This post mostly summarizes the case documentation. I'm actually bookmarking it for quick reference. Thank you.
Couldn't agree more. This year's aggressive expansion into real property sealed the deal for me. The products are great, don't get me wrong. It's just that real estate, especially land fit for cultivation is very valuable. Last week should be the beginning, and just a small sample of the future. All in my opinion of course.
I agree wholeheartedly with the second quote. The speculation is very distracting. I've seen an awful lot in posts that I can't find anywhere in the case documentation.
Looking forward to some on-topic sales figures or some prospective m+a suitors.
Good luck to all!
Try not to worry too much about the volume on AGTK on a Friday in early August. Even June had some nice volume. I see a small bump when this ER comes out but the real money is a few quarters from now. Time the sector or play the market, now isn't peak. Good luck to you and all!
20,000 is certainly preferable. But, I suppose SP is the real number I'm concerned with ultimately. Lets see how all this plays out. At 0.0009 close the success doesn't have to be huge to make a real impact. The balm, the making whole of TAUG, the roll on, the "goop", the distribution plan... It's starting to add up in real potential.
It's a shame that, for several years now, TAUG had to be more or less dormant to repair the damage done in this whole Cowan debacle. I'd have missed the ship, so maybe it's been good for me. Not sure if you still count as a "public figure" by the TOS or not but if you do, keep it up. Otherwise, thanks for the info.
Why would you think, on the brink of earnings amidst the highest months of sales (based on the recent PRs), that this would lose nearly 2/3s of it's value?
I'm genuinely curious.
There is something to this point. As dissatisfied as I was initially with the post 40252, I have grown to realize that the M+A value of TAUG lies within it's proof of a cooperative distribution chain. As much as the lip balm doesn't excite me; if these contacts can move a lip balm continuously in 600 locations then it becomes significantly more appealing to snap up a company with that kind of infrastructure.
I keep hearing about a "lip goop" too. I assume that would be a second product as a balm would be far too solid to describe as a goop. I'm interested in checking this product out. My s/o won't shut up about the balm.
Okay, I think I understand your question.
So as much as I love the position that TAUG is in with the obvious negligence in this lawsuit. I do want to see more about how that settlement will be used to attain profitability. I'm open to years of development if I understand what that actually means. Businesses destroyed by negligent firms are one thing. How those businesses, which are made whole by the legal system, is another.
TAUG was undoubtedly adversely affected long ago. That impact is still impacting us today as shareholders. Whatever award or settlement should reflect that. Great, have faith in the system.
After all that risk/faith, now what will be done for shareholders to sustain growth or development? That is the answer that I truly seek. Large or small, where does it benefit TAUG the business?
Fantastic publicity for the introduction phase. Thank you for sharing. Pair that with this article, and I'd say it's a pretty positive news day.
Who can control marijuana? The Constitution says it's the states
I've been there for sure. Keep researching and watching. You're opportunities will continue to grow, as will your success if you remain open minded every day. MJNA is a great pick, it's a matter of timing. Have faith dear friend.
I feel like there has been so much positive public news. Was it just released too early? Property acquisitions and deals made to ensure April wasn't a panicked time to try and start selling the space they have. Did I miss something?
Agreed! That and there seems to be more positive sector news every day despite the occasional vague negative news from the administration. "Marijuana as Medicine": National Institute on Drug Abuse Updates Its Website
This seems like great news for legitimate commercial growers and speaks very strongly to the ability of a state to recognize and remedy issues as they evolve. Red today, but I love where this is heading.
The heading is misleading in my opinion. How I read it, people were taking advantage of a lax limitation.
Citing organized crime, Colorado House OKs efforts to limit marijuana grows
Thoughts?
Interesting article regarding pot companies and banking. Not overwhelmingly positive but this is postured fantastically after even a little clarification on what the Federal government intends to enforce or update. Pot Banking Under Trump
Today was some very good news. Looking forward to the business operations maturing in these locations. Keeps on following through with their vision. Happy to be long in this one.
Thanks for the post. I'm very excited to see if anything shakes up by 3/15. I've followed a few of these types of cases and I like to see that dates aren't slipping at all. This PR was very positive in that regard, just didn't tell anyone doing DD new information.
Oh and just because I don't post often, the Notice of Jury Trial Demand was filed on 1/10/17. https://www.unitedstatescourts.org/federal/njd/338448/60-0.html Feeling quite positive personally. Good luck to all!
Wouldn't be a bad thing for this sector but the fact is that the literal question he answered was still technically honest. I seriously doubt Trump is trying to kill these jobs but Sessions and Spicer are legitimately creating undue concern in the MJ sector. I have faith, but I do get the concern...
Agreed. I think there was a little bit of over-dramatization on the statements by the media. Still, it would be nice if there were a resounding buy-in. Still enjoying the obvious hints that no one is opposing a change in Federal law but the law as it is, doesn't preclude Federal action. Held through today, and still feeling VERY positive on this stock.
I am not familiar with anyone questioning the validity of the product, only the ability to manufacture and move them effectively. It's difficult to do properly without funding. Hence why the damaged ability to raise capital is referred to so many times in the court filings.
Capital is always needed to manufacture and market anything properly. That part has nothing to do with the products imo
Was thinking the same thing. Promising news coming more frequently than ever.
