Well, this is the reason why i have yet to make my initial purchase because you may indeed be correct
Whenever they drop the next update, they may do so simply to explain the next round of dilution that "needs" to take place to fund operations
We are all just waiting for how it's worded IF it comes this week

You just answered your own question by writing what you wrote concerning dilution and the fact that this piss-poor CEO has been incapable posting financials and changing the name of this company several years ago.
