I'd be thrilled with $1! I'm honestly anticipating $.50+, but thought it noteworthy that there's a forecast out there pointing out how undervalued the PPS currently is (even if it's only predicting $.20).

Comparatively that has a horrible share structure/float. $IFAN is the smarter buy IMO, especially in this price range.

If we get filings in the next 13 days I agree we'll hit $.10+ before July. Filings before July would be significantly faster than I was thinking we'd get them (I was predicting possibly mid July / early Aug at this point) & would show an urgency to move on the R/M as soon as possible IMO.

Low volume so far this morning, but I expect it to kick up significantly the next two weeks heading into the 7/2 status check.

Once we're out of the court I suspect we'll see filings rapidly.

Most retail flippers only see red or green today, not the long play. They'll be kicking themselves in a few months when this hits a penny+.

Someone's shifting large ask blocks down in attempts to lower the PPS I believe.

My original position in PFWIQ was at .0009 & I bought after the custodianship was announced. There are people here who were loading in the .0004-.0005 range before me (but still after the announcement). I've since bought & sold on dips & rises & averaged up a bit. Most recently I reloaded in the .0018-.0019 range after taking some profits on last month's jump.

A lot of people don't want to get into custos until much closer to the shell being clean & sold because they don't want their funds locked up going through that roller coaster for months (or years).

Overall, I'm pretty convinced $PFWIQ will hit at least a penny when all is said and done, so we're still in a great loading range here. IMO.

That'd be nice. Been a good day to be in $IFAN!

I'm not sure we'll hit a ten bagger from this level, but I'd certainly be pleased if we did! I do anticipate easily passing $.05, possibly above $.10.

"The" day is coming! I've laid out the case many times before, but considering Lazar's work on the shell thus far & his history with other custodianship plays, this will be worth it.

IMO we see prices in the following ranges at each stage:

Court is completely clear: modest bump, possibly into the $.0035-.005 range.

Filings to bring current / symbol change: $.005-.009 range

Sold to buyer: $0.015 - .03 (or more, depending on buyer)


Again, all of the above is of course my opinion, but it reflects the action of similar Lazar custodianship plays in the past. So regardless what the day-to-day brings, buying in this range is still a huge bargain for longs.

And because I have to say it, again this is all my opinion, shouldn't be taken as advice, do your own DD, and all that jazz. If you trust me for financial advice you shouldn't be investing. :)

I'll trust it when OTC reflects the change. That said, the uncertainty about the Q potentially being dropped may reflect well on the pps & volume this week.
