LOL For the peeps that did not read entrust suit, they own 2 patents and it seemed like SFOR was infringing on some claims of those patents, of course it did not make it to marksman hearing so don't know for sure if the claims will stand but either way both companies were smart about it and made a deal/settlement/agreement.

If you read Entrust's lawsuit it seems like SFOR's authentication process was using part of entrust's patents and Entrust was using parts of SFOR's patents.

It was on both parties best interest to settled this but I still believe SFOR came out with the better end of the deal due to the patents.
