That is what many in this situation do, without repercussions.

Dalian is going nowhere, IMO. Just about every company that has a deal like that in the works will put out an update for shareholders so the value of the deal can be reflected in the stock.

The fact that NOTHING was PR'ed by the company about being suspended, is an indication that Mr. Skolnik plans to either walk away, or ENCOURAGE exiting shareholders to walk away, so he can start over clean with a new group of longs to call him and get his phone updates. This is typical. So typical, that it is the RULE with pink sheet/grey sheet CEO's.

Mrs. HUI? Everyone here keeps talking about money given to Mrs. HUI! Mrs. HUI? LoL...come on....is the company called Mrs. HUI enterprises? I thought it was Actel/Aikete (sp?), or DAK. Instead of personalizing these relationships, investors, IMVHO, should keep their relationships STRICTLY BUSINESS....when retail investors or pink sheet stocks personalize contacts...ie LARRY, MS. HUI, J. ADAMS, etc, they damage their bottom line, and the potential to be scammed is there.
