Tonner doesn't care. That's the point. He's letting the "world class management team" handle the dirty stuff. There's a very logical reason why Tonner didn't merge or buy out One World, and it has everything to do with the way One World operates. This is a debt vehicle. There is another RS coming, and there's no way to know when. People are going to get screwed here.
