Just responding to your post in which you appear to be hung up on the topic is all. If I misread that, my apologies.
I got news for you. For those who are hoping for a buyout from either of the 3 current defendants or anyone else not considered a titan in the tech industry, you're completely undercutting the value of the ProtectID patents. I personally would like to see nice settlements from these lawsuits because that will add more validity to the patents (not that they really need it) followed by the next round of suits along with possible major deals struck with the end result being a buyout from a TITAN. I am more than happy to sit on my 7.2mil shares for another 1-2 years as that's what I believe the time line will be for what I would like to see happen here.
I know this sounds greedy, but knowing what we own here, a premature buyout from a NON-TITAN will be somewhat disappointing for me. Hopefully Kay has the same line of thinking.

I also contacted WalMart corporate this morning via phone and asked them simply about confirmation of the meeting and no other particulars. I was told that unless I knew the name of the buyer involved with HPB for this meeting, they could not confirm anything. They said it's because apparently Walmart headquarters has thousands of meetings daily that involve hundreds of different buyers.
So unless someone can manage to acquire the name of the buyer for this meeting, we are still in limbo on this confirmation and the doubters will deny the meeting ever took place while the longs will continue to support.
I'm still holding my shares because ya know...WTF? Let's gamble.
Not saying it wasn't tempting, but if I did decide to sell yesterday, it would've only been 1 million of it. I'm still new to this game and didn't want to risk the possibility of those shares no longer being in my vault if the PPS continued to go up and not get ambushed. I clearly don't possess the type of crystal ball that others on here apparently have.
Bottom line, I'm thinking way down the road for this one and I love my position.
Cheers.
I'm with you, PD. Still sitting on my 7.2mil at trip 9. Holding for the eventual buyout and truth be told, I don't want a buyout from either of these 3 current defendants as I would see that as a premature sale for far less than these patents are worth. I'm willing to wait a couple of years sitting on my shares in hopes that the buyout comes from one of the giants in the industry. The payoff will be much sweeter.
SFOR long
Forgive me for asking an ignorant question as I am still learning the ins and outs of the market. What is a P/E?
Thanks
I honestly don't know the commission formula. I just know that it goes up depending on the PPS selling/buying point. Example would be buying or selling a stock at .0035 might cost something like 15-20 bucks per trade. Also, I played around with this for a little bit and learned that for USAA, I can only collect a maximum of $300,000 per trade. Anything higher, I would have to call them directly. I hope to have that "problem" at some point.

Couldn't agree more. The pull back from 7 to 5 was not surprising (just wish I had powder to add right now). The bottom line is that, at 3.7 billion OS, this will not move because of people taking quick profits on "very good" news (but right now, not groundbreaking news). IMO, in order for this to truly "pop", we're going to need to see something along the lines of a formal agreement with a state or multiple state run liquor stores - something in that range.
I say this because I am currently experiencing this with a couple other beverage stocks as well - TB%% and EQ%%. They too have agreements with distributors but continue to churn - 1 because of the OS and CEO trust issues, the other IMO because the news, while good, simply isn't good enough at this time.
But until SLAM actually hits shelves/bars and we learn of the revenues and how quickly they come in, we may be stuck here churning for a while. That can be seen as good news for those who are patient and are constantly looking to add more at this cheap PPS.
All IMHO

it's actually not or I wouldn't be with them, but I would like to hear from people who use others brokers and their fees for penny stocks. As an example for me right now, If I were to buy or sell the maximum 499,999 shares per trade for a stock at LVGI's current PPS, it's 9 or 10 bucks. The commission does goes up the higher the PPS unless it's trading over $1 - then it's a flat $9 no matter how many shares. And to shannett, no that was not me that sold. I was just explaining where those trades at 499999 a pop could have possibly come from.
LVGI
I have USAA and I'm limited to to maximum of 499,999 per trade on my own through their site. Anything over that, you have to engage one of their brokers. Hope this helps.
3.85m here
Add Yahoo to the list if it wasn't there already.
Tonight was the first time I when entering my userid on my laptop which resulted in the option of having my access to my account authenticated over my cell phone rather than simply typing in my password.
This just keeps getting better and better.

If the OS is still at 469M, this will run soon, but only if the shares getting gobbled up over the past week from good volume go into the hands of true longs. Doubtful though. I have my 3.5M locked up for what I hope will be much bigger gains once this app goes live.

I like you're notion of setting high standards. However, no company is perfect, even the big time tech boys that trade over $100 per share
Sorry that was your experience. I, on the other hand, have had nothing but positive results from their tech support including them taking the initiative on working with ASUS to resolve a keyboard driver error from ASUS Smart Gesture software due to the ASUS driver being outdated.
And any help I've needed with the products has resulted in less than 24 hour response.
Earlier tonight, I joined others here and sent an email to 60 minutes regarding links from ZPAUL about a piece on Hacking Your Phone. Hopefully the more folks that "annoy" 60 minutes enough, they may decide to look into a follow up piece on the solution to this problem....oh yeah, the solution is Strikeforce
Question for the board...
So Toby and Mike each have 100 million outstanding common shares. If they were to ever decide to dump them, would they have to disclose that before doing so or would that be something that could be reported during a period of time after any dumpage on their part?
I ask because I find this aspect to be a crucial piece to the puzzle moving forward. If they have to disclose before selling, we get to see their whole cards and assuming at this point they still have all of these shares, that "tells" me they are serious about the future of the PPS.
TIA and GLTA
Right on par with their M O. No PR's until things are official. Hopefully these demos make a nice impression up in MA over these next 2 weeks. Toddler steps.
The worst part about this is that the product works phenomenally well IMO and over time would crush it. Sadly, this isn't the first concept to not make it "out of the basement" because of horrible management agendas. Signing D-list athletes does not move this product/stock. Rather, aggressively going after distribution deals along with the proper marketing/education of the product with a possible "A" list athlete signing down the road is what will steadily advance this.
In his video interview a year ago, Toby stated "we're not gonna be at like 3 Bucks". Guess what, it is 3 bucks a bottle. And while I understand the initial reason was so people could get free shipping, that argument holds no water now because it's a prime product and most people who shop amazon have prime.
Shaking my head on this one because this product has so much potential. It's just unfortunate that management is the true roadblock here.
Quoting Toby..."I live this brand"
This is me LMFAO and at the the same time shedding a tear at my current losses owning this stock
and how are sales going?
very true, exploreit. Leverage is a nice asset to have in this situation. They didn't have it at the time of the Microsoft lawsuit, but they have plenty of it now. That being said, I will be very happy if they can extract a minimum 30mil per case along with royalties to boot.
GLTA
And based on all of your post history here, it's definitely no confirmation that you even purchased mobiletrust, let alone stating you are having "issues" with it.

Again, to remind those who have quickly forgotten here. This is a beverage stock with a newly released product with a recently signed distributor. It's a 3-4 year play. Those expecting anything huge in the short term are wasting their time here. It's not even a good flipping stock. More of a day trader's nightmare.
I'm locked in....3-4 year nap and it's EQLB 2020 $$$$$$$$$$$$

Agreed, Dutchdaan. Member since 2011 with only 2 posts - both for SFOR. If you've ever had correspondence with Mr. Kay, his only post on here prior to today is written in a manner that is very similar to the several emails I've had back and forth with him. I'm sure others on here can attest.
Please tell me at the very least you have sent this article to Mr. Kay for his review and thoughts?
Nice find!
Finally, someone bringing logic to the table. Everyone has somehow easily forgotten that this is a beverage stock. Simply put, if one wants to make really good coin on this one, continue to buy more to reach your happy share count, ensure your trading account is a cash account so flippers can't borrow your shares and then lock away for 3-4 years for what I believe IMHO will see a 6 figure payout. The pieces are being put in place with a major celebrity equity partner on board - I repeat, he is an equity partner. Not just someone who signed an endorsement deal.
GLTA
I believe that is the very question you should inform this CEO about and see what he has to say about it. Please let us know what you find out.

Duh...I'm on you're side
Two Words - Treble Damages
warmachine - you are posting this stuff as if this is the only drink that has sucralose in it. Get with it, dude. Tons of people put this in their coffee 3-4 times daily. The most popular brand of sports drink on the planet has a line of products that uses it. Since you've been so helpful with these statics, could you please educate us on what would happen to someone slugging a drink 1-2 times daily that contains 30+ grams of so-called regular sugar in it? I look forward to your analysis.
And in case you haven't noticed, this POS didn't trade 1.3B shares today because of 1 ingredient inside the bottle.
Sincerely,
Someone massively frustrated with this company
GLTY and everyone else
erpa2005 - no sugar is great and all, but as a medical professional, what is your professional opinion on sucralose - an artificial sweetener? Was hoping they would've chosen to use a natural sweetener instead.
TIA
hazmat927d - since it's release last year, I have purchased about 12 cases. The product is geared to be an all in one sports drink and it is. The most important thing for me with this drink is that it works. If it didn't, I would've sold my position after the first case. Not sure if you are familiar with what's in the drink, but the formula they came up with is spot on when it comes to energy, electrolytes, and the most important part for me - recovery. I am an avid runner and my muscles do not feel bad in any way after my runs whether it be 1 hour or 8 hours afterwards. This is largely in part due to the BCAA's in it. As for the taste, I find it very good when cold, but not so much when it loses its cool which I something I just deal with when I run.
And as an added bonus (although I have not tried this yet), I have been told by others I know who have bought this that it works great for hangovers as well.
This is just one person's opinion. Hope this helps.
Good Luck to You
I would like to thank all of the "smart" people (you know who you are) who have come to my aid as I did not expect this kind of attention.
For the rest of you (you know who you are - LMAO), pretty please with sugar on top, call the target in Gainesville VA at 571.261.5052. Ask to talk to someone in computer software. Ask them to walk to where the antivirus software is. Ask them if they have guardedid. Please respond. I also encourage my boys here to do the same in order to debunk those who would lie.
Cheers
NYC, that's because you are Toby. Either way, your posts crack me up!
Yes sir. Scored 1mil at 0003 as well.
