Scooped up another 4500 shares this morning before the run started. Cha-Ching!
I missed out on shares because I set my bid too low and was too busy at work to chase. Just put an aftermarket order in for .17. That should do the trick. I hope!
Hoping we take a little dip tomorrow morning. I moved around a little money and would love to steal....I mean buy from a couple of fools. GLTA!
Moved some money tonight and am planning to buy 5-7k tomorrow depending on price action. Go AMFE!
I think the construction is a blessing in disguise. They are busy enough but not completely bonkers. This is giving the staff valuable time to become more seasoned before things get crazy this summer. Once school is out, they are going to be packed from open to close.
Thanks for posting! Is there still major construction happening in surrounding streets?
Evening folks! Looks like I missed out some action!
In other news, ALL snakes locations were super busy today! ALL DAY. CHA-CHING
#worlddomination
It's shaping up to be a busy afternoon at all Snakes & Lattes locations. The kids may be back in school but that doesn't seem to be stopping the gaming from happening!

It's "crazy" busy at Snakes College. On a Wednesday!
It's a Wednesday.... but it's so busy at Snakes & Lattes College.

It's actually awesome. This means there is real $$$$ in this concept and people are going to be scrambling to keep up. We have a HUGE head start. We have distribution. We have brand recognition. We have a publicly traded company so we have $$$$. We are setting HUGE barriers to entry. GO AMFE. GO SNAKES.
I realized why Amfil is urgently franchising. There is "competition". These guys have NOTHING on Snakes. But damn, they are trying.
Leave a little love note for Snakes in the comments. ;)

Not a bad bounce, you might be in luck. GLTY!
Poorly timed. Correction is still in progress.
Hey DM! Honestly, the longer this takes, the better for me. More time for accumulation. I haven't been able to add over the last couple of weeks because of an expensive holiday season. I'm all caught up and ready to start sprinkling in some powder again....selfish of me. :)
Really? Zero? It's no wonder pizza fusion failed and most of their locations have closed down even with solid reviews. The parent company still needs capital to keep a franchise running. For advertising. PR? HR? Someone has to pay someone to do something, right? Supplies and restock needs to be purchased/manufactured/delivered so that the franchises can replenish/build/develop but I guess that just appears out of thin air. Maybe someone will take on all our legal feels PRO BONO!!! Thank you so much for providing an example of why this company will NOT go private. Great DD. LOL.
There is a lot of speculative verbiage in that post and I just realized this conversation isn't even worth having. I took this poster seriously until this moment. Done wasting my time.
I'm still waiting to hear what exactly has been "ruined" aside from a couple of hours or price action immediately after an announcement? We rebounded so quickly, I can't even begin to fathom how he "ruined everything". Sure he's trying but I am failing to see how he succeeded *here*.
By the way, every time I check on Snakes and Lattes Midtown, it has more positive reviews posted about it on Yelp and Google. Things are looking pretty good from where I'm sitting.
Barely a blip on our radar.
I honestly have no idea what you are talking about. We were basically the only mj stock that did not take a hit because of Sessions. Most likely because we are well diversified. I have been following our price action for close to a year and last week was not even a blip on our radar. So again, HUH?
With Snakes aggressive expansion and franchising plan, the company needs capital and it would be nearly impossible for the CEO or anyone for that matter to raise that level of capital from private investors and from loans. That's why companies go public, for CAPITAL. Whatever you are talking about is a lone vegan pizzeria, not a franchise, and nothing I can find on the internet anywhere so that tells me everything I need to know.
What is the relevance of this exactly? It's not like this was under lock and key. Most if not all investors who did their DD before investing here has read that at some point. It's no secret and it's not difficult to interpret. Do you want to know what I'm concerned with? MAKING MONEY. And I've made a killing here and based on my DD, the party has just begun.
As an investor, I'm concerned about future growth potential. Anyone whose investing decisions are based on past financials needs to learn a little bit more about investing 101. That's really all I can think is a relevant addition to this ridiculous conversation the bunny keeps harping on.
I honestly think referring to the company's CEO by his first name is a level of familiarity and lack of professionalism that none of us are due and is kind of a turn off to new investors. I'll be just calling him the CEO going forward. My two cents.
The most important best practice with acquisitions is only acquiring companies that add to the synergy of the whole. Just because a company has huge potential does not mean it's a good match for a parent company. Attempting to acquire as many money making companies to "build an empire" is one of the biggest reasons so many acquisitions fail. The reason Natural Stuff was acquired and is such a valuable addition to both Snakes and Gro is because it expands and strengthens our distribution side of the business while also adding a new product line. It's synergy.
The spin off is both brilliant and necessary. IK is no longer adding to our company aside from revenues. And it might actually be a distraction from all the big stuff happening with our other subs. They can continue to be profitable and successful on their own and start acquiring their own companies and building their own synergies. Speculation about risk is inaccurate. This company is trying to reduce risk.
It's going to be a long weekend! I'm on the edge of my seat.
Felo, all their financials are public and it would take some math but you can probably come up with a rough estimate. If you come up with anything let us know.
This period of time has honestly been a blessing. I don't have a lot of money laying around because I'm back in school and most of my money goes to tuition and books and other expenses. I've been able to funnel bits and pieces of my income over the last year and I wouldn't have been able to accumulate as much in a shorter period of time. It might be selfish but it has worked out smashingly for me and this will be life altering for me once we take off. Good luck to all!
Same pattern we've been seeing lately. I get paid tomorrow. Let the games begin!
This long has been adding steadily for ten months. I don't speak for everyone but I know I'm not alone. 90% of my shares are green. I bought a handful when we hit .18 and it's only a matter of time before those are green again too! GLTA!
This is my opinion but I feel safer at these levels than when we were in this range months ago. Every day more shares are accumulated by long term investors. We are running out of shares for flippers to buy at these levels and they are going to have to spend more if they want to continue to flip em. All my opinion after watching this like a hawk for almost a year.
I haven't stopped buying in ten months! Very proud of my little mountain of shares. GLTA!
I'm sorry I don't really understand what you're asking me.. Healthy volume, mostly buys and an overall good vibe on the boards. The pulse is good. I think you are reading too much into what I said.
Groupon is kicking ass and taking names. I'm long here and have made a nice profit.
So glad to see more shares in stronger hands. Today has been extremely productive in my opinion.
Nice post!
Lol!
That almost sounds like a bad thing. They crashed and have zero momentum. We are better and will hold our gains after our next run.
Pretty healthy trading action this morning! Hello everyone!
What kind of error? This is a penny stock and you need to place a price limit order. You can't buy at market price because of volatility in the pinks.
How on earth can you possibly know how this company is planning its capital structure?
