Frank, you need to research purchasing shell companies.

That’s what Jimmy did to begin Sugarmade. He acquired the rights of remaining shares, debt and assets of the company when he paid cash/stocks for it. The remaining shares that were issued prior to his purchase are owned by people who’ve had it since who knows.

Purchasing a shell company comes at a premium if you want one with high outstanding share counts.
