I do not know how you can say there is no dilution and it is all part of the merger. It is pretty cut and dry now.

Per the pinksheets filings:
512,100,000 shares were issued to shareholder for compensation.
540,496,308 shares were sold SUBSEQUENT to merger.

This was all in the 3 months ending 12/31/2007. So it happened between 10/01/2007 and 12/31/2007. The buyback was announced 9/26/2007.

Around 494,169,180 shares have been traded through that 3 month time frame. The filing does not specify that the shares are restricted. Where are we to assume most, some or part of those shares came from?

Issuing and/or selling shares not currently outstanding is dilution, no two ways about it.
