Brent,
Do I read this correctly? In the near future Parkin will issue pr's and Kenneth's pr-firm will answer phone calls (and will not issue pr's)? Or is it the other way around?
Did Kenneth say something about a string of pr's?
Thanks,
Jack
Thank you.
Jack
RTQ please?
Thanks
Hello,
I'm new to this board and I'm thinking about investing in TCLL. Can anyone tell me what the odds are that N2J will be acquired? Why did the previous loi expire??
What revenues and profits are we talking about if N2J is bought up?
How will it be financed?
Thank you for your time,
Jo
Were can I find the number?
Not if he really is a Belgian...
'Inside contact'??
Between you and debelg or between you, debelg and ndol??
Met andere woorden, TGTL, zijt ge hier aan't zwanzen of weet je meer?
Greetz
Jack
I for one believe that you made the call, I only have doubts about what Parkin is telling you. He told me two weeks ago there would be a pr that week. Of course there wasn't!
By the way, Belgians are no scam artists!
Bedankt voor de moeite,
Jack
Vic,
If I read the pr correctly, 33 wells have allready been drilled. So I assume they just have to hook'em up... or am I being too naive here??
I think that's the only way one could explain the production increase to 7M barrels/year.
Hey Butthead,
Who called Parkin yesterday and posted his conversation??
Man, you turn like the wind!
Hi guys,
Take it of leave it, ignore it or believe it... but I got so frustrated this morning (European time) that I called North West in Moskow. Unfortunately I only got a friendly secretary on the line... I quote: 'nobody is allowed to answer your questions' and 'we will call you back'. She wrote down my phone number and I haven't heard anything yet...
An our ago I tried the IR number (at the bottom of the last pr) and believe it or not, I had a 5 minute conversation with Mr. Parkin himself.
I told him I'm a NDOL shareholder and that the price decline got me worried. I bet you have heard this before but he told me the 8K would be out today (EDGAR). When I asked him for his goals of oil production by the end of 2006, he told me it was impossible to predict, because they would buy other producing oil companies.
I know, it sounds crazy and I don't want to give false hope to anybody, but I just thought I'd share my information.
Best regards,
Jack
Wallstreetman,

Thanks Rook,
40k 0.38 got filled; Like pointed out by the people you mentioned, Aurus 'bought' their acquisitions with cash, not with stock. Thanks again for pointing that out to me!
Jack
Hi, I've been lurking this board. As an NDOL-investor, I'm becoming more and more interested in AURC too.
Their assets look great, but has anybody any idea about their debt?? How did they finance their recent transactions??
Thanks in advance,
Jack
ARSD - Somebody seems to be accumulating... wonder who it is and even more important WHY...
Still hanging in there!
Niles,
Still holding ARSD, but with the recent price action, I'm getting a little nervous. Waiting for an explosion or an implosion after results!
By the way, I have a better feeling about JCTCF results.
Any followers??
Greetz,
Jack
Wade ARSD,
Aren't those gas prices hedged?
ARSD... What p/e???
When you think about putting a price tag on a company, what p/e can one use?
Other petrochemical companies (company's?? sorry mother tongue is Flemish)have a p/e of 10 to 20. But these are listed on major exchanges. So let's say we assign an average p/e of 16 to a petrochemical company listed on the nyse.
It's my feeling that you should devide it by 2 when the company is on the otc. When listed on the pink sheets, I tend to cut the p/e in half again.
So when you take 2morrow's low assumption of an EPS of 0.5$ for 2005, target price would be 2$/share (ARSD being on the pink sheets).
A few remarks:
1) First of all, I think EPS for 2005 of 0.5$/share is a very low estimate; could well be 0.7$ (times 4 would make 2.8$ target price).
2) A move to the otc would double these targets.
3) Future outlook is not taken into account. Will they continue to perform like they're doing last few quarters?
How should we take their mining business into consideration??
Best regards,
Jack
2morrowGains, Wade, ...
Do you know what the effect of rising gas prices (Q4) and declining gas prices (Q1 06) will be on their net income for those 2 quarters?
Thanks,
Jack
Wade,
I'm holding a rather large amount of ARSD.PK shares; bought in at 1.40 average. At the moment I dont feel the need to sell. Waiting for results in April (I think), but also waiting for a listing upgrade!
Regards,
Jake
Thanks Bobwins en Jtomm, maybe I'm way off here, but it looks to me that Rival is the better pick (risk/reward).
Jack
Valuemind - Arsd.PK
... 'has earned 0.26% per share last quarter, and expects to earn more in the comings quarters'... I hope you're right, but were did you get that information??
And secondly, if they would get relisted on the Nasdaq (in half a year, in two years time??), why such a conservative PE? Why not a PE of 10-15?
Jack
ARSD.PK - Valuemind, volume today was extremely high compared to last weeks. Are you sure you're still holding???
Bobwins - High plains
Could you give us an educated guess about Q4 cashflow, if they can produce their estimate of 800boepd by year end?
Thanks in advance and thank you for pointing out some 'potential' winners from the Iradesso report,
Jack
ARSD.PK
Valuemind, Wade, did any of you mention they could change to the OTC within two months? I'm sure I read it somewhere.
Today limit order for 12000 shares at 1.25 finally got filled. If they can confirm the last 3 quarter performances, PE would be around 1. Secondly, a move off the pinkies could do wonders...
Thanks,
Jack
Wade,
Re ARSD. Hard to get information on the company, besides last 10Q.
If the numbers would be half as good as they reported, it would be a screaming buy.
Where did you get the 20% growth rate?
Who did you talk to on the phone?
What happened in 2004? No revenues?
Thanks,
Jack
JCTCF FY 05 EPS 0.6$ (vs FY 04 EPS 0.37$). This one could really pop; extremely low float.
Any thoughts?
Jack
Let's just hope you don't feel disappointed tomorrow!!
Any idea what KDHD PPS would do when they show us 0.70-0.75$ with increased backlog?
Hoping for more, but you never know...
Jack
hweb - ERS was upgraded from C+ to B. 12$ indeed around the corner!
ERS - Nice action second day in a row after solid earnings. Any idea what fair value would be?? What P/E would be realistic for this stock??
Thanks,
Jack
Wade, just took a position in KHDH. Like you said, little risk and nice upward potential. Especially convinced by their growing backlog. Hard to believe that earnings will be much less than last quarter.
Greetz,
Jack
Wade, congrats, you've got a nice %gain in those 3 months. Do you know when quarterly earnings will be released?
Thanks,
Jack
SSKILLZ1/HWEB2... count me in on the corg.ob deal; just bought 8000 at 2.2$. If they show us some decent numbers, this could really take off.
With a Q3 EPS of 0.08$, trailing P/E would be 6!
Best regards,
Jack
Thanks for your explanation Bobwins, appreciate it!
Haven't pulled the trigger yet on NCNC.
Do you or anybody else by any chance follow MHCO. Low float hurricane play, low P/E, growth should be coming in the next few quarters, but it's a pinkie...
Any opinions??
Jack
NCNC
Hi guys, I'm new to this board. Have been following it for months. I'd like your appreciated responses to some questions about NCNC.
After reading the last interview with the CEO (thanks for posting it by the way), this looks like a 5$ stock.
2006 numbers:
Quilite 15-20M$ (30% bottom line) = 4M$ (being conservative)
Machine tool part 15M$ (20% bottom line) = 3M$
Not bad for a 0.55$ stock with 8M shares outstanding.
Questions:
1) They apparently need financing to close the Quilite deal. Will this cause dilution? How many additional shares??
2) Do we have any reason to think the Quilite deal wouldn't go through?
3) Earlier statements showed that 0.05$ EPS was expected from Quilite sales Q3 and Q4 2005. Is this still the case? CEO didn't confirm this in latest interview.
Thanks,
Jack
