LOL. Sometimes it's important to hear from people who have their eyes open.
Tonner doesn't care. That's the point. He's letting the "world class management team" handle the dirty stuff. There's a very logical reason why Tonner didn't merge or buy out One World, and it has everything to do with the way One World operates. This is a debt vehicle. There is another RS coming, and there's no way to know when. People are going to get screwed here.
Ding ding ding. The mindset that OWOO will just slot into 1-2% of the marketplace without a peep from Mattel is hilarious. Mattel can put out more quality at a better price, AND actually market it.
Now you're getting it
If this goes over a penny before falling to the low 7's, then yes, .0074 will be the new base for the next leg up. Chart is fairly simple
Bingo. It will take some luck in the way of news coverage or possibly a social media assist from a celebrity, but these could very well be one of the coveted yet difficult to acquire toys this winter. The heights of Tickle Me Elmo are probably overzealous, but anyone who completely refutes this possibility isn't logical enough to listen to.
If people are clamoring to buy these and they happen to be sold out at most stores, then it's going to force Wal-Mart and other retailers to up the ante.
You are correct. But while that might be true for most products, I'm not convinced that is the case here because of the margins involved. Based on the purchase order amount and the number of stores, there really can't be many dolls in each individual store's inventory to begin with. Aside from the local Texas stores that may get slightly more play, it's not mathematically feasible for a specific Wal-Mart to have anywhere near 30ish dolls without a re-order.
Exactly. But to be technical, all it would take is 5-6 stores in the country to sell out for some to claim that they are "selling out all over the US". And it seems like that may be the case right now (even if every purchase was made by a shareholder). That statement isn't entirely wrong, it's just deceitful.
We have no way of knowing the status of the full shipment at this very second, but it hardly matters. We know they are on shelves already and that people are buying them.
Obviously there are only a handful of dolls heading to each store, so it might only take two or three eager customers to clear out the inventory. But with these disappearing from shelves and investors/customers constantly inquiring about them at numerous stores, the increase in demand, however hollow it seems, is still undeniable.
When these dolls are completely sold out at every Wal Mart in the country, AND demand remains constant, it will increase the perceived value of these dolls further, and thus drive demand. That's why the re-order will be coming soon enough. People who want one of these but aren't able to buy one in time are going to want one even more. Remember those Tickle-Me-Elmo dolls back in the day. Supply is not always as important as demand
Looks like 7's coming fast with nobody buying this today. Not sure we see 6's, but I'd bet on a close around 77-79.
Outstanding DD. Clueless employee or not, this is important.
You got me! I posted a message here on 8/13! My knowledge of this stock price and company must have started on that date! Powerful DD.
If you have been following along for a while then you clearly must have a solid understanding of One World's love of the spotlight. They crave the attention. Let me first say that there's nothing wrong with this whatsoever. But it has begun to metastasize over these last few months, right as the legitimacy of this company has started to increase.
They want to PR anything they can, mainly because they are caught up in the misguided mindset that, as you said earlier, "all news is good news". And that just isn't the case. Today's PR is crap for a company with aspirations like these, and even more crap when you compare it to what we have previously been given (partnership news, purchase orders, etc.).
We can applaud One World all day long for getting into Wal-Mart. Kudos to them. But we are past that now. I was hoping that the extremely thin skin running the show here would begin to thicken now that Wal-Mart is open for business. I guess it will take much more.
Okay now we're talking. I bought this quite low myself, and I still have the majority of my shares despite taking a nice chunk of profit on two occasions.
I want this to blow up just like we all do. But skepticism is important in trading, and especially with sub-pennies. If asking questions and questioning the decision making of this company is bashing, then so be it.
Ah yes, there's that straw man. Did you miss where I said OWOO needed to PR how they are already in stores? Oh wait, I never said that.
I said that the PR they released today was useless fluff. Because it is.
They are already in Wal-Mart. That part already happened. And that's entirely the point. This company is ALREADY IN WAL-MART and they are PR'ing useless articles that barely mention them like it's supposed to mean something. That's called clueless management.
I'm not sure these guys have a single clue about the marketing/PR side of this, and stuff like today's PR comes across looking like amateur hour. The product and the diversity angle are both great here, but the juvenile mentality of shouting from the rooftops every time OWOO is mentioned is pathetic. I'm not sure I've ever seen a sub-penny crave the spotlight nearly as much as these guys.
We didn't hear a peep out of One World leading up to yesterday's revelation about dolls actually being on shelves early (which lends me to believe they didn't expect it either). It was refreshing to not get smacked over the head with two or three PRs that all mention the same stuff. And you know what? The PPS actually benefited from it. Instead of promising things and finding a way to underwhelm when the time comes, they actually exceeded investor's expectations for a change. And it was a great sign. For a day.
Say something good about them on your personal blog and you might be featured in the next PR!
Agreed on that. This was carefully walked down by MMs for weeks on end regardless of what volume came in. It's easy for them to do it so blatantly when there aren't many eyes watching the L2. This massive sell-off and crash basically came out of nowhere. This went from a stock in pennyland to one of the numerous .00X hopefuls that need pumping or PRs to get back to .01.
Looks like this company needs to hire some pumpers here. Down over 30% and nobody trying to give this thing life? This goes to trips before it hits a penny again. Painfully obvious.
Because they have nothing left to say? Hard to find a way to shoot a real bullet when you've been spraying blanks all over town.
Oh you can bet there will be PRs on the way. The volume is drying up and the last PR situation was amateur hour. These guys love the spotlight, so expect some sort of fluff coming out this week.
TO DA MOON! WEEEEEEEEEE! COPPER BY END OF WEEK!
Wouldn't be surprised one bit to see this halted or headed to trips. The PRs are similar to many other fraud cases in the past. Would also explain the sudden drop out of nowhere last week.
Naked shorting. Too much money to be made to ignore IMO.
The manipulation and dilution is out of control here
It literally just went live in the last 3-4 minutes. Had a password screen and Wordpress logo before, nothing else. Looks good to me
After the buy at .0143, CDEL has walked down, tick by tick, to .0131. Quite ridiculous movement when there aren't any sellers. Anyone have any insight on this aside from the low volume angle?
It exists, it's just not public since it requires a password. Clearly the website is owned and set up with Wordpress. The domain info says it was registered on Sept. 1. Clearly brand new.
Another day, and again the ask continues to slide back down right after somebody buys. I'm not sure I've seen this happen literally every single day for weeks on end with other stocks. The massive spread and inconsistent volume were both present during the last run, but I never saw MM's slowly walk down their ask like this, and especially not all day long. Very interesting.
It's been mentioned before, and remains pure speculation, but I've always thought this company would be perfect for a visit to the Shark Tank. The story here is compelling enough to warrant interest from ABC to get the ball rolling, and I'm fairly confident that Barbara and Laurie, possibly even Daymond, would be interested in the retail (Wal-Mart) connection enough to consider a deal. The odds of this happening are slim, of course, but I can't help but think about Shark Tank every single time OWOO teases something big.
Well said. Ending the cycle of toxic financing is big.
You should print out this conversation and have an adult read it back to you.
THE COMPANY TWEETED IT
"Our CEO said it was best interview she has ever done"
I asked why the company would say something so meaningless. Then you replied to me to tell me it was a tweet, and not a PR.
Somehow you are confused. LOL.
Did I say it was a PR?
I questioned why they included such a meaningless statement. Saying that the CEO had the best interview of her life is useless when she's not the one who people want to see/hear from.
Curious...but why does it matter that this was the best interview the CEO has ever done? That statement is so irrelevant that it's hard to fathom why they bothered to include it.
This company sure knows how to string people along. Have to give them credit for that.
I think it was fairly common back in the day before retail traders had L2 data available at their fingertips. Now I think there are times when variations of these codes are used, but we have virtually no idea whether they are legit.
How on Earth are people confident in this company's ability to do anything but give the silent treatment. Even the slimiest fraud schemes out there actually TRY to engage shareholders. They don't even care enough to TRY to raise money. It's insane. How many YEARS will go by before an update?
Thanks for the level-headed response. It's quite difficult to find those at this site.
I'm curious if the PPS will follow a similar trajectory to the CC. Penny break right at the start, and then the bottom falls out within minutes for no logical reason other than "people selling news". The CC was professional and informative enough (w/ a huge Oprah name drop too) to avoid that drop, so I wonder if this Tonner interview could end up being something similar.
Of course it does. Big things are on the horizon here whether people want to accept them or not.
I merely questioned whether a possible penny break would actually hold this week. HOW DARE I BASH!
