Why is there an October 19th meeting? They are not just going to regurgitate the obvious, this meeting is for new options. Yes, that includes a R/S. Companies change directions all the time.
I don't care what they have said in the past. They need to do what they THINK they need to do.
R/S will be in the picture. Again, why the formal meeting?

Seriously, you should be the CEO. You at least understand the start up concept. Rory misled many investors with his 20K subscribing Hawaii projections, in fact, blowing the numbers away! Ten's of millions in 2017, Most CRM's will be on board and 7 pps Oracle alone.
You understand this is a 5 year project in the makings (Maybe), but the CEO has over promised and under delivered. That is Sophomoric, overly zealous, misleading and incompetent.

The pps is what matters to stock holders..not the so called EPS. Try trading shares with the EPS! We are at .0010 and lower. The pps dictates that number not the EPS!
How can this go to NASDAQ with 8K revenues and NO new CRM partners..and a base price at .39 to .45 pps?

that's basic math. on a relative basis, a 1 for 10 RS would increase eps from .01 to .10, and i hope you understand why that is.

In retrospect, the 90/10 deal with Oracle may have been a negative.
Perhaps Oracle should get the 90% so Denise can get more than 20 of their 2000 to a 15 step training meeting. No incentive for Oracle. No sense of Urgency by Oracle. If Oracle thought this was so great they would have wanted to be at first market advantage..they obviously don't see that.
Marketo the same. 8K in sales between Marketo, Oracle and D@M, Ignite Visibility and one off's. SAD!

Who has missed their predictions, I have said 8K in Q2 and Rory said 10's of Million's in 2017. That is not a small miss, that is a Horrendous miss!

What on earth are you talking about? If we get to 2 dollars Organically that would be far far better than a R/S. Organic means we get there through revenues, partnerships, new verticals etc,, not manipulated stock structuring!

Very little talk about Q3 revenues. This is going to trade in a channel for the next 6 weeks. Q3 will hit before the MAYBE S-1, which will reset the stock into the .30's..maybe the .20's.
There is NO synergy in this S-1 Acquistion..it is all one sided!

We are trading between .0009 and .0011. If we ever want to up list to 2 dollars (NYSE) or 4 dollars (NASDAQ) we need several thousand percent Organic growth.
Does Bob have the ammunition to go from .0009 to 2 to 4 bucks..releasing two Golf Courses here and there?
He needs to unleash new Vertical contracts, additional Government contracts, Multiple new Golf Courses and Of course, a reassurance that Dilution is over! IMO
I am worried this upcoming meeting may involve a Reverse Split. Maybe Bob is holding back on news so he can support the potential Reverse Split.
Most long term investors in the OTC have endured the dreaded reverse split. Maybe 10% of them work in the long run.
However, those 10% have huge support PR's to keep them buoyant!
I hope this is not the case. However, there should be far more PR's delivered NOW, since this is world wide technology and record ongoing sales!
A company projecting profitability THIS YEAR may believe they can up list via a Reverse Split.

There was NO break down of revenue sharing with the recent Odoo partnership. For a reason!
They did not disclose revenue sharing with Odoo and they probably won't with SAP. If it was 90/10 or 80/10 they would have disclosed it!

A third BOD will be announced and so will SAP. Maybe a few more CRM's and the Medical Company as well. This will cause a spike, but how it will hold up will be the question.
SAP will be a 50/50..not a 90/10 which is good..more incentive to utilize the platform..IMO

I am totally accountable for believing in Rory's Hype. All on me! I could have cashed in between 2.50 and 3 dollars..but I fell for the Rory Hype that the stock was severely under valued, 7 dollars Oracle and 20K subscription blown away!
So now I am a bag holder, like many others. Thankfully I bought a lot of shares at .16 to .30
I am not alone. I am sure there a lot of shareholders that would have loved to have sold at 2.50 plus!
I'll bet the Hawaii thing is toast! 20K subscriptions to be blown away by the end of Q1. We are approaching the end of Q3 and still may not hit 20K subscriptions.
