Also another review to read: http://www.nanotechindustriesinc.com/pdf/AK_Aufsatz_Figovsky_PU_E_04-2013.pdf
especially in that second paragraph where it says the technology has been known for 50 years.
Totally agree. These PRs are old news to the company. Dig into the patents and you will see A. how brilliant these chemists are for coming up with this product B. These patents were granted 4-5 years ago so this is old news. C. Just how competitive R&D departments are to come up with new formulas to synthesizes chemical alternatives and generate new patents, in such a way that they are not infringing upon the other patents. (the only risk for HCTI, which is mitigated by the fact their product is superior)
Check it out: https://www.google.com/patents/US20100234497?dq=ininventor:%22Oleg+Figovsky%22#forward-citations (one of HCTIs patents, and see how PPG references this patent, but synthesizes alternative so as not to infringe upon HCTIs patent: https://www.google.com/patents/US8987378)
Too bad HCTIs patent is superior chemically speaking.
Thats not true, if they have a product that they developed and want to promote it, they will release something about it. If not, then too bad, but really the science of what they have, which in their patents should speak volumes and generate revenues regardless of PR. So you have a decision to make of whether you want to stay or not.
Ah, yes my mistake. That makes more sense now, thanks for the correction.
I meant the EPA SNUR Rule going into effect to restrict toluene diisocyantes in June. At least that's what I heard from someone on this board.
But yeah, as people have mentioned before, multiple deals with multiple partners. Now it's just a waiting game. Just wanted to say well done on the DD. Excited to be part of this group.
To replace the 2k wb urethane - anti-graffiti coating right?. It was interesting reading conference call for the last Qtr report where they stated that their antimicrobial EPA-registered paint was "a game changer." I wonder what they will say about this product. Wouldn't be surprised though if they don't mention it, but the 2K WB urethane seems a bit outdated; I wonder if this release will coincide with the isocyanate ban in June.
I wasn't referring to the 20 mil deal, but more that the company developing an anti-graffiti coating is Sherwin Williams.
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2015/11/06/784855/10155595/en/Hybrid-Develops-Anti-Graffiti-Coating-With-Fortune-500-Partner.html
Purely Speculative, but pretty sure Sherwin Williams is involved with this company as they are the only company that actively prides itself in working with the EPA and has been trying to reduce VOCs since they started EcoVision in 2008. Furthermore, they have the first EPA-registered paint in PaintShield and Their 2K WB Urethane - Anti-Graffiti Coating, is inferior to Green Polyurethane, so look for them to be upgrading.
Found it. Thanks
Where did you find this?
We'll just have to wait and see. Analysts expect a -0.01 EPS for WWE this coming quarter, but we just have to wait for this conference call and see what is contributing to this significantly lower EPS, and more importantly any news about Tapout. On the positive side, WWE stated that it did invest significantly into TapOut so I really think they are trying to generate a new revenue stream from this deal, and compete with Under Armour. Under Armour was threatened so guess who they signed to a deal, The Rock.
http://fortune.com/2016/01/25/under-armour-the-rock-pact/
Maybe, but if its a partnership with WWE, then it would be strategic for the bigger company to release more details on what to come as they have been extremely quiet about the deal for awhile now. This PR, that we are expecting, will be probably a small release about a Tapout Energy Drink coming to the market.
Check this out: http://www.tapoutenergy.ca/
JMO though
I'm guessing we won't hear anything until Feb 11th since WWE earnings come out then.
Look who's considering purchasing a Tapout Gym. That's right, New England Patriots TE, Rob Gronkowski! Maybe he's loading up on shares for the big news about to be dropped.

I know what the principle of a RS, don't get me wrong. I just like hearing other people's opinions on a RS. Wise people do listen to all the information before making any decision. The only way you get information is by asking.
Thanks for the post. How do you know when to expect a RS or is it kind of unknown from an investing stand point?
both the Cardinals and the Patriots!
The superman punch delivered.
FACT: they delivered on industrial finishes. Until they proven that they are liars, you have nothing that justifies the later despite fear and scare tactics. So yeah continue to doubt and hate.
for all those hating on HCTI, Cam Newton has a message for you on behalf of longs:
I think the only thing more realistic than a HCTI boom is Cam winning the Super Bowl. Lets go panthers!!!
This is all speculation, yet its relevant as any of the other information posted. Nonetheless, it is fact that HCTI did deliver on its agreement with Industrial Finishes and Systems.
This company has not mislead investors so far, and will deliver on this agreement with the F500 company.
And HCTI seems to be a good fit to partner with SW.
Wait for the Jan 28th conference call from Sherwin Williams. Would not be surprised given 5 reasons:
1. USB 4 year Partnership with SW in 2011 which received a Presidential Green Chemistry Award
http://www.soybiobased.org/news-and-updates/usb-recognized-as-partner-in-sherwin-williams-presidential-green-chemistry/
Partnership ended last year so the timing makes sense to begin another partnership with the most current winner. Wonder who that is?
2. They have the first EPA-registered paint in Paint Shield--this is amazing by the way.
https://www.sherwin-williams.com/press/trade/releases/2015/10-paintshield-trade/
May be looking to acquire another game changer by utilizing HCTI's technology.
3. In their previous earnings report, it seemed that their industrial and marine coatings did not perform well in the third quarter, and they need something to jumpstart that segment.
4. There 2K WB Urethane - Anti-Graffiti Coating is a bit outdated, developed in 2011, and they might want to switch to the more superior coating developed by HCTI.
5. Director of Sales, John Lupo, worked at Sherwin Williams so he has previous ties with the company.
More speculation, what do you guys think?
Just a question: Is there a possibility that the deal with the Fortune 500 company fell through at the last minute?
Thanks Guile. What about the Dilution Hadouken?
What news were you expecting to watch this stock soar?
Because if it's the tweet, where TapOut might bring energy drinks to the US, then it won't be significant as they have yet to generate actual revenue.
The buyout rumors seem unsubstantiated and really far-fetched.
I think the news is not about a buyout, but more so about bringing Tapout Energy to the US since it is currently sold only in Canada and South Africa.
Check this out on Facebook.

What's your thoughts on this acquisition hype?
That tweet does not imply an acquisition. There's no basis for this comment.
Based on a tweet?
Based on a tweet?
This was posted on the yahoo message board. I think this is just manipulation for a possible dump or possibly that a buyout is in effect (and like you said keep everything confidential)
The hi end bar rumor of a buyout?
That's true. I do agree that Presidential Green Award is significant. It would be interesting to see the long term effects that this would have once the product is implemented. I totally am hoping
that during coating doesn't produce any significant BPA byproducts and fuses with the polyurethane.
LOL so one question is considered an attack.
The only question that I do have is that I hope that NIPU isn't substituting one toxic material for another. This article poses that question. A bit outdated, but a fairly important question when considering the company's long term potential. http://greenspec.buildinggreen.com/blogs/isocyanate-free-polyurethane-maker-glosses-over-bisphenol-content
after hours trading back up to .0023
in your opinion, what is considered significant toxic debt vs a normal debt? How do you gauge that?
What technical indicators do you have there will be a R/S and this is not just note holders converting before a run? Why is this time any different?
