No, honestly, I think it's because he uses gmail. I know gmail filters out a lot of messages because it thinks it's spam, so he may have never saw it.
What is the best e-mail address to e-mail Greg? I e-mailed the blueoar address on March 1 and haven't received a response.
It's seriously driving me nuts that the price is still this low and I don't have any money to buy more shares.
If you've searched for Vytex, you made it come up. When you search for stuff, you start getting ads for it.
If they already agreed to it, don't you think they already signed a binding agreement?
Thanks. I wish I had the money to buy all of your shares.
I stupidly sold shm! at .015 about a week before it went to .70. I'm not selling this anytime soon.
Honestly, I'm really surprised they have been able to keep doing this. I wonder if they file in different courts, so the judges don't know they've done it before. Someone needs to report them to the SEC, BBB, or somewhere.

This is from 3 minutes of research. Looks like a pattern to me.
OK. MNST (Monster Beverage) was trading at .688 in Dec. 1995 and went to 92.40 in May, 2005 before splitting. There have also been several lesser known companies that have gone from penny stocks to trading in several dollars. It does happen.
I would typically agree with your statements, until I look at the facts. VYST is acquiring a 38 million a year company that belongs to their family legacy and they wouldn't risk losing or tarnishing the reputation of, they are buying back several million shares, they have already improved the RxAir purifiers and have started production on them again, the FEC business has already received a big contract with a huge company in Davita and is in trials with Bayer, Vytex products are selling on Amazon and Wayfair, Vytex has gotten the attention of Lego and tire companies, are testing gloves, among other things. So, yes, it may seem too good to be true, but facts are facts, and VYST has enough promising facts for me to take the risk.
Look up EMA. This is not their first lawsuit.
EMA has a history of filing lawsuits against companies. They recently did it to nFusz and had done it before. I'm sure this lawsuit will be nothing.
Even if Lego passes, there are a bunch of generic Legos that Vytex could be used in. Obviously, Legos would be the best, but if they pass, at least there are other options. Heck, maybe they could make their own generic version.
Waiting for the Rotman's Furniture audit to be finished, so they can complete the merger.
Why would they PR that they won't do something? They filed it, so in case it is needed in the future, it's there, but that doesn't mean they will do it for a very long time, if at all. Honestly, I'm tired of seeing this same thing over and over.
Did anyone mention to him my idea about marketing the RxAir purifiers to NFL and other sports teams? I e-mailed Steve Rotman, because his e-mail address was on the PR and he e-mailed me right back and said he would forward my e-mail to Greg, but I've never heard from him.
Right, it hasn't started yet, but will soon.
Why would they sell shares, so they could turn around and buy them back at higher prices?
Thanks. Everything about the company sounds awesome. I think the Rotmans are going to maximize the potential of Vytex.
Everyone keeps talking about the Rotman's merger, which obviously, is great, but nothing is mentioned about anything new with Vytex. Has anyone who has talked to Greg or otherwise heard about any news coming about new Vytex products? I know gloves, tires, and condoms have been mentioned. Tires would be awesome, I just wonder how long that would take to get implemented and what kind of approval that would need since it would affect so many people's safety. I'm just excited about what Vytex could do and RxAir and the FEC things.
No idea. I was just asking a question. I was previously in a stock that acquired a non-public company with the exact intent to use that company's revenue to immediately uplist to Nasdaq, so I assumed VYST could do the same thing.
So, if VYST is current on their audit and Rotman's will be audited before they merge, wouldn't they be able to uplist directly to Nasdaq once they meet the share price requirement?
I found this article from 2011. Does anyone know if this is still in effect?

Cool. Thanks. He also mentioned bras, which I wouldn't have thought of. Honestly, this sounds almost too good to be true, but I think it is true. Steve seems like a good businessman who found a great product that wasn't being promoted very well and he is using his business acumen to get it to all corners of the market. If things fall into place, this could truly be huge.
Wow, where did you hear that? Just curious, I hadn't heard that before.
I'm good. I went ahead and sold part of one stock and all of another one to buy more here. Part of my thinking here is if FUS2 went over $3 with barely any revenues, I don't see why this one won't.
I'm in a very similar position. I'm hoping this is the one that puts me in a position, where I don't constantly have to be selling to buying something else.
I really wish I had more money to buy this dip. I'm contemplating selling something else to buy more here, but I like the other one too.
Can you clarify the statement "The audited numbers are publicly due out in July/19"? Are you talking about the Rotman's Furniture audit? If so, wouldn't that mean the merger can't happen until July?
Buyback will soon be starting and merger with Rotman's Furniture will be in coming days - you are WARNED!!!
So, I'm reading on Twitter that these guys flipped VYST for 100% profit and one guy even sold for a $76 loss. Now, I don't claim to be a stock expert, but man, they must not do any research at all. I'm thinking multiple thousands percent gains before I consider selling.
Thank you. Do you think maybe today was because word has leaked of some news?
I have a question. So, I know it's been said that they will be acquiring Rotman's Furniture in Feb. Does that mean that the audit will be done and it will be final in Feb. or does that mean it will just be getting started?
How is that a lie? One thing that was impacted was the money held in reserve than can be wiped off the books now. I remember that being mentioned a while back.
You keep saying they're losing money, but you've never offered proof. Can you please do so?
Seriously, a bunch of people called and e-mailed about that?
Question: Is Vystar going to use the merger with Rotman's to automatically move to Nasdaq, like FUS2 just did or are they just going to merge and then uplist later? Thought maybe Greg would have mentioned this when someone talked to him.
To the person who PM'ed me, sorry, I don't pay for PM. I'm looking at this as a pretty big play. I plan on staying for a while.
They're selling over $35 million a year. Buffett must not have hurt them too bad.
