra Oil & Gas, including details on their doubled WI in the sweet spot, as well as...
* How fast CGCA can turn your $5,000 into $40,000
* What Cobra plans to do with the $10 million suddenly tossed it way
* Why Exxon snapped up 12.5% interest in Cobra's projects
* How Canada became the largest single exporter of oil to the USA, and how America's Secret Oil Fields will power USA without a single drop of oil from beyond our borders

P.S. I've given readers of my newsletter profits of 453% ... 545% ... 623% ... but Cobra Oil & Gas (CGCA) could top them all. Everything points to CGCA giving you BIGGER PROFITS THAN EXXON But you must buy CGCA to profit. Buy now and capture what looks like a quick 60% pop before you make your next mortgage payment. Buy now for a quick TRIPLE as Cobra climbs to my new price limit of $3.00... and then rockets to my target price of $9.25.

Hey Floyd...
$1.50? I sure do, but who knows how soon? Once things get rolling, I am expecting .80 to $1.00 quite easily, but after that it may take awhile - depends on how many want to take profits and how many want to hold on for better gains. There will probably be some churning for awhile around $1.00 to establish a new base before she goes higher - some taking gains and others taking a position. I would expect that might last months - but all of this is just speculation on my part as it could play out very differently. I just know that the level we are at right now is still bargain territory. JMHO.
NL
Sea Biscuit - that was one of the best explanations on OTCBB/Pink Sheets I have read -- someone should make it a sticky, IMO.
NorthLion
Thanks for that post, Chevy. And it is because of the things we are anticipating and expect will start soon that we have confidence that this stock will be very valuable - and that is why I have added and added and added shares. Our time is coming.

Taki...
Thanks for your story.... I appreciate your honesty. You have many "rough edges" (just like the rest of us), but we still are on a spiritual journey and God leads us a little further, a little deeper, one day at a time. Your story reminded me of another one which I think you might like.... another man who prayed and prayed.... I hope you like it.

not much volume in MTRE today - is our seller finally done?
I could not enter an order with my one brokerage house, but CIBC accepted my order for LFHE at .15.... (they usually show up under NITE).
I don't mind paying .15 for some.
how much is the bid on LFHE? tempting to put in an order to sell a few just to see if it would go yet, but I don't want to part with a single share! LOL
Yea, the accounts are looking a whole lot better than they were awhile ago!! And that is not just because of MTRE and LFHE - lots of other green also... I am expecting this will be an awesome year for us investors, in spite of the economic woes we have come through. Sweet!
NL
Hi Bee! I love the purple car (cartoon version below in your post).
I hope you are doing great. I am liking the new levels we are at here in MTRE. I figure LFHE could be trading very soon as well. My accounts were showing a value on those LFHE shares yesterday also.
NL
Congratulations Gambler!
-- that must be an awesome feeling to be out of debt and enjoying the new wheels!! You deserve that and hats off to you.
NorthLion
we've had volume for awhile but, now there is a surge in both volume and price... someone new coming in because they know something is pending? hmmm
Wow... she's smoking today.... and it isn't me... but I love it!
yup.. looks like we are competing with each other for shares!
Hey Starnes... nice to hear from you again and to know you are still on board with us.
Some more movement of the float from the seller to longs today. One day closer to the end of this pattern.
Someone asked me whether I am disappointed with this stock and how much longer I am willing to wait.
I am not disappointed with this stock. I had expected things would have closed sooner and that we would have been higher by now, but the whole world went through an economic setback, and we were not exempt. We were delayed in reaching our goals, but we are still on track to reach them, and I fully expect that we will. I will wait as long as it takes... I have been here for almost two years - another month will not matter to me. I do not plan to sell out anytime soon anyway. I am here for the long haul (yes, I will sell some shares eventually once the price gets up, but at this point I am planing to keep the bulk of them as a long-term hold).
I also still have buy orders in place and will take some more if the opportunity comes (at my bid).
NL
hi berge and $H and all...
competitive indeed! I was quietly lurking in the background for awhile hoping everyone else would be on vacation or something... but whether I get anymore or some of you do doesn't really matter to me so much... we just need to get this seller done with his housecleaning so that we can move ahead. JMHO
I figured you were taking them, Prices! Good for you! They are falling into good hands, IMO. Not sure how close we are to bleeding the float dry, but it must be shrinking every day.
NL
Hey Bee. I got myself a bunch of them, especially last week Thursday (the 22nd), but there has been quite a bit of competition to pick up the seller's shares this week. I have had orders in for days and could hardly get any! I think you were picking some off as well! Great for all of us who are buying, IMO. This steady selling will eventually end, and then we will be glad for the bargains we picked up, IMO.
NL
SOROS.... I am happy if anyone takes this seller out, and if at higher prices, that suits me well also. I don't really need to add more to my pile, so I am not desparately trying to add. But, if the seller wants to give them away low enough, I will take a bunch.
NL
BL ... my orders are in place... I will take 100,000 shares tomorrow if the seller wants to move them, but I am not going to reward him for selling... he can come to me.
NL
No fish on my hook today.
NL
Hey prices... no, that wasn't me. I have my fishing rod in the water this morning, for sure, but there are some other guys fishing in the same pond, so I will have to be patient and see what I can catch today!
NL
This has been an incredible run-up leading to the CC.
I have held a large position for over a year. When it first ran up to the .009's it was a relief to no longer be in the red, and I began thinking of getting my original investment back off the table. Late last week when we surged up to .0135 I took advantage of that to recover some, and then today I sold several million to have ended up with a completely free-riding position. So on the one hand I now have no risk - all of the original position is back out of EXPH.
But now there is a choice to make:
1. I can take advantage of any immediate pop tomorrow and sell off while there is volume, and potentially pocket a huge gain, or...
2. I can tuck the shares away and realize I literally have a "free" investment in a growing, active company that could reward many times over in the years to come.
If I did sell tomorrow, I could say that I would buy back in on a fallback, but in reality, that is also not likely to happen. Once out, especially with a large position, it is hard to get back in fully. And how much would I gain by selling and buying back on a dip? Even if I gained 25% in the process, I would lose that in the taxes I would pay on the capital gain. However, the other risk is that I sell and it keeps going up so much that I am right out of the picture.
On the other hand, if I put my shares away and just let them sit for a year or so, I am risking very little. I have my original money back. The share price is likely to move around in the months ahead, but so what? As long as I don't sell, it dosn't matter. I will reduce/defer my tax bill by not creating the capital gain. It really does make a lot more sense. The way things are going with EXPH, I think it is a pretty good "gamble" that we WILL see some good growth in the value of the company. Given past actions of the company, it would not surprise me to see my share value grow further through a reduction of the OS, and I can also see the company continuing to add other operating divisions.
So, I think I will choose option 2 - I will park my shares and stay LONG and strong on EXPH and forego the opportunity to take the quicker buck.
This is just my view - as they say, "different strokes for different folks." Best wishes to all, no matter what your strategy is.
JMHO
NorthLion
someone HAS been methodically selling - 10,000 shares at a time. maybe he is done now. maybe not - if not, maybe we can get a few more. sooner or later, he WILL be done and then we can soar. JMHO.
NL
I managed to get 10,000 at .154 today... someone else is hungry for shares, and that doesn't bother me at all. I like that .51 on the ask also. We are getting closer, IMO.
NL
Not likely, but in this world, anything is possible. But why look at the extremes? Look at what is more likely and that will be a nice pop up when acquisitions close and then a climb from there as financial results come out quarterly. We are sitting on a little gold mine here, IMO. [Maybe better than a gold mine, as I know how long they take to return results, having been invested in one up here north of the 49th parallel].
NL
the retailer gets shares by bidding higher... eventually when the bid gets higher, some of us will shed a few shares!
NL
BL..
There is the float and then there is the "effective float" - which will be a whole lot smaller (taking into account the shares a bunch of longs are sitting on and not willing to sell for under $1 or more). I am thinking the effective float is getting very skinny. JMHO.
NL
BL... we really don't know the exact size of the effective float -- my guess is that it shrank a lot!
NL
Hey Bee...
Thanks for that - love your sense of humour!!
NL
Not much volume today, BL
