I think he finally came to the realization that if he wants to hit the mother load, he need to get VDRM and it’s share price “Rocket-Boosting” higher. No ifs ands or buts! He has a ton of shares and if he can get the company’s financials audited, he can actually start selling his shares with a planned share sale and posted Form 4’s and why would he want to sell for Pennie’s a share when he can hit over a dollar a share and get the millions in share bonuses!

No it wouldn’t. Posting audited financials showing real revenues in the $millions of dollars will be all it needs to Uplist. As of now, only revenues they have received were off of licensing fees and whatever little bit of online sales they have had. But now with real revenues about to start coming in and already as said in previous PR of having $1 million in the bank, it’s the best financial position in a very long time.

I know he doesn’t need to reverse split, but you know how to find out someone’s motives when you answer the question honestly and then they pursue their motive in their next post. Which is what the poster did.

I think once the Dr posts the Q2 and gets back Current, he should really think about getting fins audited and Uplisting. Would bring a ton of legitimacy to the stock and PPS will shoot higher in my opinion.

Float is nothing if they can show actual Major revenues for the first time ever!

Think about it - if they ship 1 million bottles, even if they ship it at a super low price of $25 a bottle, that’s $25 million in revenue. And that’s only with one country buying. So if they can actually show revenue in excess of $50 million, then at worst I see this hitting $.50 a share. But financials have to be legit. So hoping Dr Otiko decides that I finally get the financials audited and Uplists now that generating real revenues.

Good morning Rig. Keep an eye on VDRM. Could run at some point once financials are updated and announced with the very first large shipment of 500K bottles at end of August and a follow up shipment to come end of October. This will be first time company has actually had this kind thing of product shipment and should produce revenues driving share price.

I don’t believe we see these shipments in Q2 but definitely should see something in Q3 or Q4. Even at $10 a bottle, it’s $5 million in revenue. $25 - $50 a bottle shipped would be a home run. Anything more than $50 a bottle, then we are looking at a Major run on shares…..

If Dr was a true CEO businessman, he would PR that quantity shipped, dollar value it shipped for and then that the company was becoming fully audited and reporting!!!

September is always a sell off month and then October is when the market reverses again. All depends on when he says how many bottles were shipped at what revenue factor. And if he was to surprisingly announce that he has begun to have the financials audited in order to Uplist to a higher exchange, hence the delay, then and only then in my opinion does the PPS start to fly higher.
