I believe that a lot of people read the news in the wrong way, thinking that the company was essentially dead in its tracks, and therefore, took their profits and ran before what they believed was going to be a massive crash. I'm sure there were a number of stop losses activated in the meantime as well, which drove it down more.
Once there was a little more clarity (even before Jason's amended update) the buying started again. I think there were a lot of longs that sold (whether they'll admit it or not) and I don't blame them for taking profits if they thought the sky was falling. In the end, it stabilized. There is going to need to be some work to get through the flippers again, and news of a name change/symbol change and some revs would certainly do that.
Basically, we're back to the beginning of last week...
You're absolutely correct, got hung up on the second update and the subsidiary part.
So based on the PR, it sounds like we're not going to see a ticker change, as they'll continue to be Landstar, but Data443 as a subsidiary...other than that, business as usual.
That would be great!
Indeed. Can't wait to see how this plays out, hopefully Jason doesn't make us wait too long because we're all pretty excited. Jason's tweets recently have only fueled the speculation that he's ready to release information soon! Fingers crossed it's tomorrow so I can skip work on Monday...and everyday after that!
There is actually nothing concrete happening tomorrow, other than Landstar should officially be gone and Data443 should no longer have any mention of shell. I don't believe they can even request a ticker change until after the merger is complete (which is tomorrow, so theoretically, they could request tomorrow).
All the other stuff about financials and the like is just speculation because the last financials had revenue listed as "-", so many assumed they were waiting for the merger completion to release that. Will it happen, no one really knows. But ridding themselves of Landstar (except for the ticker) is a big step to being able to fully disclose things.
All just my opinion.
If the merger is official at 9am, financials won't be out before that.
It isn't mentioned prominently in the PR, but Tien Phuoc JSC is no joke in the construction business in Viet Nam. They have built a ton of housing developments, office buildings, and hotels, including this one http://www.lemeridiensaigon.com/. If they are part of the construction of the casino, it is going to be a huge project.
Makes sense that these things are developing slowly, but if they come to fruition, I think we're going to be golden here, just going to take patience. $PHIL
As am I $PHIL
PHIL tweeted a reminder of the dividend, but I haven't seen anything filed with FINRA, doesn't mean it isn't coming, a lot of those filings look retroactive, so I guess they technically have until October to file it, right? $PHIL
It certainly does...and it is a good feeling! $CMGO
Nothing on the NVSOS website...
They are leaving because, for the most part, people on here ask them what they think is going to happen, then call them out for being wrong on their thoughts! Neither of the them came out with crazy predictions on their own (hence not pumping). Cordova has always maintained that Henry said the PPS would be 5-10 by years end, and that he believed Henry, that's a bit different from saying, "I expect the price to be 5-10".
While I'm not happy they are gone because they did a ton of DD and gave us insights they got from Henry (whether that has come to fruition is on Henry, not them), I understand. People want to question them at every turn, no point in sharing information for no real gain for them in posting here.
One thing I've learned in the stock market, no good news or financials go unnoticed for too long, so if Henry delivers on what he is claiming, we're going to skyrocket, with or without IHUB postings. The purpose of this website is to get in early, during the 'questionable' period to buy cheap, before the really good news hits.
All my opinion obviously, $PHIL
Yeah...I've seen a few come down in 10 (business days), but most go closer to a month.
Couldn't have said it better myself! $PHIL
Must appreciated...I still have you on Twitter, so we're good. Good luck and thank you!
Both were on the Gildex information before it broke... which seems to have come true. Cordova was on the mine purchase in Laos, I believe...
Agreed. Ardberg and Cordova have done more DD than anyone, and we have people like NWSUN who was unhappy about not getting 3s, now's he's not happy it's in the 3s....and keeps talking about his stupid carrot. If you're unsure of your investment or the people on this board that actually provide support for arguments, then sell and go buy another penny stock that is a sure bet, without delays, or vague information. I'd rather see you people leave so Cordova and Ardberg can post their information here. $PHIL
Looks like we're adding a "D" to our ticker as well...

Not really surprised at the lack of action for the dividend to be honest. I think a lot of the people interested in buying for it, bought at the end of May, some probably sold when the extension was announced, but I am betting most are still holding through the week. I don't think too many people "missed" buying it the first time around. IMO. $PHIL
No problem...I like the holders and totals as well. $phil
2 more transactions on etherscan this morning...looks like they're both secondary sales though. $PHIL
Excellent! And it came from the original account, so that should be a sale rather than just a transaction between two owners. 13k in tokens moving. Now lets get some news from Henry on some of our transactions, and run this thing into the divy date next week. $PHIL

I would agree...an extension now would rightfully warrant a bloodbath on the share price. Now it would be golden to get a major project update before the lock date to hold our value through it, but either way, we're looking good $PHIL
I agree with you (which is strange). But there is a difference between ignoring them and thinking the sky is falling just because they occur. I don't think the sky is falling (even if they are dilution). $PHIL
Completely agree...There is enough on the bid to dump into if they so choose, so they're either bleeding it or it's not them. Either way, I think we'll be just fine. $PHIL
I'll be the donk today...another T-trade, 300k at our ever popular .0443 price. If it is Einstein selling their shares, I'm okay with it going at that price. $PHIL
I was expecting a little better than 2%, but the seller didn't come off .046 to meet the .044 bid, so that is a good sign the dip isn't coming. Wouldn't make much sense for Einstein to hold shares this long and dump them before the dividend date.
Overall, a good day when a lot of my board was red. I'll take it. Let's keep it going green tomorrow! $PHIL
We're good at that! $PHIL
I'm still trying figure out $PHIL's roll in this project. Are they building the facility, just overseeing the project, consulting on the project, or what? I don't see anything that defines their exact roll and how we'll profit from it. $PHIL
Lol...got a divy on one of my other holdings...hoping it's the best 10 bucks I've ever spent. $PHIL
So you believe that the price and buying pressure will increase for you to dump a million shares, then fall to .04 after that? Sounds about right.
Yep, a little over 6 million. And I agree with Ardberg, we haven't seen a 3 million dump, so either they're slow playing it (which is fine by me) or they're holding for their own share of the dividend, then we'll see some dumping.
I do think that we'll hold fairly steady next week, but if there is no reason to hold after the dividend date, we'll crash something fierce.
All IMO. $PHIL
I didn't hear anything about the expectations for the price of PHIL to be $.50. He said the pre-sale for APR shares would be at $.50 (and attempting to sell 100 million shares).
Also, to address another post about the convertibles (by someone else), he Mentioned the Einstein note would probably be converted. That's the same note we got the last 8K about, and they have about 4.5 to 5 million shares to convert to pay off that note (whenever that happens, no date was given for them to convert). He did mention that he was going to try to limit convertible debt after that, but warned that he will use it, if it makes sense to the bottom line of the company (and therefore shareholders). He seemed pretty confident that this note was used for transactions that would be very rewarding. For that, we'll have to wait and see. $PHIL
And just to cover the negative side for folks (at least how I heard the information)...
It does sound like he plans on converting the rest of the Einstein note into shares, which my rough math tells me would add somewhere between 4.5 - 5 million more shares to the float. Which considering the overall SS here, I don't see as a huge issue, but I'm sure once the 8K's come out, we'll have people screaming about the sky falling again. $PHIL
That would be a great idea! Maybe Cordova or Ardberg can suggest that to Henry.
I wanted to add (I'm almost out of posts), I think the best benefit of the 100 million pre-sale is to keep the balance sheet clean for the IPO, he mentioned wanting to keep APR's debt down (50million bucks in the bank would do that). I'm not an expert in IPOs, but maybe the lower debt helps the listing to Nasdaq, but either way, low debt will make APR more attractive on whatever exchange. $PHIL
I think that would be the best case scenario. Looking through the Nasdaq IPO requirements, I'm not sure APR would qualify out of the gate (that can change depending on revs and such). I'm thinking it will start on a lower exchange, personally. And again, we'll have to figure out if they are restricted shares or not, that could make a world of difference (or none at all, which is why investing is so fun). $PHIL
Also, I think we (as a group) should forward more questions about the APR launch plans and the status of the stock we'll get for the next C.C. Sounds like he plans to have one next month or so.
I am curious too...
We either didn't ask (or he didn't answer) whether the APR shares are going to be restricted or not. But they are pre-sale, so by the time APR actively trades (or we can trade restricted shares if that's the case) the price could be very different, + or -, is how I've thought of it. $PHIL
