Updates expected here in July.
Mine’s a coupé. Not a big fan of convertibles.
Is the current SS accurate? I didn’t ask.
Takes 20x8 (front) and 20x11 (back) inch rims. Are they a match?
Curious what the O/S amounts to on VLNX. Couldn’t get any details out of him.
Oh, LBRG guy is coming over in July supposedly.
Pretty sure we have a medical condition taking all these Frack trades bud.
Probably another weekish.
I don’t have private chat on here anymore, but I spoke to Frack last week about LBRG. Also asked about VLNX.
Highin International/Alex Lee.
Terminate what? They own the shell. That is all said and done.
Your statement completely ignores my point, so I’m unsure what you want me to say.
I have. About 1m shares so far myself.
Hey TJ, have you spoke to Frack recently? I got ahold of him briefly Thursday and he was boarding a plane; told me to call back tomorrow.
I was told to get ahold of him around the last week of May, and he’d give me some updates on how June would progress.
He’s the treasurer for Markay.
I’ve reiterated countless times that he is only here to facilitate a merger/acquisition. It’s the only reason he’s in any company from my understanding.
Bluntly, they’re telling him “not yet; we aren’t ready.” He’s just doing what he’s told.
Being candid, he’s doing his job as much as he’s being told to. He has a history of successful mergers, acquisitions, reinstatements, and whatever else he does. He’s been CEL of at least nine companies I’ve counted.
So, yeah. You’re frustrated nothing has happened. I’m frustrated nothing has happened. We all are. Frack is flustered they’ve been taking their sweet-ass time in providing him with the materials and go-ahead to move this forward. End of the day, it won’t go until they want it to.
If you think that’s polished up and nonsensical, then I won’t bother to change anyone’s mind. It’s simply what his shown history and his word of mouth have communicated to me in conjunction with occasional updates.
I really can’t sincerely drive home the point enough that this isn’t his company. He’s a superficial, face-value acting CEO for purposes of completing this merger. Whether he even stays with the company after this deal is finished up is unknown to me and irrelevant.
He usually works on two or three at a time. He’s also working with Markay at the moment.
Frack has been working with that company for a few years now. Nothing new there except the reinstated status.
Still holding here too. Hopefully we see this come to fruition this year.
Will probably add a few more myself over the next few weeks.

He also did merger work for a company called Markay which he is still a board member of.
How did you not find anything? These were all literally at the top of my Google hits.
Report it for what? They’re under a 15-12G.
I’ll check bud.
There is a board voting on all actions the company takes. When the background details are sufficiently navigated, they will finish filing all of the quarterlies.
They are. They’ve been meeting up frequently the past month or two.
They aren’t really in a trade industry in the sense the tariffs/import taxes apply to, so they’re moving forward unabated.
I’ll give Frack a call this week.
They also have a physical office in the building. You can verify it through Regus.
He does get paid.
The company’s merger at its forefront was not meant to be known by us. They were not expecting a barrage of shareholder calls, and they’ve jury-rigged a system together to compensate for it.
The company pays for the office? I’m not certain how that one is supposed to be answered. We do know it does get paid.
Yeah, I tried to talk to him on LinkedIn, and he chatted until I mentioned any substantial questions about Highin. All he told me was that he’s involved with the company.
I believe it will at some point. They talk like things are relatively unshook for them, but I have no actual perspective or context on that particularly.
I know supposedly one of their subsidiaries is US-based, whatever impacts that has.
Call him. I’m not accountable one regarding this company.
I can’t find it in my message history. I’ll try to get it from him when I get ahold of him next. I briefly chatted with him last week, but I could hear two or so other gentlemen on the phone, so I elected to just call him back later.
I haven’t had any experiences with him being rude or obnoxious. He’s short on occasion when he gets slammed by phone calls or if he answers before a meeting, etc.
The SoS release is dictated by the Chinese board, and they forward any and all calls about the company to Frack.
I posted the number earlier man. You’re welcome to try. He is a legal stonewall with regards to getting any major information.
He’d say “Yes, the deal is still happening, yes, I’m still the CEO, yes, I get paid, and they’ll put it out when they’re ready/it’ll happen when it happens.”
The secretary forwards all calls to the work cell in question. Anyone who’s called him before has been getting through to him on that line.
I may’ve given you the secretary line. They’re having some switchboard issues right now, so this is the number directly to Frack’s work cell.
Ignore the question marks — my phone formatted the number copy weird.
?(630) 607-2495?
Oh okay, because being the CEO is absolute especially when there are voting shares. Use your brain here.
I can defend him or any business structure proportionately more than someone who makes no calls or attempts it would seem beyond some catcalls on this board.
Again, Frack isn’t in charge here. Not sure how many times this needs hammered home.
Mr. Lee is the majority shareholder leading everything.
Mr. Huang is more of an economic advisor of sorts.
