Think it is clear... OTCWORKOUTS isn't that good.
Interesting day already.
Part of the restructure... New branding/company. Should be really interesting with this new clean company and all the stuff to follow along ;)
Great find by the wolf!
Awesome find!
DOOOOOOOOOOOO IT! This will be fun to watch :)
14.5 mil dump or bust.
There haven't been any T trades for a while, just Cash/Margin trades.
This board is a life saver! I wish I would've known about it before the MPIX game these groups played.
Learn from this and never follow groups into these plays. Educate yourself on what to look out for and who to look into when these type of stocks pop onto the radar. Here is a read about MPIX and the group(s) that concocted everything.

Garyst, I have a education related question on preferred shares. Currently in DSGT, they recently struck a deal on issuance of preferred shares with previous lenders in regards to "cleaning their books" of toxic notes.
Question is, are preferred shares issued to protect the value of those common shares converted to preferreds from a Reverse Split?
Commons get wiped out while preferred shares stay the same in a RS?
Well they better get started, like 10 mins to go.
Agreed!
I noticed that.
Why does it seem smart money is leaving?
Yup, witnessed that.
IF everything that was said and done has indeed been accomplished, it will show on this quarterly, if not then red flags on why is everything taking so long on being updated.
This November quarterly should springboard the company, again IF everything was truly accomplished. Going to be an interesting read....
Typical for Halloween month.
Mark this... November will be fireworks for $DSGT ;)
November= Fireworks
Oh ok, makes sense then.
Thank you, might be interesting today...
Question do you guys who have level2 only see 2 MM's MAXM and CDEL on the ask?
Nice, thanks for the share.
Believe me I wish I could. I respect what is being done, and from emails I know they are working hard on everything. But like others on this board in their emails, they can't disclose anything that isn't public info or it would be considered insider trading.
I respect them for how tight lipped everyone has been, and believe me, this is the tightest any stock I have ever been in has been. Is the stock shit down here... Yes. Is there a lot on their plates in getting all this complete... Yes. I am speaking out of frustration and my timeline of everything falling into place (which isn't fair). Their timelines and the others they work with again are completely different. I looked back at some of the stuff I wrote and agree I need more patience lol.
I respect the educated opinions so I can learn off and ignore the incoherent ones, so like in Billy Madison "At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul. Billy Madison: Okay, a simple "wrong" would've done just fine."
Notable Market Makers for Penny Stocks Will leave this here for reading purposes
http://upperdivisioninvesting.com/level-2-tip-know-market-makers/
When most traders place an order to buy/sell a stock, it usually goes through a wholesaler or ECN (electronic communication network). Some popular market makers for these types of transactions include NITE, ATDF, ETRF, and ARCA. A look at a monthly share volume report will show you that these market makers handle a lot of volume. Certain brokers allow you to choose which market maker you route your order through, however, most discount brokerages such as E*TRADE will route it automatically. When I see these market makers on a level 2 screen, I will usually analyze the orders to gain some insight into the psychology of the traders in a stock. I assume that these orders have been placed by traders (not MMs) until being given a reason to assume otherwise. So, for example, if I see ETRF put up a bid to buy 100,000 shares of a stock, I will assume that was placed by a trader and not just an MM trying to balance the market. That being said, the latter is also a possibility and these MM’s can still play games and manipulate a stock price. Regardless, analyzing these orders can give you some insight as to how traders/MM’s expect the stock to move on a given day.
True my friend :)
And I appreciate it. Still frustrated though lol. All cards on the table is all I ask. I understand secrecy in regards to matters that SEC requires it until legal matters are properly handled.
I read that on MM side, but people are saying they see them on the LVl2 as a MM? I found this a while back, don't worry about the company they talk about, but the information they relay that is similar in our stance as a company DSGT.

ARCA showed up a month or couple back. Then disappeared and re-showed today.
I was made aware that all these are known diluters/note sellers including ARCA. Which party is lying who knows at this point, just not clean.
otcx, maxm, cfgn, ARCA.
I know man, I like your positiveness and all you have done for us to see. Just nerves getting to me right here at this level.
Like the TREMENDOUS news we were betting on at the SM? ;)
Good question...
Thank you, agreed.
Makes sense. Appreciate that fear being squashed. Let me ask this of you, the new preferreds were struck in May per 8k filed https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=12953802&guid=iohMUFk6JSdlJyh . That means 6 months from that date puts us in the Oct/Nov conversion range?
I really don't know on that aspect. But if it does convert, whatever little run up we get, I am out. Been too long and we keep moving south, instead of the correct direction, north. Bob use to do those updates, then stopped. Would like to get direction from him on all that is going on. If we keep going this route, again R/S starts creeping in the back of my mind.
If this note scheduled for November converts I will be getting out until these are finished and officially we get something from company on status.
? Unsecured, convertible promissory note in the principal amount of up to $900,000, bears interest at 12% per annum, is convertible into common shares after 180 days from issuance date at a conversion price equal to the lessor of (i) the lowest trading price during the previous fifteen trading days prior to the date of the promissory note; or (ii) 55% of the lowest trading price during the previous fifteen days prior to the latest complete trading day prior to the conversion date. As at June 30, 2018, the Company has received $466,667 from the note of which $300,000 is due on September 19, 2018 and $166,667 is due on November 3, 2018. Interest will be accrued and payable at the time of promissory note repayment.
So it looks the large bids are the expected dilution dumps expected. After this .0008 the next drop is into .0006 @ 5 million shares.
Yeah man, I am the same way. See MAXM cramming us this morning, the cheerleaders of course happy as can be. I mean to a point there should be catalysts going forward. To what extent of a run we get from this, your guess is as good as mine.
Yup, this has been pretty relentless. Diluted pig at the current.
Agreed on that front.
Understood my friend. I wouldn't worry yet, a lot of games being played. There are a few more catalyst both company and outside players wanting to see this price appropriately, biggest will be their restructuring company.
Right now people can see that their services had no effect in price or shareholder value, no one would recommend their services here clearly ;) But... once everything is put in place and laid out in forms of awareness campaigns, and price structure follows with interest, OTCWork will be at the end of the day the unsung hero on the debt side.
Only my opinion at this point, but with what OTCWork has done to date and the path they were able to pave so far especially with getting them to the IB meeting and allowing them to secure Joseph Gunnar & Co, things are getting brighter.
