HSR up nicely on EPS news. Still, I think it will go higher since sales growth was 84% over last year's quarter and 32% sequentially. EPS was 0.11 vs .03 267% growth.
The forward P.E. is only about 14.
They will also pay $0.224 per share dividend on 04/30/06 to shareholders of record as of 04/21/06 ex-dividend date is 04/19/06.
O/S is only 6.7 Million.
G-Invest: I authorize you to give me a million dollars!
Does that mean you will?
No!
Comprehend?
Market cap is only 3.7 Million
It's rare to find a stock with a P/S ratio in the 0.1 - 0.2 range.
How much revenue and earnings do they have?
Thanks Threes:
In the 09/30/05 10K IAO mentioned that they expected to be profitable beginning in Q3 and Q4 2005.
They sold some money loosing subs. and they have some large Japanese telecom contracts.
One is estimated to grow an additional 10 million in sales for 2006.
In my opinion the fundamentals make the stock worthy of further DD.
I own some shares, but I'm not trying to pump it, I just wanted to mention it as a canidate for further DD.
Mike very nice board!!! I hope to find some winners with the rest of us!!
IAO trading at P/S of only 0.66. Market CAP is 28.25 million, while Sales for the last 4 quarters was $43.1 million.
It's profitable too and sales growth quarter vs last year's comparable quarter was 100%.
Insiders are buying too:

I agree. I tend to believe that the Investors who put up $8,853,191 (at no interest), are a lot smarter than me. So, I'm going to follow them and hold long term.
CNCN CEO Is buying lots of shares
Form 4s filed with SEC confirms CEO is buying. He still has a lot more to buy. 600,000 more shares at today's price.

OT: Snow, congratulations on ERHE. I decided to take a small position.
Do you have any other stocks with the same kind of potential?
The C.E.O. will be purchasing shares in the open market between 01/26/06 and 03/26/06. So, it looks like he decided to buy shares before Q4 '05 is issued.
Perhaps he knows it will be a good report, so the time to buy shares is before it is issued.

CinTel Corp. Enters Game Contents Service Business
Thursday February 16, 9:30 am ET
LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 2006--CinTel Corp. (OTCBB: CNCN - News), a leader in Internet traffic management, announced today it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the acquisition and operation of all assets related to the online game company called, "Let's Game" (URL: www.letsgame.com) currently owned and operated by Dataway Eng Inc. The significance of CinTel's anticipated acquisition and operation of the "Let's Game" portal as an independent subsidiary is that CinTel will use this acquisition as a foundation to become a leading online game company, to expand into the new business of digital contents provider and to further diversify and improve its revenue stream. Rather than relying merely on its current revenue cycle of solution development and sale, CinTel will be able to earn recurring revenues from its growing user-base in the rapidly growing digital content market with high margins when this acquisition is successful.

"Let's Game" is a well-known, multi-functional game portal launched in January 2003 by Korea's second largest network provider Dacom Inc.'s subsidiary, Dacom MediaInternet Inc. (URL: www.dacommi.co.kr), after millions of dollars in research and years of development. It has a variety of games and a well-balanced user-base who have proven loyal to the dedicated game portal site "Let's Game." The users of "Let's Game" regard it as one of the more innovative and user-friendly game portal sites with a variety of innovative functions such as a web-game community, questweb, and MyGame.
"Let's Game" is preparing the world-wide launch of the portal and is in discussion with some of the world's leading game publishers regarding joint ventures and strategic alliances. It has been an exhibitor at a variety of industry exhibitions and conferences starting with the E3 Show in 2003 through G Star Show in 2005. Its prospective partners include leading game companies in America, Europe, China, Japan, South East Asia, and Brazil. In 2006, it plans to establish a beach-head subsidiary in England to direct its world-wide launch; thereafter, the portal will be launched in U.S., China and Japan. Although Korea is quite unique in the world as the undisputed leader in online gaming due to the high penetration of super-high broadband, it is rare for a game portal such as "Let's Game" to have internalized and institutionalized the proprietary stable, recurring revenue generation that can be ported to other countries.
One of the game titles held by "Let's Game," which is akin to an arcade bomb game fashioned after "Crazy Arcade," has a potential to develop a cult-following among users, and its own original Casual-MMORPG game title "Afiliad" will be launched amidst high anticipation in the second half of this year.
Since CinTel received several million dollar investment in the fourth quarter of 2005, it has been seeking ways to significantly diversify and improve its revenues and has concluded that focusing on online gaming would be promising due to its high growth prospects and the potential to leverage CinTel's core strengths in game server technology. As can be seen from the repeated results of Korean online game leaders, NC Soft and Nexon, online games are a high-margin, high EBITDA business. CinTel will continue its internet traffic management (ITM), cache-server, and network system integration business with its world-renowned partners such as KT (Korea Telecom) and Hyundai HDS in various projects such as the Korean National Museum Project, and overseas projects with the likes of Hyundai Heavy Industries. The development and executive team of "Let's Game" is reputed to have world-class technology and the addition of CinTel's unique expertise in the field of massive traffic management will enable the "Let's Game" portal to leverage CinTel game servers to be vastly more productive and efficient.
Sang-Don Kim, the CEO of CinTel, stated, "The combination of CinTel's network and server technology and the industry leading game development technology of "Let's Game" is expected to up-grade the online game development ability. We anticipate that CinTel will be able to leverage this technological competitive advantage into a licensing business of our core technology." Mr. Kim added, "The high growth of the subsidiary to be formed with "Let's Game" will act as a second reliable profit center for CinTel and will diversify CinTel's reliance away from the internet traffic management and network integration business. CinTel will be able to fund any further acquisition of vital gaming solutions that it expects will create additional shareholder value. CinTel may also be able to leverage its ITM and network integration business with the assistance of the overseas contacts that "Let's Game" already has. Subject to CinTel's satisfaction after a thirty (30) day due diligence period, it is expected that CinTel and Dataway Eng Corp. would execute a legally binding agreement whereby CinTel would invest approximately $150,000 at the time of signing the binding agreement and a mandatory additional investment of approximately $500,000 within an year to acquire more than 50% of the newly formed spin-off which is expected to contribute approximately $2,000,000 of additional revenues and $700,000 in EBITDA."
About "Let's Game":
Originally launched by Dacom Inc. in November 2002, "Let's Game" was acquired and re-launched by Dataway in December 2004. It currently operates as a game and community portal, and has twenty five games, flash games, mini-homepages, and online cafes.

O.K. Mr. Kim you can start buying shares now!
Excellent job !! I appreciate your efforts!!!
Progress has been slow, but at least there is some.
Only 19 listed now, but how many will there be 6 months from now? Selling the Mini Mansion would be a 10% profit at least right there.
I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if this stock is heavy naked shorted. Once the MMonkeys decide to turn the switch look out above!
Any chance that someone with some influence with Scott could get him to do a share buyback? If he did sale shares in the $1-$2 range, he could have the funds to buy back over 10 million shares. Oviously, he owes that and more to shareholders!
The company did show a profit of $.02 for the 09/2005 quarter, so maybe we will see something similar, or better around 2/15/06.
Insiders are buying CNCN and NVAX incase anyone is interested.
Thanks Redcloud:
If she was showing me properties, I'd buy all I could!
EPROM
Look, I'm just trying to help! I've owned shares since 11/22/04. My original purchase was at $0.47. I did add some at $0.12 a couple days ago. I drive to and from work right by Sunburst and recently they seem to be doing quite a few things to boost recognition and to increase the attendance at the auctions. It makes sense that they could sell at higher margins if they have more people bidding.
That's all I know. I'm an investor. I won't be selling for a few pennies gained. I'm hoping for more like $1.00.
I just thought I would mention what I see for those who can't drive by. I don't know what will happen next, but I'm hoping for some improvement soon!!!
The inventory is changing and expanding. They even have a Hummer and some other nice vehicles. The have put up lots of signs that say things like "buy wholesale", "we have hundreds in inventory".
I don't know how often they have the auctions. I see people who I believe are test driving the cars/trucks/SUVs on weekdays on my way to and from work.
It just seems to me that they are probably selling everyday and then have their big sales (auctions) on Saturdays.
Yes, I guess you could. But instead, they have added lots of signs and clearly have made the place something you notice as you drive by on the busy Grand Avenue. I think they are selling cars everyday there now.
From driving by the Sunburst lot each day, I'm seeing some improvement. They have added bleachers to make it easier on people bidding during the auctions. Their lot has clearly a lot more car and trucks, looks like over 100. I know their website only has 43, but that doesn't include Sunburst. I bought some shares based on what looks like improvement to me.
Hey, maybe we can get a nice run here soon!!!

Again, just a possibility, but before forking out this kind of money, I think these investors do know more than us.
Convertible Note in the principal amount of $985,950 issued to Equinox Partners Inc.

I'm not sure if these are related, but it's a possibility.
Hyundai HDS appears to be a pretty strong company with a security solution for the banking and insurance industry. Their 8e6 solution has already been sold to a variety of schools and it's internet filtering solution has been sold to many Fortune 500 companies. Their growth rate is 30%.
Since Hyundai HDS is willing to partner with Cintel, Cintel must have something decent to offer.
Cintel did manage to get investors to give them $8,853,191
in cash in exchange for non-interest bearing convertable notes at a weighted average of $0.20 per share.
My mistake as it appears now, is that Cintel had $1,430,542
in loans that were due prior to December 31, 2005. Most of these debts had high interest rates. So, I would imagine the company has no current debts and $7,422,649 in cash (at no interest) to work with for the next 18 months.
Mushroomman:
I'm watching from a little distance now. Hopefully, Matin will treat investors better in 2006. He should learn that historical information is not protected by "Safe Harbor" statements.
It would be nice if he was 100% truthfull. 10% is not acceptable.
Wow, Great news, more accredited investors are willing to buy these convertable (NON INTEREST) notes. I'll bet they want to see more than $1.00 share price.
Why doesn't the Veltex-Explorer web site work? I can't see the catalog. I called the Canadian office a couple of weeks ago hoping to see it fixed, but still it's not working.
How are they making sales if their web site is not working?
I lived in Korea for 1 year. I was in the U.S. Army and lived on a base there in Seoul. I found that the Koreans were very hard working (always sun up to sun down). I believe they are honest and It's true they do live very modestly.
Thanks again for your message to this board on 10/26/05. I was watching this stock sort of from a distance, I'm glad I had this board as one of my favorites and your message got me back in.
Hopefully, we will get back to it's old high of $1.75 or there abouts.
Good luck to you and all of us CNCN shareholders.
Many deals for Q4 revenue have already been announced. To me, the concern about the price going down if there is no news doesn't hold much water.
Sure, a few more deals would be nice, but I think we are in good shape so far.

the temporary delay of some projects until
the following quarter. The economic climate is turning positive and we expect
this issue to disappear by the next quarter. In the upcoming quarter, the
company expects significant new revenues due to factors such as a new strategic
alliance with companies such as Hyundai HDS and is continuing to capitalize on
past opportunities. The company will increase the reach with current trusted
customers and partners with our expanded revenue generating product lines.
We believe this
