WINN up $4.34....21% at open! eom
winn up 20% pre-market....i am going to check open now
point taken......take care loanstew..eom
loanstew....with your rationale....
i guess we can just get ANY lock box for..say...20 bucks or so then. if it is that easy to get into a 400.00 dollar box, why in the world wouldn't you just buy a simple cash box instead for less than 50....better yet, get a box of cigars, finish the cigars, and use the box and put a small lock and clasp on it and hide it SOMEWHERE in the house.
It is an inferior product....bottom line. Lets get the word out, so a reputable company like SEQUIAM can improve on it. that is the way investors should approach the situation. If the company continues to make inferior safes for a few hundred, NO ONE will purchase them. There are other companies that make great gun/valuables safes.
Fact or Fiction...Dan
hey...thats good for you!
keep us posted on your progress. i am curious to see how their legal action turns out.
GEMS becomes EDCI...eom

good luck. i hope EQBM gets back to the pinks and trades legitimately again. I wish nothing but the best, seriously.
Dan
many already have, and continue...
to benefit from this dastardly plot.
i was introduced to this sort of thing in 2005...lost 99.999999% of my original investment. That is why it was easy for me to sell EQBM at a marginal loss, instead of taking an acid bath. I lost 800 bucks in this. at one point, i had 900,000 shares at .01 of EQBM invested in my portfolio. i actually bought and sold many times AFTER i realized in october that this was one of THOSE plays....i got in and out 2 more times after my original "investment" sale.........and, like i said, i got out with approx, 800 dollar loss.....when i did my taxes this year, i was scratching my head with the buys and sells!
or course when i sold in october for the FIRST time, i was chastized and many wanted to listen to me......
Just bought more yesterday under 3 bucks....
i see a good things ahead of us. There are some good discussions on the YAHOO boards that discuss YOUBET and the relationship with Churchill downs.....
Both parties are basically saying that the K Derby proves that their point was right....
YOUBET says that churchill needs them, and churchill says that they did great during the K derby without YOUBET...
Bottom line is that HANDLE was down greatly without youbet, but revenues were up for churchill downs because of increased fees they charged.....
imagine if youbet was in the game for the K derby.....revs for the horsemen would have been up dramatically for the derby IMO.
you have to realize...
that EQBM is currently dead because there is no money to be made in it for Mr. Skolnik. Seriously. The investors here on this board are looking to sell at a minimal loss, or a small gain. So, for LS to put his efforts into this stock, when no one, IMO is going to buy it (rather many will sell it once it trades up to a comfortable level) there is just no gain for LS to bother with EQBM at this time. In fact, many have stated publicly that they don't trust him, nor do they care to hold the stock. Further, the SOMA shares are depressed in value, which KEEPS PEOPLE HOLDING them. If they went up, many here that got the divy will sell off, and LS loses money again.
See, this well is spent for LS, and he needs a new well to be dug. Therefore, he begins another shell company to entice NEW investors...ie.....new money. That is the way it works, IMO. Until the current/old investors move on and sell the stock in EQBM, I would think that this is dead....and AXNP will ride high until there is no more water to pull from the well.

Youbet.com 1st-Quarter Earnings Rise 17 Percent
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. (AP) -- Youbet.com, operator of an online horse-racing gambling service, said Tuesday first-quarter earnings rose 17 percent, boosted by betting revenue and commissions from acquisitions.
Net income rose to $1.6 million, or 4 cents per share, from $1.4 million, or 4 cents per share, in the year-ago period.
Analysts, on average, expected profit of 3 cents per share on revenue of $34 million, according to Thomson Financial.
Revenue rose 26 percent to $35 million from $27.8 million a year ago, boosted by a 37 percent increase in betting volume to $202 million. righty....i think he thinks....
HE CAN WALK AWAY...
That is what many in this situation do, without repercussions.
Dalian is going nowhere, IMO. Just about every company that has a deal like that in the works will put out an update for shareholders so the value of the deal can be reflected in the stock.
The fact that NOTHING was PR'ed by the company about being suspended, is an indication that Mr. Skolnik plans to either walk away, or ENCOURAGE exiting shareholders to walk away, so he can start over clean with a new group of longs to call him and get his phone updates. This is typical. So typical, that it is the RULE with pink sheet/grey sheet CEO's.
Mrs. HUI? Everyone here keeps talking about money given to Mrs. HUI! Mrs. HUI? LoL...come on....is the company called Mrs. HUI enterprises? I thought it was Actel/Aikete (sp?), or DAK. Instead of personalizing these relationships, investors, IMVHO, should keep their relationships STRICTLY BUSINESS....when retail investors or pink sheet stocks personalize contacts...ie LARRY, MS. HUI, J. ADAMS, etc, they damage their bottom line, and the potential to be scammed is there.
Good luck all. I hope all turns out well....

that is correct......they sold off their

Glenayre Technologies(GEMS) is now solely focusing on the EDC (Entertainment Distribution Company), which is CDs/DVD tech.
"We have entered 2007 solely focused on EDC and the execution of our business plan," added Caparro. "In addition to excelling in the physical market, we are also committed to developing a digital capability and we have identified a number of opportunities to expand into the digital content services market, which in many respects parallels our current physical offerings. With a solid foundation from our long-term partnership with Universal Music Group and a strong balance sheet, we believe we are well positioned to deliver value for shareholders in 2007 and beyond."

Glenayre To Delay 10-K Filing After Stock Option Probe
Monday 03/19/2007 12:33 AM ET - Investrend
March 19, 2007 (FinancialWire) Glenayre Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEMS) has informed the Securities and Exchange Commission that it would not be able to file its annual report on form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006 by the prescribed due date of March 16, 2007.
The move comes as a result of a company investigation of its stock option grant practices that will result in Glenayre taking additional non-cash charges.
Glenayre said it intends to file its form 10-K as "promptly as practicable" after completion of this review.
New York-based Glenayre Technologies provides entertainment products and messaging solutions.
