Seems like a big fish is slowly accumulating right now. Ask is driving the price and the sellers are limited so if folks would just hold their sell orders this would be at fair valuation quickly. Slow is fine but confidence will build quicker once back above $0.04.
Excited for the relaunch of US sales. That’s where the growth story begins. 50% sales growth this quarter, but watch for multi-hundred % growths when US sales kick up. We need one additional online sales outlet as well. I’m guessing $500,000 rev quarter by next year. Loading zone
Nice chart pattern formed...drop the fins and we are off. $500K is sales would be HUGE, but might be a little premature. U.S. sales is my next buy point.
My portion of the float which I own in my account is locked. Consider this the link to mine.
Nearly a million shares today but my order just won’t fill. I’m just too cheap to raise it $50 to make sure I get it. Hoping for that plunge to $0.008 that I heard about before the filings.
I don’t think it works that way anyhow. Can anyone confirm? When a company pays an insider shares they don’t transfer them to their individual trading account, right? Don’t they hold them in treasury? Aren’t their forms required for these shares to be sold?
Approaching oversold loading zone. Bids in.
I think I asked this before, but what good is Level 2 if it does not include AON GTC orders???
I wasn’t around for $0.05. It is hard to believe that we are this undervalued, but this is a great opportunity to average down. $0.05 + $0.01 / 2 = $0.03. We should be back in that range this year. All we need is published sales and continued growth. Hit my bid baby!!!
I’ll take some more of that ugliness today...thanks. Watch this snap back over $0.02 after the selling subsides.
Gobble gobble gobble
My understanding is that green means the MM sold shares from their inventory to someone and red means the opposite. Black means the MM matched a buyer and seller so no change to inventory. Just like the big board stocks. I’m no expert though.
Which conclusion? If you mean not being in the last round, there are several articles listing the four construction companies. I understand that DP could still be selected to integrate their product into the wall, but first I need to see Trump get through the cost of building it. If you mean my oversold comment then I would say the RSI being in the 30’s. I bought last time it was 32 and if it hits $0.0015 over the next couple days then I believe it will hit that again. Everyone has their own methods and RSI does not mean it is time for a rebound, but I believe the partnership with DP is worth more than the market is pricing.
So it seems that DP was not selected in the final round of border wall prototypes. I suppose that supports the recent price decline but that was a long shot anyhow, so I think we are oversold again. I’ll be adding if it goes down one more tick in order to lower my entry.
Why is there no charts for OCSY on any chart service I try other than otcmarkets.com? Does that coat the company money? I think many investors won’t buy if they cannot get a chart through their broker.
I am constantly amazed by investor expectations. This is great news for a startup. The market always expects more though. The price of this companies product is set. The market is slowly growing. You cannot expect a contract in the millions. They are quickly approaching break even which means no more dilution. As that happens the price will rise. Patience is required.
You mean up and down, up and down...that seems to be what stocks do. Just IMO
Can’t seem to get any fill on $0.015. Come on baby!!!
I believe it was the conference call. He mentioned about needing to raise like $200,000 a year to cover costs until revenues increase. So worst case I think we see 20M more by end of 2019, but we could be surprised and only see like 5-10M if revenue growth continues at current rate.
Volume precedes price moves. Bought a couple chunks so far. Plan to grab at least one more. Hopefully before any news hits.
Way oversold now. I’m in. Let’s see if bottom feeding pays off.
Liftoff this week. Going to get interesting
I like the fact that some investors are valuing the company with these numbers. Those that waited until they had facts now have them but I am confident that the revs are growing and the margin may actually be increasing from these points. Very bullish on this one. Time for the next leg up into the next quarterly earnings release which will support much higher numbers. Giddy up!
I think it was mentioned in the CC or maybe another channel that payment is typically 60-90 days for their purchase order process. I think that should mean sometime this month.
The question is, should he use that money to pay for financials for the investors or put that money back into product to make more money? I think that is where we are now. Or perhaps the funding he secured could only be used against purchase order fulfillment. Either way it is a tough decision to make when you don’t have full confidence that you can stay current with the present accountant, lawyer and auditors.
Nice bid wall formed. Looking like decent support. The worst may be behind us. I think we see Middle East and Europe deals in the next week or two which will reverse the move. Maybe close the gap.
I don’t know all of the specifics on SHRK but some DD indicates that Steve lost control of the company. I am sure he learned a lesson or two. He took that company up to over $10M MC before the bottom fell out. Imagine what he can do this time with those lessons learned. I don’t think $20M is totally out of the question.
How can I put in an order for $0.00002? I’ll take $5000 at that price!!
Almost to my bid. Keep selling folks!
I think under $10M is a decent valuation for ONCI as it currently stands. I’m in at $0.003 and will be accumulating under that. I see the Delaware thing as a speed bump but not a dead end. I see a solid product in a market with limited competition. ONCI has first mover advantage. I also see a company with global capabilities. This is not a single country play. I trust their ability to lower costs and improve margins as volume reaches a nicer point of returns. Always hesitant to trust anything an OTC CEO says. Contracts speak for themselves. I was waiting on the financials to be confirmed but this opportunity seems to have a decent risk to reward so I’m in. Long and strong. Here’s to a solid 2018!
How can it sell under $0.0001. Is my brokerage the only one that won’t take orders to 5 digits? I’ll take another 10M if I can get them under 1.
So let’s assume something for the sake of discussion. What if the auditors come back and ask Rossi for documentation for something that he just does not have? Is there something that he can do in a situation like that? I am just guessing but maybe Rossi feels like the holdup is about one thing, but maybe they are stuck because they cannot get that one thing. So maybe that is his definition of close. Or, as I have said in a previous post, perhaps he is waiting for the cash from the recent sales to have the money to pay the accountant, lawyers and auditor and until those bills are paid they won’t sign. That is not something that can be disclosed, so I believe that to be a possible reason.
Easy 5-10 bagger as soon as the game plan is released to the public. Heck any PR at this point could double or triple from the bottom. All we need is public information and the run will be on. Can’t wait!
No it is not as simple a buying Quickbooks and pumping out docs with numbers on them over a week. I am no accountant but I know that much. There is an accountant involved and then once they have it together it goes to legal to approve the notes and forward looking statements for representation purposes and then it goes to auditors. Of course before all that you need to have all of your receipts and chit. I think we all learned that Rossi’s paperwork abilities are short of spectacular. I also ask, why file one Q only to be behind on the next. When the Qs come the next one will already be near completion or none will come. I have helped a nonprofit work with their accountant and this tool weeks. They are not selling anything out of the country, have never been a party to a lawsuit and do not have manufacturing outside of the US. I find it hard for any micro cap to keep up with the SEC accounting requirement. I actually wish FNHI was alternate reporting instead.
Does anyone know the margins on the device? Any links to support it? I have seen the price range from $200-250 per unit.
More speculation...but has anyone thought that maybe we are so cash poor that Rossi can not afford to pay the accountant/auditor/lawyers that are involved with getting current? My thought is that he needs the revenues from these recent shipments to get current. I believe the financing was restricted to purchase orders. Of course he cannot disclose any of that without the financials, but couldn’t this be a possibility? That would be negative in the short term but would setup for a huge bounce once those funds come in. That should be about 30 days after they leave the warehouse. So February might be huge! Again all speculation.
Oh no, billionaire couple murdered in Canada...had to be Rossi since he is on such a crime spree. LOL!
No that tells me no one is buying OR selling. No reason to do either until the Qs. Maybe when we see more product moving, but no news typically means no volume. Gap in bid ask the past few days made this predictable. No worries from my standpoint.
What is the speculation here? Isn’t it obvious? The new CEO took a company up over $10M market cap. If he can do that here then we can make plenty. Who cares what happens years after that? True definition of speculation really.
If you want volume that bad then hit the bid. I have two orders in. I won’t pay your price at this point. No reason to YET.
That is certainly possible; however, I am trying to guess at how probable. At this point the market clearly has baked in the bad news. I cannot fathom any other reason for the market cap to be where it is (short of Rossi doctoring purchase orders and fake boxes in a warehouse which dos not seem probable at all). In comparison to other stink pinks those one has a viable product which is already selling in Canada plus patents on technology for next gen products. There are many dark pinks with less and still higher market cap. I’m in this one because the upside is higher than the down. So I’m curious, what could possibly be so horrible in the financials. Feel free to less loose anything which can be supported with any decent assumptions and logic beyond flat out lies. One thing that I would not listen to is a lawsuit about the name. We have gotten past that. We know it was the reason for withdrawing from the US, a dramatic decline in sales and the planned rebranding. That is all baked into the price already.
