Again, i would like to have the pieces properly in place before we achieve that and some of pieces will take time to accomplish.. another reason y i dont think it is feasible to uplist by eoy (there are other criteria beside pps for uplisting)... and yes, i agree that rs is very risky and in our current situation to rs just to achieve the minimum pps criteria is just that

Why rs right now? i think youre trying to run before crawling... the company imo is still in its infancy.. give it time and i think well be able to uplist organically... first get some solid subscription numbers, few more big partners and revenue under our belt... then discuss options... no point right now... at this point we will only rs to have pps decline... no thank you

Imo..Go down a little but not much.. this long quiet period, stagnant sp and low q2 expectation should absorb much of the effect... meaning most of q2 is already baked in

I agree with u up to a point... youre right that a small comp like nfusz needs revenue but... A multi-B company like oracle is not interested in the what little revenue generated by a small tech company at this stage but would likely test them/tech for possible BO... generating revenue is not the only way of securing growth/sustainability for a big company... eliminating or reducing competition (potential competition) also improves future company position... look at all the "great ideas" throughout history that were gobbled up by big comps that never came to fruition or ever mentioned again... all imo of course

That is def another thought and recording before would probably be better because they do have the pr timline to keep now... but considering the past shac(s) everyone here knew those came late... (i remember the one around vegas time.. that one came really late, he looked beat up and exhausted)... but lets consider that shac is not mandatory and no other company really does this; in addition, it's 5:22pm pst and no shac yet.. tells you these guys are working overtime (unless their day starts really late)... but lets hope theres some meat in it, although everyone should already know that when it comes to developmental things, itll likely be.. Wasnt all shac vids released a little later in the day?... some even really really late... i dont think ive seen a shac released immediately after close... why would this all change now?.. shac is not a live cc where time stamp is important... and its not a mandatory requirement... this is a pre-recorded info for the benefit of investors... so, calling them unprofessional is a bit immature just because we cant keep our pants up... considering the past, i bet rory is recording the shac right now and it will be released later tonight...

Sorry im no techy... but im just saying as the recipient i dont have a problem downloading a plug-in and this should not/would not be the reason that this is a dealbreaker... (i know, i know do my homework) but i think so far, all the videos i received via email redirected me to another site to view it or it would download the video first then played it on another media player already installed (or on something that is already supported) ... maybe if it was just a regular video then a plug-in would not be necessary but the features of notifiid does require an additional plug-in because this tech is not supported yet...

What is wrong with downloading a plug-in?.. doesnt adobe flash player or other flash players require plug-ins for it to work?
