You would have thought by now, he would make an announcement like this as any responsible CEO would:
Due to the arbitration process that might have had any implication to the FDA partial clinical hold notice, we won't be able to disclose any details until the arbitration is wrapped up. Please note that the hold is not due to the safety or failure of our drug in trial and we will disclose any necessary information when we are legally able to.
What the heck is going on here? It has been 4 weeks since the darn arbitration started and 3 plus weeks on the FDA hold. Freaking unbelievable!
Ok. Now it makes more sense. Thanks.
Does anybody here really understand the concept of why they wanted to increase the enrollments to 1200 so they can reduce the survival end point to 6.5% instead of 10%. I am not very smart so still struggling to understand this concept. Shouldn't the endpoint remains at 10% no matter what and why would they need to increase the number to 1200 to speed up the approval chance?
When it gets to $.40, I will only break even. ! They certainly can do a better job of communicating the reason/s why the FDA put them on hold but maybe some of you are right about the arbitration relations.
You are starting to speak in tongue now.
Are you Geert? LOL. Tell me if I should share my shares now or wait until then, please.
News will come out whenever it comes out. Don't you know Geert by now? He has a mind of his own. We are all speculating now. I don't know what's going on with the arbitration hearing nor the FDA hold. What we know is there is a hold on it and we should know why in a couple weeks since they rec'd notice on 9/26 so we are 8 days from it. This can go either way from $0.00 to $100.00 in a few years. In our out, your choice.
Now you are all reaching it! We all just have to wait this out or sell now and get the heck out of town. Nobody knows, except the insiders for now. We all can make arguments for both the long and short side so it is purely a gamble now. By the end of the year or early next year, we shall know. I am taken back a little of how long this darn arbitration takes but it is what it is.
Don't worry! Another couple weeks like this, we can sell it for tax loss purpose because it will be down to $.00. LOL! I don't know about any of you, but I don't know what the heck is going on anymore due to this hanging arbitration hearing and the FDA hold. Oh well! no one puts a gun to my head to force me to buy and I did so it is what it is.
Why are talking like you know all the insider info.? Who told you all of this?
You know what? As mad as I am at the ever falling share price, I have to keep a level head until the end of the world scenario plays out. As I take a step back and think a bit, I truly believe the reason that the FDA put out a hold but allowed the enrolled patients to be continue with the drugs is most likely the 1,200 patients increased from 880. Also, whatever goes on in the arbitration, no one knows so it is a waiting game now. Like someone had mentioned earlier, we either gonna hit a homerun or strikeout. There is no in between. Here is hoping for the best to all of the share holders.
News out! Max has decided to come back and save the CVM from this total collapse since reputation means everything to him. LOL! Man, how low can this darn thing goes?
Why?
LOL! I wonder how the latest round of investors feels. Within a month of investing in CVM, they lost 50% already.
You might be right! Heck, it keeps going down everyday to a point of depression for me. LOL! I am in it heavily so ain't going back now.
The heck? Is the arbitration still going on or what?
Ok. You are right. Let's hope for the best the next 4 to 6 weeks.
Argh! Unfortunately, there is something going on today with the volume and us being down 5%. Something must be up with the arbitration or the FDA. Shuck!
Tell me if I am missing something about the FDA hold. Why would they hold but still allow the multikine to be administer to the enrolled patients? Must be some admin stuff or the extended number of patients that Cel-Sci is proposing, right? Also, your point on the arbitration is dead on. If one of the sides didn't want to, they can say no and proceed in court. It is just a matter of $$$ now. But, they could still come to a stand still and proceed to court also if they don't agree on the amount. Boy, the suspense!
Today is a holiday (Columbus). Whatever it is, the silence has been eerie but, what else is new with CVM? The only comforting variable is gaps always get filled 91% of time so the gap between $.42 to $.24 should get filled if they don't file for bankruptcy first. LOL!
Great points. I think $10K is too low. It has to be $25K so maybe around $20 plus a share once approved?
Does anyone have a projection of the PPS if and when multikine is approved by the FDA?
I did buy more today and that's it. If CVM goes to $.00, my family won't go on vacation for 5 years.
LOL! The trend has been definitely down since I bought back last week. Pathetic1
I am right behind you. The past week, I have been loading up to the tune of xx,xxx shares but it won't break my life if it doesn't pan out. My wife might leave me though since it was our saved vacation money for the next couple years. I lost over 40% the last round and got out. Why did I get back in, I don't know. LOL!
OK. So you got my attention. You seem to me new to the board but your posts are very informative and logical in nature. Let me clarify, most of the posters are also likewise. What's your overall take on CVM then?
Sounds logical to me! I will await for the outcomes in the next few months and shut up now. LOL!
What trend? I don't understand what you are trying to say.
Did Geert tell you something? Can you let us in the details? I will sell my family and buy more shrares, not! LOL.
He is, just old world English! LOL!
They are probably stock option exercised. I am serious. Even though I am in heavily now, it is not a good management team. Multikine might be a great drug down the road, CVM management has botched up time and time again. So, maybe, but it's only for .30 and they bought 13K each so it is $6500 ea. They make $500K per year. Now if they buy 1M shares, I would be impressed.
Already beat you to it! Found some extra cash left and did it today. Average cost is still around $.42 though so I licking my wound a bit.
Argh!!! To heck with it, I am all in at .276. This darn thing better rise soon. Lol.
Don't you love it where CVM is just dead silent. Wouldn't you think they would put out an announcement to explain the chain of events the past few weeks?
It is all speculations now.
The good:
1) CRO spends $12M and have enrolled 926 (800ish subtract off the original 110 plus from the Inventiv).
2) Wheelan attorney firm forked out up to $5M for the attorney fees win or lose.
3) FDA didn't cancel the clinical trial due to safety concern or death or side effect. Reason/s - don't know. Maybe the increase in the number of patients enroll requirement?
4) private investor put in $5M just last month at $.50. Had to see a good case, right?
5) Arbitration is now. Good/bad/indifference - we will know soon enough.
the bad:
1) Geert - total joke.
2) Phase II life expectancy increased by 33% or more. Only shooting for 10% but now has to increase the number of patients to 1200 plus since no one is dying fast enough from both arms. Still don't understand the 6.5% increase instead of 10% but I am not bright at all.
3) They will run out of money again since $5M will only last 1 or 2 quarters at best.
4) Anal warts study is dead silent.
5) Investor relation department is a total joke. See #1/
I have a slight hope for multikine. Geert, not so much. I just need to learn how to walk away a few months and check the stock every month or so. Of course, I can't do that just yet. LOL! You are right about the speculation part.
Don't need to. End of August number was 905. When they made the announcement of the hold, it was 926. So toward end of September, the number of enrollments were 21 and it got put on hold. With the arbitration going on and the expanded number of 1,200, everything will be cleared once the arbitration is over and the FDA hold get lifted. All for nothing now with these things going on. This stock is not for the faintest of the hearts. LOL!
I like your advice. Next week should be interesting.
I am going to mark your post so whenever I am depressed staring at the current PPS of CVM, it will cheer me up and give me hope. Why $1 to $3? Why not $100? LOL.
