Shareholders on record on June 29 are eligible for the dividend. There will be no payout until the IPO has been opened. That will be months from now likely. We probably won't even know how many shares we are getting for a few weeks or months. In the meantime, enjoy the fact that you got free shares of a stock because it will likely not affect the price of MGX at all. More NR's out this week and today or tomorrow we will know who some of the investors are for the PP that just closed.
