CELZ went from an unknown to a very fast growing, emerging company, so having the float grow by 500,000,000 shares in 13 months in the OTC is obviously no big deal.
$10 million is nothing.
FACT.
From your screen shots.
June 2017
Total Shares = 653,900,266
Float = 15,881,251
July 2018
Total Shares = 653,900,266
Total Float = 525,079,355
That's 13 months.
When someone calls you and asks you about your job what do you tell them?
Do you tell them your work hours, the address, how much you make?
Fake news.
Laziness runs rampant Phil. Like someone told me, it's all there in black and white. Of course there is a LOT of black and white. What is not obvious is that under CELZ are multiple entities with their own focus and goals.
LOL. If you only knew.
Up front and by the book with everything.
It's going to be huge!
I am sure they are very happy with the new orders coming in. I worked on satellites for 17 years and some of the people I worked with also had experience in the medical equipment world. Talk about dotting the 'I's' and crossing the 'T's', very rigorous. Safety first!
It's coming, the problem is it's a BIG country with LOT's of cities to cover. I know they are working hard! I'm wondering how the manufacturing for new machines to meet the new demand is going, you know how demanding the testing and inspections can be. I imagine it's a nice problem to have, lol.
That's how you ended up with kids!
The company nor any insiders are selling. Period.
You are wrong. Caverstem infrastructure is being built right now and each doctor will already have patients that can benefit from our procedure. Caverstem is it's own entity. The news is in Dr. Santosh Kesari area of expertise which is cancer and stroke effects, a totally different entity of CELZ.
It's about momentum. Like an aircraft carrier momentum, it's predictable!
The big boards require trading at a certain minimum dollar level for a sustained period of time. I don't know what the exact figures or time are but I bet TIM does, to the cent and minute probably!
There is only one reason for a RS, get out of the toilet and go to the big boards and we aren't ready yet.
There is no dumping by insiders. PERIOD!
Strategic thinking, don't advertise what you don't have yet.
I've read your post and I'm not impressed with your thoughts.
This scenario is the only reasonable explanation, none of trading house will allow buying penny stocks on margin.
Absolutely correct. They are using their energy to build the structure of doctors throughout the country and beyond. They are not going to release a PR because you all are nervous. They will release a PR when the number of doctors are there to reasonably support the demand.
SOG called it a while back, it needs to consolidate and then it will climb. It didn't consolidate on Monday or Tuesday.
Thanks for sharing. I do get it, I turn 69 at the end of the month and I've made LOTS of mistakes, sometimes it seems I don't miss any opportunity to do so. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I laugh, and a lot of the time I can only shake my head. You just keep going no matter what. CELZ is going to be big and I have faith in that fact.
Lol. Thanks. You have to start somewhere and sometimes lessons are expensive.
Thanks. I know what you mean, I have believed in it from the very beginning.
Some. I was naive when I invested and made some costly mistakes. I'm living on a fixed income which makes it difficult to invest more.
That would be nice but it's still a ways off, unless of course things really pop and they might quite soon.
I was in before CELZ existed, CMH investor, so yeah I'm one of those that watched it go down.
I never was a trader and my education has all been right here, in this toilet, also very discouraging.
I agree, I don't have those skills either. What's nice is there are a few chartist on here and their comments here make me feel more confident, especially since I'm probably the only 'true long' on here and it has been very discouraging for a long time and now that has all changed.
Both methods work. Holding over a long time frame, true longs, holding over a decade or 2 or 3 do very well. Short term flipping, if you have a stable income or lots of money AND the knowledge AND the experience can do equally well. How about that your both right.
Voting control of company, there will be no takeover.
"Patent Application. Drs. Patel and Ichim, two of our directors, have assigned to CMT for nominal consideration use their patent application (U.S. Patent Application 62319753) for the use of regenerative cells as a treatment option for women who experience sexual desire, but have difficulty reaching the arousal stage. The patent application was filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on April 7, 2016. This patent was assigned to CMT on August 28, 2016."
I'm old and a dime is silver.
Carsten (Ping) is right across the street. Huge complex!
LMFAO
Well done Starbeck.
No I think this person used to go by 'Helter Skelter', same style of attack.
CELZ is the real thing, you have all read the DD, ignore the noise and put him on IGNORE.
The results from the clinical trial will be released soon and then we will know the scientific facts.
I agree.
I think that if you will do some research, there has been a tremendous amount of effort made over the last few years and there are overwhelming amounts of data and paperwork, you will find that this company is not the norm for the OTC.
I think that 'toxic debt' is just very expensive money when it is used in a careful and judicious way. Survival can be very expensive.
There is, in my opinion, incredible potential and a bright future that is just now coming to fruition.

It's a difficult concept to understand but given that Don has a MS degree and decades of experience I feel comfortable that all of the t's are crossed and i's dotted.
The bottom line is it result's in the dread word and reality of dilution of the stock. It is a reality of life and it is very common method of financing an emerging company.
What you are describing appears to be correct BUT, using a description of "bad news" can tweak nerves and can generate a bad response especially when it's in the first line which appears in the blog.
.
THANK YOU 'Seaheck1'.
Well said and nicely too!
