Was trying to test the waters at .0017
"Please contact your local branch about placing an order on this security."
I am not somewhere that I can call. Besides, from what saw earlier, I might not even get filled at the ask. My order above the ask did eventually get filled at the ask of .0013, but again it was in there for a while and at 1/4th of my initial order at .0008 when the ask was that.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
Sheesh .0013 x .002 now.
My order sat all morning at the ask .0008, then at the ask again when it upticked to .001, finally I said F it just to see what would happen and when it upticked to .0013, I decreased my order by 1/4 and set my bid above the ask and it still took 20 mins. to fill.

Hey Roach:
Not too shabby considering:
1. Gas prices and I spend 3 hours in traffic per day.
2. The market is horrible atm, well for me.
3. Verizon just bought whom my wife works for and we get to play the "what-if" game.
4. Interviewed for another position in my company which 6 other of my peers applied for too and they are all less qualified than me which undoubtedly means I will be on the bottom of the list.
5. 16 year old Daughter needs braces, a car and new bras.
6. Caught my 11 year old son checking out the same women I was on the beach last week.
7. I had to come back from vacation this week.
8. My wife is asking about Christmas shopping.
Sorry you asked yet? LOL
Kidding aside, well actually its all true lol.....just living life....hope is all well with you!

ROFL - The message header before opening the post reads:
"LOL Maybe we should invest in giant rubber"
and I made a mental note to not buy tickets for that booth.

All I need is advanced 3 week warning of the date. Because I am such a cheap skate, at 4 bucks a gallon, I will probably be footing it down to the bayou or perhaps RB can swing up and give me lift in his infamous new ride……which is now a year old so it has depreciated I figure around 35-40%. Perhaps we will see that on the balance sheet when we become currently reporting.
I do not think we will have problems finding volunteers to work the booths with 4000+ shareholders.
We just need musical entertainment. Cradamerican Idol? , I am sure we can rock all night with hits like:
1. “They came in a box labeled Charmin” – by the Certs
2. “The check is in the mail” – by Vinny on Bail
3. “Wife cant testify” – by CFO
4. “I woke up next to Maggie May” – by Twelvebeers at Cradfest
5. “We don’t need no stinkin lease” – by Alleged Illegal Sub-Lease
6. “We drill for oil” – by Justinoton Ourlease
7. “I rode on the best aeroplane” – by Then Soldit Back
8. "I could care less" - by SEC
Can't wait!
Regards,
Fizzlegig
Except for a few runners, the whole market seems like unusual crud for a Friday sell off, so I would be at least a little happy that there was not any early volume because for the first time I look at my list and I have absolutely nothing up...not one stock. LOL

Bah. Scottrade does not do a very good job in displaying negatives in the sub stocks, but trust me when I say that I am staying away from building ledges today. LOL
My Pension and Roth are pretty safe, but I would even hate to look at my 401k today. I might a B-line for that ledge. *sigh*
Oh well, this is why you diversify and I still always have cradfest to live for.

From about mid April to the First of June was the last run, so more like 6-8 weeks and it was quite a roller coaster ride. Still riding free from that one.

Opps! Your selling stalled it after you posted it would drop like a bomb, thats for sure, guess you ran out though and the "bagholders" at .0026 are all now even again.
If it does go down and you feel the need to call me a bag holder, feel perfectly free. I sold around 1/4 of my shares at .0025 and almost doubled my initial investment though, so do not get too giddy about it.
The risk you take with any penny stock is holding the bag. Some bags you hold longer than others. Some bags turn to free bags. Some bags you call your broker and tell them to just make them go away. Good luck to you...I guess.

Per Pinksheets Nov. 30, 2007:
No short interest.
Per this board (overall) to date:
No long interest.
Whatsa brutha to do? *yawn*
I guess something we can all agree on is that we will have another day(Excluding death for those that are smart arses like me and would chime in a response that went there). We just do not know if it will be a good day or a bad day.
I honestly hope those that lost more than they needed to eventually balance it out on thier own financials. There was/is some seemingly fairly honest people here. The cards were stacked up against us from the get-go and that is true for ANY pink sheet or BB stock.
In all cases it is almost always the same in each circumstance. Profit, non-profit, pumpers, bashers, MM games, egomaniacs, followers, run before the run, sell on news, buy on rumor. After all, it was the same cycle when every single one of us arrived and not just this stock and it is not going to change.
The only rare "gem" in OTC land and OTC stock boards is honesty and it is the least sought after one.

Fizzlegig

If you could update the chart to show massive buying and a share price of ohhh say an even dime, that would be great!
Thanks in advance! lol

Son of a blah blah, I should read past postings before I post basically the same info already posted. *sigh*
Oh, well....had some fun crunching some numbers anyways, I guess. lol

Side note:
"512,100,000 shares were issued to shareholder for compensation."
Appear to be the shares issued to the founders per the monetary match $5121.00 on page 3 and 4.
The other 540,496,308 booked at $71,140.00 just looks like plain dilution per how the filing reads.
There is still $310,000.00 of stock "to be issued" to shareholder for purchase of certain assets, which we can only assume are the founders. I do not want to even think that it will be issued at a book value of .0001, but if they authorize another 3 billion shares for that and expect very little revenues, uuuggg!
Regards,
Fizzlegig
balamidas
I do not know how you can say there is no dilution and it is all part of the merger. It is pretty cut and dry now.
Per the pinksheets filings:
512,100,000 shares were issued to shareholder for compensation.
540,496,308 shares were sold SUBSEQUENT to merger.
This was all in the 3 months ending 12/31/2007. So it happened between 10/01/2007 and 12/31/2007. The buyback was announced 9/26/2007.
Around 494,169,180 shares have been traded through that 3 month time frame. The filing does not specify that the shares are restricted. Where are we to assume most, some or part of those shares came from?
Issuing and/or selling shares not currently outstanding is dilution, no two ways about it.

Fizzlegig

I think it means that the counter suit or a suit brought on by Phoenix vs. the pit owners was denied.
It basically means that it cannot continue with oral arguments unless appealed adn accepted.
Would have to see the transcript to know specifically what the suit was. Probably the interference of the pit operations.

McDonalds dude looked like a lady? hehe
I agree with throwing out a number like that, should have just said "several millions". Crazy how just about any other "pos" stock would have run up on something like that. I guess that is what we get for throwing numbers in the billions and never getting there.....all of a sudden a couple of hundred million looks like chump change, unbelievable and or both.
Oh well, considered it all lost in the first place and doubled up at .0023 1/11/2008. Wow, into my third year now.
All I can say at this point is thank god for 401k's, IRA's, my penny pinched savings we manage to put away and one of the few companies with fully paid pension. This sure is alot more fun that watching to see if your powerball hit twice a week, but a whole lot of the same results and yet better odds.

Fizzlegig

I had an idea for your next artwork.
Ok, you need an image of two dogs playing cards facing each other, with Ron and Pauls images on the head. Add an org chart in the background that list shareholders at the top.
The bottom caption should read:
"Phoenix will be trading, selling off, and otherwise eliminating companies that do not make a profit." - From 11/13/07 PR
In bubbles above the card player on the left reads "I will give you a Fizzlegig, an Oldteck ,3 roach4091's and 400 prefered voting shares for six shelby2786's, two sawdin's and 600,000,000 in common stock."
The other will read "Throw in the Komex contract and you have a deal!"
Regards,
Fizzlegig
My order was for only 2 million. 5 Million traded after my order had been sitting for 45 mins.
No biggie, I already have some, but still you would think it would be an easy fill after over an hour total.
*shrug* who knows. Perhaps Scottrade did not need the $8.00 commision.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
"Should", yes. However there it sits, still unfilled. 5 Mil total from someone else went by though.
Regards,
Fizzlegig
You could be right *shrug*. My 2 Mill buy has been sitting out there for 45 Mins. First time I bought it executed instantly.

My first play of yours. Hope it works out well for all of us. Good luck and Merry Christmas.

My fill took nano-seconds.
I only threw $200 + commision though.
If you have a very large order in, try splitting it up in to two or so.

But you did more often than not, the right thing all considered.
I am comfortable with "woulda coulda shoulda". Well, more so than "I can not believe I did that!". lol
I still think there is more potential here than a vending company and although the groups are not my overwhelming taste, they are not bad at all.

Good deal and congrats on that. My nest egg is not even remotely tied to penny stocks. I know I would lose it no matter how good I have done with some that saved my lossed from others.
Not to say that money I build here in pinky land I could not turn into my nest egg or an early exit from the working world, just too much riding on it to think about risking it. The wife and kids can usually find ways to take from which I have built in capital and the very same pink market that made it can usually find away to take a portion of it back too. lol
I would probably buy more PDGT here if it dipped below my entry, but I am comfortable with what I have.

Fizzlegig
hotdog1012
I think so too about PDGT, just do not be afraid to take your money off the table and never regret doing so. I have learned that a few times. Never think aout how much you can make, just how much you did make.
In HCPC at .0002 and out at .0005 now with free shares and profit there as well. Just be very careful there. Huge volume is potential huge sell off and you do not want to be caught watching the mad scramble out the door.
You prob already are well versed in this, but what the hay.

Welcome back and sorry you were in limbo a while. Same ol' same ol', the greedy people who banked some on the last run are still trying to load up at anyone’s expense.
They just do not realize that the very people they are trying to get to sell or the buyers they are trying to run off will be less people they will have to support the price as they try to unload their stocked up shares on the next run. They can own the entire float, but what good is that if there is no one to sell them to?
LOL - Funny though when they resort to copy and paste of safe harbor statements in every company PR as evidence of deceit and trickery though.
Be safe. Wish we could have some cold weather and/or snow down here.

You both have time to post, therefor you both have time to call right? Or will it be the path of "I do not have time", but can continue to re-post unverified information in which I will not take anyones word for it anyway? You are searching for the truth right? Google can only get you to a certain point. Eventually you have to actually pick up a phone or press send on an e-mail. Here is a good starting point:
SEC v. Vincent Cammarata, et al., Civil Action No. 07-81163-CIV-MARRA/JOHNSON (S.D.F.L.)

Huh? Attacking the BOD? Wha? I think you have me confused with someone else.
The post number deleted was 61603 in response to post 61601. Perhaps I had a slight tone in my response, but I do not believe it was a personal attack and I did not ask for it to be removed. But today, in hindsight to me having a few beers with my sister and an old friend from high school last night and being very very tired, please leave the post removed.
The reason I posted it was because of posts 61585 and 61494 which valorie claimed she was right about the stock heading north. My buzzed brain did not catch the two posts prior where she said PBLS was charted as a buy a day before each post. I jumped the gun. My post was wrong and valorie I do appologize.
Pnew - I did not see your post that was deleted to me. You got my rarely checked e-mail address though and I probably will think it was funny as well if you want to bypass that superbee girl whom never sent me anything regarding the picture of the other beautiful cat that used to be in her sig like she promised. *sigh* - Guess I am just that un-likable - *sigh* lol

Re-read my posts
Another stock in which I own free shares I posted that I verified 10 billion in authorized shares. I did not however make any reference to the number of outstanding shares for that stock nor I believe this stock recently if ever.
For this stock(PBLS) the authorized share count is 2.875 billion. 375 mIllion are prefered III. The oustanding share count is pushing 2.5 billion. This means that as far as common stock we are now close to fully diluted. If part of the common is tied up in the prefered II or III shares, we do not really know to date nor to my knowledge how many of those are outstanding.
Yes I own this stock.
If we slightly alter your comment and remove the question mark and replace with a period from "you own this?" and play pretend that it was really not a question, but a statement as fact, then we can say that the sentence in total was 33% accurate.
Now we can organize a focus group to forget that you posted that I posted about 10 billion shares on this stock, when I in fact did not and the 2 billion came from thin air I assume and we are left with "you own this. good job!!!"
OMG!!! You were right again!! How do you do it?

Yup. Was just balancing the ol checkbook before enjoying my 1.5 hour trip home.
No worries. I am sure they will still look the same when I get home. It is not like it is a check or something that pnew can photoshop. LOL - I had to pnew, it was just the first thing that came to mind....no disrespect.
Very tired and doing battle with vendors over program agreements made me especially fiesty today.
