Lol, I respect your willingness to defend a company and ceo that have thoroughly screwed you for quite a long time now. Either you truly believe he is going to get you back to at least even on your investment, or you are in too deep to give up hope now. Either way, that's an impressive level of support considering his total disregard for your investment so far.
For James Ballas, the announcement is the news. Follow through is not a consideration.
We should put together a wall calendar where each months picture is their announcement that "everything will happen next month,". And October or November one will be their announcement of the "exciting new products and website coming up in the new year".
I see. I wasn't complaining that it was off topic, I was genuinely curious. Thanks for answering, that makes sense.
I'm just curious and this has nothing to do with ubqu. What distinguishes a 'good' shell account from a 'bad' one? This post raises so many questions, but I won't ask, lol.
The confusing part is that you knew it was a scam before you even purchased...

It took Ballas over 19 entire months to provide an update
Dispicable
I'll be in this for a large block flip i suppose - most likely on some PR catalyst this coming week
It's just a real shame what he's done to the shares

Well, this is the reason why i have yet to make my initial purchase because you may indeed be correct
Whenever they drop the next update, they may do so simply to explain the next round of dilution that "needs" to take place to fund operations
We are all just waiting for how it's worded IF it comes this week

You just answered your own question by writing what you wrote concerning dilution and the fact that this piss-poor CEO has been incapable posting financials and changing the name of this company several years ago. How the hell does anyone think marijuana and cvd users and stock Traders and investors are going to be interested in a stock called ubiquitech software?

Yes it's been that way for SEVERAL years so why does the latest update say that the name/symbol change is "TBA"
Why is it to "be determined"?
What's the effing hold up?
You were complaining about them before you even bought shares. This stock is a scam. But you knew that when you added. So confusing.
If these partnerships are public information, share it. If it's not public information, you probably shouldn't be alluding to it on message boards. But really, if you stop replying I will just be on my way and we can let it go.
You’re right, I did get out on 2/23 and I really don’t care. Tell these people whatever you like, it’s not my problem.
That’s a bold statement. Illegal, and bold.
What's changed?
I'm not sure it matters. It was the announcement of the announcement that they were counting on, and it flopped.
You aren’t a loser. They are losers for running this scam. There was a total of less than one day where people could get out before it crashed. Anyone could have missed that.
The current website is the one they paid 350K for a few years ago. Paid Blue Crush Marketing to do it I believe.
Right. I thought they hired a social media person to stop this kind of stuff from happening. Lol
Lol, they are busy.
They took it down. What was it?
I'm not sure how anyone can look at those fins and not see the scam. Compare pages 5-9 to page 25. I'm not arguing about this or debating it. Probably won't even be back on here today. If you can't look at those pages and see that they are scamming investors, then they probably deserve your money.
They no longer sell software, just press releases.
Yeah, I'll be exiting today. Can't believe I let myself jump in without verifying the BS on this board. I know better and did it anyway.
Thank you.
Aren't they supposed to release 2021 4Q today and have a CC tomorrow?
In their defense, they have been told repeatedly that fundamentals don't matter and market cap is irrelevant...
Probably the same person running their Facebook account.
They should wait until April 1st to double down (well, it's actually like the 5 or 6th iteration) on their promises. Change the symbol from UBQU to UBPO.
If you look at their actions over the years, it's pretty clear they are running some version of this scam. The run ups aren't as guaranteed to make money because you need outsiders to keep driving it up, but think how much money you could make shorting a stock after a run when you know with 100% certainty that your buddy can just dump some shares into the market and actually force the price down as needed. Your buddy gets to dilute his shares and you get to make a fortune from the shorts with zero risk. Makes me want to go talk to some people at the local country club, lol. But I don't have access to a CEO, and my conscience wouldn't let me sleep after pulling something like that. Especially doing it year after year and expecting people to keep falling for it time and time again.
Here's a step 3 from 2019.

CEO James Ballas adds, "The Company is poised for excellent growth as we come out of a slow period the last few months. This was due to many factors in the industry and the need for the Company to improve and expand on internal structures that are required for growth. Ah yes. Step 3 is a good one for sure.
lol, it was as accidental post. When I went to reply earlier, my internet dropped so I replied from my phone. Then my internet came back up and when I refreshed the page it posted. Couldn't delete it myself so I edited to blank so a mod can delete it without having to justify the deletion.
Yeah, it probably won’t last long. The gatekeepers are vigilant, and any spark of rebellion must be squashed immediately, lol.
Hard to have a squeeze in this situation. It's probably Ballas and 4 or 5 of his buddies running this stock up and down like a roller coaster driven by press releases and dilution. It's a simple formula for them.
1. Head to the golf course and scoop up 4 or 5 millionaires willing to make some more money at the expense of shareholders. You really only need a million or so to control a stock like UBQU, but even if you started it this late in the game, the entire market cap is only 6 million. If you were the fake debt recipient of the convertible shares, you could have gotten all 20 billion for 2 million.
2. Load up the group with cheap shares.
3. Press release for a run. Doesn't have to be anything real. An implied name change will work just fine. Probably 4 or 5 times over a few years.
4. Dump shares into the run (at whatever pace the run will support).
5. When the run weakens, short the stock. (No risk here because if there is a squeeze, your partners/golf buddies can just sell some of those convertibles and save the day).
6. Ride it down and switch back to long at the bottom.
7. Rinse and repeat.
8. Meet at the golf course to read IHub posts and drink a few beers.
If they ever actually do it, they will get a one time (probably very nice) bump in price. Think how many times they have used the 'promise' of a name change to get a short lived, but still decent, run. The multiple promises of the name change over the course of the last 4-5 years has been much more profitable for Ballas than the actual name change it self would have been. Hopefully the lack of return on his most recent promises will show him that investors are tired of his BS and want to see actual moves. Empty promises have been destroying UBQU since the day he took over. He hasn't done anything yet to make me expect any change in his approach.
I may grab some if it drops to .0001/No bid. I don't trust him to turn the company around. I won't be waiting years for a return. But I've been thinking about it and as stupid as I believe he is, I don't think even he would go through all the trouble of becoming current just to have that one last pump and dump. I think he has a few more pumps before this thing dies and I'll see if I can ride some .0001s back up to .0005-.0008.
Make no mistake, I still think this company is doomed to corrupt/inept management. But I may decide to profit from their lack of ethics. And if he pumps it before it gets to .0001, I will just miss out on it.
Possibly unique 2021 promises from the list. I just removed the ones that were clearly repeats of old promises.
- Call center (Not sure if this would be for order placement or auto-dialing for sales. Either way it seems like an sideways move. They used to have autodialers, and they have always had phone ordering as far as I know,)
- Direct mail (Unsure. Holdover idea from his 1980s sales campaigns I suppose. Look forward to more junk mail in your mailbox.)
- New email platforms (For email marketing I suppose)
- Content Articles (not sure what these might include, could be a new promise so I included it)
That's basically the same list they have had for years, and that same item has been checked off multiple times.
It's a scientific fact that red weighs more than green! Well, maybe not fact but it always feels that way to me, lol.
If so, be sure to check back in mid to late 2022 for the next round.
Yeah, not promising.
Thinking about it now, in hindsight, I'm not sure why I expected anything different. Ballas' entire previous experience has been based on promotion rather than production. He was a TV sales person. I should have made that connection years ago.
Lol, right! Probably get them back in Forbes and you'd all make bank.
On a different note, I just noticed their FB page has been completely abandoned and taken over by other CDB dealers.
