What is going on today? No trades yet??

I see DNAD as a company that is actually doing something. So many OTC stocks have updates on things that are going to happen but never do. DNAD is DOING something. Not only have they made money (albeit not nearly enough) but Carl is working to create a revenue stream and also working to get the stock situation in order. This OTC is a one of a kind stock I believe. If anyone is patient enough to wait around a couple of years (I know most OTC investors are not) they will be rewarded in my opinion. I am holding this one long and in a couple of years I expect to be patting myself on the back for this move.

Parlay Challenge sounds like a Mobile Game about Pirates. This is terrible. For the record, I hate the name and have no idea why they would pick it. I guess they are stuck in a world where they still make those cheesy game apps and just wanted to continue the pattern. In a world of hashtags and social media, this is a nightmare.

Thanks Doog. I am looking forward to a lot of things with DNAD. My understanding is that Carl has been working hard on this and there are some NR's due soon. No idea what soon is but I think these will be pretty significant. I am thinking about picking up a few more shares short term just to have a little pop of cash and hold the rest for a year or two.

Retiring the 4B restricted shares should increase this stock to 13x current value or around .05/share with no catylist. I hope negotiations are going well.

Here is something interesting I found on the web:

Blockchain DNA is working on a Crypto Security system. Now, if you know anything about internet security you know this is not a field for the timid. DNA Dynamics has been in app development for years and apparently has the knowhow and the skills to develop this Crypto Security System which is HUGE in my book. The knowledge of all systems and securities has to be off the chart for them to even attempt to do this and they stated that they are "developing" the system already. This will either be on the exchange end or the end user side (or both) and has to be iron clad strong. I am curious to see what they come up with and how it's going to be integrated. Maybe one of the pending news releases will elaborate a bit on how this will work.

I think there is going to be a NR on several fronts soon. It's been a month since they announced working with GodSpeed Games, over 3 weeks since they signed the development agreement, 3 weeks since they announced a Facebook page was about to be commissioned, ect, ect.

I just sent an email to IR regarding the Facebook page which was supposed to be up a couple of weeks ago and when will marketing start. Looks like the info black hole I posted about is happening. Nothing big, it was expected but they do have things they can update us with in the mean time while the app is being developed. They should have picked a name by now as they don't seem to be pushing the "name the game" program at this time.

DNAD will be in an information black hole for a few weeks. I mean, other than announcing the name of the app and releasing the Facebook page, we are just waiting for the app to get done. Kinda like watching paint dry.

I have inquired on the Bitcoin ATM placement as mentioned in the news release about the patent sale. I never heard anything back on that so am wondering if they actually went through with it. Also, I have no idea what is being done (maybe nothing yet) with the Blockchain Cyber Security. I don't know if there is an app or some kind of gateway software or what. Just creating a division does not make it happen so we have a lot of info to gather there.

But, the big story is 2 months away. Until then we get little nibbles.

This is certainly worth a shot for a few million shares. If things happen the way Carl is telling us, this will be worth a heck of a lot more than a few pennies. Having 10M shares of a company worth $.25/share could be a really good thing. At under 300M shares O/S (after the dissolving of the 4B) the annual gross revenue would only need to be 50M to hit a quarter a share. In security alone that is an easy number to hit. Throw on the gambling app and we are talking serious money.

I have inquired into Carl's background in security to try and get a better understanding what his (and DNAD's) viability is in the cyber security world. Security is a really competitive field but it's also a very lucrative field. The liabilities are very substantial but if someone were to break into that field with a top of the line product it could be worth it. I am interested to see how Carl Grant can sell DNAD as a Cyber Security provider in Blockchain. This seems like a field for Barracuda, Norton, McAffe, IBM, etc. How are they going to get folks to go with the unknown company? Maybe there are already connections made...if not then this is a big puff of smoke up our derrieres. Let's hope not. There are a lot of emerging technologies around Crypto, security in this area is new so with the right knowhow I could see this happening.

There are a lot of moving parts to this and I think that Carl and his development team are being severely underestimated. Security is a very good direction to go and if you think about it, they already have the protocols with the gambling app since they will be accepting crypto as payment they will need this security. If they have proprietary tech, why not offer it to others? Licensing on this could be bigger than the gambling app and once they retire the 4Billion shares that is held by Prime Capital this will have a O/S of under 300M shares. This is a time bomb folks. I have never said this about an OTC stock but I believe this one is a buy and hold. Remember, this company was once successful in the app business and was even going for an uplist to the NASDAQ. Yes, it's been a tough road but Carl is battling back and really seems to be legit.

I think once they announce who the household name partner is this will skyrocket. As well, I believe that they will be doing something to reduce the OS of 4.2B which will help tremendously. We may have a fraction of the shares but they will be more attractive to investors and the value would be greater. The float is one thing but those restricted shares are just sitting out there looming like a death star. Got to fix that when they start generating revenue.

Slow day? I suppose we need to wait a few weeks for another news release regarding the application in development. However, DNAD could do us a favor and announce the "household brand" that they are going to partner with since, "we have several interested parties". Also, the Facebook page hasn't happened yet. I could make one of those in about 15 minutes, I wonder what the hold up is. I asked IR but haven't received a response yet. A previous NR said within the week...it's been more than two since then. When is the contest going to be over? 2 months until football season and the app needs to be gaining notoriety. Marketing needs to be in full swing now. Are we doing this or not?

Come on Carl, let's get this party started!!

Shareholders on record on June 29 are eligible for the dividend. There will be no payout until the IPO has been opened. That will be months from now likely. We probably won't even know how many shares we are getting for a few weeks or months. In the meantime, enjoy the fact that you got free shares of a stock because it will likely not affect the price of MGX at all. More NR's out this week and today or tomorrow we will know who some of the investors are for the PP that just closed.

I think we are a couple of weeks away from any real substantial news release. Setting my alerts, going to focus on work for a while. GLTA!

Like clockwork. Dumpers and trolls on deck. They'll push it down, buy it up, pump it up and sell it off.

Less than $30K worth of shares traded hands today. This is nothing. I am going to stop watching this until football season.

Good strong close. Lets hope news comes into this momentum. I am ready to see this valuated at a honest number and not sub-penny wasteland.

Yep, this kind of a run doesn't even phase me anymore. I'll keep watching to see if this company does anything and if they don't meet certain milestones by certain dates I will jump on one of these waves and move on. There are too many guys watching software trading today. Run it up, sell it off, make a few bucks, wait until next time. 16% is a pretty good return for one day, can't really blame them. I trade bigger $$, not worried about the % on this one. I am hoping for a major run up like in December. If they deliver that should be no problem.

Doog, from the 2018 Strategic letter it appeared that Carl was working the same angle that DraftKings was working. That being, a game of skill where users are pitted against each other. This is legal in all states as far as I know. The Supreme Court ruling shouldn't have affected that at all. That would only apply to casino type gambling and not what has been the direction of DNAD since the initial announcement. Will it be in the future? I would think establishing some kind of client base now would be a very good thing if it was. Is DNAD riding the wave of press on this? We'll know soon what the intentions are and how they are going to execute if at all. I am still skeptical on this but hopeful that something really good is about to happen.

Not today DilaedIn. Anyone notice Appswarm's new gambling app? They state that it's an online community and you cannot actually gamble on it due to local laws, etc. I wonder what makes DNAD different.

Who participated in the "Name the App" contest? My submission was "PlayDNA".

They should have a Facebook page up now. I thought that the competition NR stated the page would be up that week. Anyone find it yet?
