Time to leave, stay, what?
It’s coming tomorrow/Monday
So, what’s the thoughts on them utilizing existing cashflow to turn around three days after the final Q is release to announce another acquisition?
I haven’t taken a stab in a while fo guessing. I’ll guess middle of August, somewhere around the 13th.
She’s consolidating, so there’s very little downside now. Coil is tightening, she’ll be ready to pop on some new acquisition news.
Looking forward to the next Q being released. I’ll load the boat as I feel they get closer.
Only concern is that the MJ market luster has faded.
Are they selling/disposing of Seasoning Stix?
Also, I’m back to 1 post on here so if I don’t respond, just remember I’m yelling the answer at my
Phone
Getting exciting. Should only be a matter of time before the next ones filed. Then we’ll be back off to the races. Would have been nice for this to be managed better during th Marijuana rush, but this isn’t a fairytale.
No where to go but up since we found our new bottom.
Convertible debt. It’s on the quarterly filings. It’s the “credited investors” muds throwing around about them selling shares at $.05.
They were dilluring, there’s no question about it. At this point, it’s a matter of if they’ve stopped (might have been slighting to get cashflow for operations or inventory). Either way, new bottoms found and it’s not moving lower, even with none of y’all buying. MM’s are smart. Harder to make money on it if it does.
Moving in a large position here soon.
Fuck you Mud
Pot calling the kettle black here Hushpuppy.
You can’t even get the price point right on a stock that was 3 quarters late on financials.
Remind me again on all of your accurate posts? You might be deceiving yourself here.
Yep, Sugarmade did as well. Reconciling that however would be very simple however.
Okay, now I need you to tell me the total number of shares sold.
Stop painting one side if you’re not going to be accurate.

I leave one day and all of your periods sync? Settle down, if you’re attempting to come off like this is a terrible company people will more than likely ignore your posts because they’re fairly irrational.
Settle your tits boys and girls.
Also, please lay out all of my predictions and tell me how they panned out, I’m open to criticism.
Please spend your time looking through them all.
I’m not a self proclaimed anything. I’m an accountant that’s also had much experience, not 40 years, but enough to understand when someone’s spouting nonsense like you.
Also, you can leave an accounting firm for any reason... but if it’s because of material difference, THE CPA HAS TO REPORT THAT THEY DO NOT AGREE WITH THE RESPRESENTATION THAT THE SPLIT WAS MUTUAL.
Let me know if you need me to put it in Spanish.
Also, you sound like a smug bastard when you say toe to toe. Settle down, you were wrong.
I accept your apology.
I’ll say it again because you didn’t read my post passed the first sentence. The CPA firm has to agree to the reasoning that the split is made. If the split is because of materal differences, the COA will cite that. It’s their responsibility and they’ll lose their license if they don’t.
Don’t spout stuff to people who are more versed then you.
0-40 now. Lookin mid season form like the Rockets my man.
They can’t just leave an accounting firm due to material differences. The COA firm would list that on their exit/removal request.
Agree on the late financials side, but don’t make the COA section more than it is. Borgers majors in mergers/acquisitions so he might have knowingly only signed up for the years financials and parted ways.
Hindsight is a beautiful thing haha
Don’t confuse me saying Trump caused it all. I bought 19k shares because it dipped and I figured it was consolidation/profit taking.
Manslap, eat a snickers... you’re getting a little weird lol
Yes, The Who market consolidated a percentage point.
Might want to get off Investorhub and onto some news sites boss.
No but I also found a job posting in LinkedIn for it. It was already closed however. I’m not a qualified candidate for the position anyways. They wanted a CPA and I have no intentions of doing so. I’m fine with that, then at least it won’t be Jimmy calling the financial shots if they have a COA at the Helm.
I’d rather them have a CFO but baby steps is nice. Not sure how they’ll fill that position for 60-70k though.
Trumps also not helping anyone’s case.
Not a problem, you guys earned them if you were able to snag them.
Frank, keep my name out your mouth. You have no idea of the circumstances surrounding me exiting my position or my pattern of trading.
Go sit in the corner like a troll in another board.
Hey mud, eat a bag of dicks.
Yep, I knew this was going to happen.
Little back story. I’ve rooted for teams (Pistons, was only allowed to watch one game against the lakers, they lost), Stocks (Regeneron, sold out and it ran from $300 to $600 months later), President (no offense, I voted for Hillary. Not because I think she’s a good candidate, terrible in fact, I just couldn’t fathom voting for trump), Rockets (at a Mexican restaurant game 6 and the owner changed the tv that was right in front of me and they blew a 15 point lead), and on and on and on.
Long story short, I did it for everyone who’s been suffering because of me lol
Like I said, I’ll be back. When, probably soon... but who knows.
Also, that’s why I short sticks. Reverse psychology. Universe really thinks I’m buying the stock so it drops, but I’m shorting it so I’m actually making money and then I exit before the universe realizes what sneaky nonsense I just did :P
Miss you too boss. I’ll be back. Might be a little bit, but rest assured I still have faith in this company.
Consider it my parting gift to who ever got those shares.
I’ve never liked holding shares long term. I’m sure I will regret deciding to sell off, however, I will sleep easier not wondering what the actual hell is going on in SGMD.
I’m going back to shorting stocks and exiting my positions before the day ends. Makes me feel safer lol
I’ll be back, just not till Jimmy gets his shit together.
Frank, you need to research purchasing shell companies.
That’s what Jimmy did to begin Sugarmade. He acquired the rights of remaining shares, debt and assets of the company when he paid cash/stocks for it. The remaining shares that were issued prior to his purchase are owned by people who’ve had it since who knows.
Purchasing a shell company comes at a premium if you want one with high outstanding share counts.
Why’s that
Someone threw the question out earlier, anyone know of any good non overbought hemp stocks?
You’re right. I’m sorry. I’m just salty that I had to sell so many shares at a shit price lol
Yeah I wouldn’t listen to him or mudpuppy. I had to sell off some shares as a friends fathers in legal trouble so I had to wire money to him. I’ll have it back and I’ll buy it back like I’ve done the last 6 months.
Nothing new, nothing to fear.
Damn, no volume today. Selling really has dried up.
He’s probably tapped, considering he did this back in the .03-.05’s... seems to have worke dot well for him.
