I contacted TD and they confirmed I was already on it; but, According to the girl at E-Trade. they wont put me on the list due to security issues.

When I explained the situation and how the private company would contact me, they were stumped and have to get back to me.

I contacted Etrade about 2-1/2 hrs ago, rec'd a phone call and required a recorded conversation as to why I made my request.

I think we'll see that day soon..
