Does that mean you know or met him?
I been alive for a long time and one thing I come to understand is when there is something to try to figure out, usually the simplest of explanations is the answer......my guess is that if the balloon-in-the-box or Argus was as good as everyone thinks, we would of had some serious interest, from some interested party, around the globe. Either in the form of contracts or legitimate financiers.
We are in a point in time where surveillance as become a strong market, not just for military applications, but for border control and local governments. So it seems to me that other products or technology is meeting this demand.
Maybe the Army testing of the two balloons they bought takes years, far from my level of experience on such matters, I don't know. Seems like Ft. Polk have been toying around with them for a long time.
If the product is not good, what do you expect them to do. You make it seem they're failing at trying to sell the next best thing since slice bread.
After all this time, if what they have was half as good as most of the members here think, then maybe we would have $ instead of IJO's tidbits.
Fair and balanced.
What talented individual would even bother?
Maybe you have too much faith in the products? Not sure criticizing management is fair with what little we know.
Seems to me that the military, as far as drones go, are in love with winged drones. And there already are manufactures of aerostats for non-military applications.
This company, the German guy we had an agreement with; have been trying to sell these ships for a long time.
Any material events known by the issuance of the date of the report would be disclosed.
Maybe they put a WSGI sticker on it and the board members can chat about how great it is. Remember the Lotte? OH boy this board is great.
Indy,
Don't have time to dive into the articles posted here, but what about the thread regarding the article that the Army is scratching these new communication packages because their too complex for the troops. Does the BIB/Wasp have anything to do with the support of this communications equipment?
I'm not butting in, but in regards to the issue, if Irt65 knows for a fact that the officers invested their own funds recently to "acquire" shares and this was not a compensation transaction, that would be good information to the board.
Of course, all you said is accurate. Especially on the potential, that left a long time ago. The stock price soared on the Russian news and that was BS. I can't see that happening even on real news. Only saving grace is to load up at these levels, hope for a decent contract, but that takes some b$%&s, or you have a ton of money and you could afford the risk.
In a more normal world I would bet on stock options, but prefer to take home a salary that can support me and not increase the outstanding shares by leaps and bounds and hurting shareholders
No, show ME the money!
Sorry, but I'm not understanding.
I think they would take the cash if they had a choice. You do not agree?
Can't wait!
There is always a bright side my friend. We used to be called American Diversified Group Inc.
We been thru several names already.
That has not worked either.
It's not black and white. If I question the pumps or do not agree with you, it does mean it's a bash. But you must admit it is funny reading how this company will be supplying every platoon with a balloon. Sorry, could not resist.
Only because someone adds initials in their posts does not make it less BS than mine. It's all BS until they start selling and the stock price is not 1 cent.
It's never been an issue of the technology. It's the company. No one should be surprised.
Hopefully that will not be a legacy he left behind.
He could have been a contender.
poor Huff.
If only he had some connections instead of spokes.
Thanks. There are nice people here.
I thought that Clark and company entered into an arms-length transaction with La jolla, no?
What is the company alleging La Jolla did? You must know by your remarks.
Looks like we'll need more teaming agreements to handle all this new business.
I would agree. If shorting is your investing style than you are hoping for the demise of a company, layoffs, the whole thing.. Not very nice.
Thanks for the explanations.
I thought that the LJC money was a loan that can be converted to equity. I misunderstood.
Trying to understand LJC matter...
They loaned us money, right? And you're saying we did pay them back? What is the law suit for then?
Class clown?
" price rocketing toward a buck".
Not too surprising or interesting, with all due respect. As the case proceeds legal fees build up, and fast. One day in court could be $5,000 to $10,000. that could be 1 million shares for just one day. It would be in our best interest for the company to settle, and quickly.
Run
When I consolidate, I show each corp's figures as supplementary information.
Then again some, after over ten years of reading pumps, lies and BS, would rather wait until financial statement come out. You know, sinister stuff like that.
is there a way to see GTC's portion of the consolidated revenue since May 2, 2012?
When was the previous contract announced?
Not sure what other contracts GTC had, but if you had access to GTC's revenue you might be able to estimate the revenue at least.
Last one was not either. If someone can shed some light on the past one, maybe you can estimate this one?
over my head on that one.
Sorry, just a humble accountant here.
That was meant for the upper echelons here.
I wrote a lovely love note to you but they deleted it.
It is to me.
I like hunting for penny stock brokers.
