I'm watching the stock because they have a lot of revenues and earnings and they're pink = of course but other people say that their numbers are fake.
Yes, I think you could say that for most otcbb stocks.
in my opinion the vast majority of stocks on the OTC bulletin board try to look as much as they can like a viable company only to be able to print their own money or issue stock so they can have their own little world and money coming in to finance it, but you can day trade and swing trade them, but most of the time you will lose your butt if you try to invest in them
the average over-the-counter stock is just a stock printing machine and they have to try to look as much as possible like a company obviously or they may end up in jail, that is my opinion
too many o t c CEOs they say a lot but they don't deliver, I'm not saying this can't turn into a great investment, but I think most people want to see some proof first. Just keep selling and issuing stock not going to cut it.

my guess is they dumped so much stock on the retail they killed it
George sharp and all the negative drama on Twitter doesn't help either
if it acts like this going into the paid interview, I think the trips could be coming!!!
the OTC is dead, most of the people were wiped out the last year-and-a-half, That's why nothing is really moving except a few tickers that the day Traders and Twitter Pumpers run up
$DVLP George Sharp onto @OnlyCrownKing now. It’s Over 🐘💰👇👇👇 #PositiveVibes https://t.co/jhTHcEfvHo pic.twitter.com/AeWtkLtJs0

Stock keeps coming from somewhere!!!!
Whats going? why are you keep diluting? Are these from the Reg A? Why not wait to issue until you increase the Reg A price to .008? $dvlp @OTC_DVLP You have issued over 250m shares in last three weeks…. When will us shareholders see value here? pic.twitter.com/FFJYIaLpS1

Stavros is doing his paid interview this month and you might get some great opportunities to day-trade but I would not hold this longer-term I think the bait is the 200 million revenues, but if you're lucky enough for them to actually occur, then great, you've got a lot more investing savvy than me because I don't invest in penny stocks I trade them.
OWUV said something similar, then backed out of the deal.
So when the stock was trading around one penny a little bit above a little bit below, they dumped millions and millions of shares and now everybody knows about the dilution, but now it trades very thick and there aren't a lot of buyers, so now you have to retrace and see if it ever settles out. Basically the stock is still in a free-fall trying to find a bottom and when you keep dumping millions and millions of shares you really can't follow the charts in my opinion until they reset and they quit dumping, if they ever do quit dumping.
You may have 10 to 40% day-trade in this,in my opinion.
Starvos last company was bankrupt and they were using this new venture to pay off the debt of the old company otherwise they probably would have had to file bankruptcy, it looks like they're killing the stock too much, they will make out, the company but the shareholders going to have a difficult time, I think, dilution is deadly.
OTC is dead, no buyers expect for day trading.
Yes, but understand that we are in what is like a depression at least in the OTC and you're going to have to hold this quite a while probably to see any fruition. I just hope the dilution doesn't kill the stock.
He's loading up on DVLP so he says

If they keep issuing stock in January and you don't see some traction in stock, this is probably just another dilution scam. Look at all the shares they just had it from last Friday update and look at the share price this morning. If Stavos keep stringing it along after January to probably dilution scam.
Of course the OTC is loaded with these I mean it's most of the stocks are dilution scams, in my opinion.
The goal is to make your business looked legitimate as possible so you can print up stock legally, so there's no legal action against you.
Go directly to the top man and ask your questions, he's a CEO of the company you'll get your answer if you really want it.
Also, if you really want answers to the questions, they have interviews and he already answered them, their recorded I believe they're still on Twitter.

You can ask the CEO directly on Twitter, either that or obviously you think this is a scam and so I don't even know why you're here.
You can ask here: https://twitter.com/OTC_DVLP
The thing that's so scary is it with all the CEO interviews and all the Twitter pumping, good things happening the company, stock price keeps going down, can you imagine if something bad ever came out, bad news or something else, what would happen to the stock???
Maybe one of these gurus will get hold of the stock on Twitter and it'll pop one of these days and that'll be your chance to get out.
Of course after they have front-loaded
Lots of positive developments and terrible price action is a big red flag in my opinion.
All the interviews, all the promotion has been sold into and that's great for the company, but I'm not here to be a friend of the company, I'm here to make money.
Of course I may re-enter if I see the market improve and the trend improved, but from right now I'm watching from the sidelines and in other positions.
You're in for a surprise if you're going to try to trade these stocks like the 2020 Market WAS.
I sold my shares around $0.01 because I don't care what anybody tells me, if it if the price action doesn't follow through I sell, I've learned this lesson over the years, I do hope things work out for all the people long here, though
It feels like there's just tons of stock hitting the float and it's getting thicker and thicker and thicker and in this market were in, as I said there's just not enough buyers, very hard to raise capital for micro-cap companies like this, I did get out with a profit though, I can't stand being a bag holder and hoping and wishing.
It's like I told you before it's not so much the company, it's the market, it's just super bear Market, there are just no buyers especially for speculative over-the-counter bulletin board stocks except a select few where the gurus and Pumpers get going.
How many stocks are moving up on the o t c ???only a few that gurus have front-loaded and are dumping, it's a major bear Market!!!!
I called Ameritrade one time because they wouldn't execute my order on a NASDAQ that was trading around .30, they told me that they don't have to honor prices on OTCBB and they don't even have to honor the bid prices on stocks under a dollar, and that's according to the SEC it's, so easy to manipulate stocks under a dollar and is extremely risky.
OTC is a long ways off I'm recovering from her bear Market, crypto is still crashing and who knows how low it will go, maybe right back to zero
People also ask
Is the OTC market manipulated?
“Because there's less regulation, they're known to be targets of market manipulation where prices can be manipulated. It involves a lot of risk because you're buying typically less reputable securities
Too much stock, not enough buyers. OTC market in super bear mode.
In my opinion, it's not the company, it's just there's no buyers for the stock because of the recession or whatever you call it that were in and plus all the people getting wiped out the last year-and-a-half. Just not enough buyers right now, maybe it'll change hopefully!
