I am calling it an unannounced nonsense concept. You can’t split a company by more shares than there are. And there is no such thing as a 1:1 split. It’s the same.

You can believe there was an unannounced nonsense split if you want, but it still leaves you in the same place- owning shares in an uncanceled, tickerless, assetless shell.
