Infringement and validity are in direct correlation here. If the technology described by patent is patentable is is thereby valid. If companies use the "valid" patent without permission. It is infringement. Clear and simple.

I appreciate and respect how you point out both the good and the bad because those are the people who are most useful to board. However, I've researched extensively on the PTAB and laws regarding patent infringement and it helps because I, myself, have filed for many patents. Your questions are all things that can simply be researched. Simply read up on the PTAB and patent infringement cases and processes. You'll learn a lot more from that.

The public does not even know about this OTC stock and the potential. Many of us here know about because we were invested before or found it through research. The predicted spike next week has more to do with news becoming more available to public not the actual settlement.

Mainstream media doesn't know about this. Only reason you know about this is because you have been invested for quite some time and wanted to find out why it was rising out of nowhere.

I'm going to get some PR on this. First thing I'm doing is contacting MarketWatch. I know a guy. Time to shed some light on this situation.

A few days after settlement news and price spike. I'd perform my own technical analysis, take note of support and resistance levels, breakout points, etc. and decide when a good point to sell is. It may be 50 cents and it may be 6 dollars. The million dollar question isn't when or if there will be a settlement. But how much it will be.

Those who are saying this stock is a Pump N Dump. Normally, I would agree with you. I usually short sell penny stocks on the pump to make profit. But one thing with Pump N Dump stocks is that people buy into the hype, not evidence. For all the years I've been doing this not once have I seen a Pump N Dump scheme taking place with so much evidence, court filings, lawsuits, etc. behind it. Just scumbags hyping it up to make a quick buck. I believe this stock will come down one day. But if you believe that this stock is a tradition Pump N Dump scheme, I'm sorry you feel that way.

Might just buy a ton more at a penny to get this baby goin hmmm

Pump and Dump usually runs on hype not billion dollar settlements. Do you understand the magnitude of this technology? I agree it could possibly go back to under a penny a year from now if it is a buyout, but if it's a settlement and CISCO pays royalties, I don't think so. This technology is seen quite literally as a necessity in the 21st century.

Even if it is a buyout, those who hold the right amount of shares can quite easily be millionaires.

Gonna put another mil. into this gem before it hits mainstream media. Not trying to pump or anything but the facts are there guys. I've been analyzing the breakouts, resistance and support levels for the past week. It adds up. The volume on price spikes and decreases tells me that breakouts are legitimate. Don't just take it from me, do your own fundamental/technical analysis and see for yourself. Just thought I'd share.

Think about it. More and more people are finding out about the news everyday. Once June 12th, even more people will figure out about this stock. Although there may be dips, by the end of the day, I believe that we will be up in 9 times out of 10. IMO the ones who are patient with this stock and have actually done their research, can change their lives with this one.
