He should have at least said "several weeks plus or minus.." or "..approximately several weeks.." or "..in the neighborhood of several weeks.."

Are you saying that any disease trialed using blarcamesine (A2-73) would be fast tracked?

Only 3 other greens showing on my watch list and one of those shows $0.00 increase at the moment. It certainly is a good feeling knowing we (us longs) are holding a true gem.
I pray to God that Anavex can move as fast as possible and the FDA,EMA, and TGA will act expeditiously to complete trials and grant approval to make blarcamasine available to everyone.

I don't know about when he is in front of only the RETT family but he is presenting on "Epilepsy Pipeline" March 13th I believe.
Since RETT patients experience seizures I would imagine that he will address RETT treatment then.

Regarding Data Monitoring Committee, when there were discussions about when Aricept was approved I seemed to recall that it was approved upon the DMC review. I briefly tried to find confirmation of that but did notspend much time on it. I am am quite certain that I remembered correctly however.

Anavex has a very strong management team as well as a SAB consisting of all of the most respected CNS experts in the various areas. I do not think all of these would sit silently by and let Dr. Missling totally control trials and information releases.
If Dr. Missling needs to be replaced then all of the aforementioned advisers should be replaced also.
My belief is that since there are so many billions of dollars at stake they are being most careful to avoid another bigger "Cortina" event. IMO

I never was a heavy or long term smoker that quit 40 years ago and I have never huffed cocaine so the only thing that I can come up with is that it must be that agonizing effect of A2-73 that I have held for about as long as Fred Knoll and Park West have.

About 4 or 5 years Dr. Missling had met wuth a congressional committee and in that meeting he stated (to paraphrase) "We know what we have and we have no fear" or something to that effect.
A couple years later he said again to paraphrase " As this is getting bigger it is getting much more complicated"
My take is all of the delays were created by the fact that this has become much larger than Anavex even envisioned at the early stages.
I think Dr. Missling. management team , and the SAB have done a masterful job of playing three dimensional chess and have brought us to this point of last moves before the capture.

Talon-it appears to me that these poster presentations and the late breaking oral presentation are all to prove validity of using AI in clinical trials while referencing blarcamesine studies. All of the listed presenters are from Ariana and not by Anavex. AI appears to be the overall theme of this CTAD IMO.
Certainly the emphasis using blarcamesine is great but I don't expect any solid trial information to be presented here. I don't expect to hear anything new until 12/11 at the annual fiscal report presentation. What are your thoughts?

I don't know what time Dr. Missling is presenting in Boston but even if it the last presentation of the day there would be 27 hours before he would present at CTAD. It doesn't take long to fly across country.

CTAD has been a very important venue for Anavex in the past so IMO he will be presenting there.

Both were listed as recently as end of August."
