Yeah the picture is not getting any better and sad to say not surprised that fits. I’ve seen your later posts. Nice pro bono work you’re doing in providing a fuller landscape and some needed clarity. Sincere thanks.
The quote below was in the CRL press release last month regarding the nine new suites.
L - Lysate via subcutaneous injection and L - Litigate via (please use your imagination here)
Thanks again.
A couple other thoughts on his niche market due to no NIH funding for the device. With little or no competition for the device probably enables him to charge a premium. And as he notes it’s not a cure so he inherently has a continually evaporating customer base. So I’d guess he requires a upfront payment or a sizable chunk thereof and/or guaranteed payments. Because once that customer base expires it becomes inherently harder to collect for services. Make of what you will. But people in a unfortunate situation with GBM and means are going weigh their options. Not an easy predicament by any measure for anyone.
TTF and nuron$$$ thing
Agree with that analysis they’ve got to go with the data they can provide to make their case. I’m agnostic on naked shorting it may or may not exist, and to quote another poster “discovery could be interesting” if it gets that far. If it does exist the defendants named in the suit are probably not the ones doing it directly. And that is one area where discovery could get interesting.
WSJ Article made the Apple news feed in the last hour
‘tis the season…… ghost of Christmas past?
WSJ is a Murdoch entity and does some of the better reporting (best imo). The Murdoch organization is broader than the WSJ and they’ve been known to work an issue from time to time. Other outlets within the Murdoch organization may pick this up. See how this plays out.
Very cool ($$$)
I’m seeing further evidence TTF ($$$) may cause neurons to misfire. Thanks for your follow up on this.
So apparently in this instance he has clarity on “economic decisions” being made by other entities …. good for him. Unfortunately the perception from the NIH “economic decision” negatively affects him. He has a lucrative niche* market with an alternative therapy for patients who can afford it and DCVax-L is a threat. Am I missing anything?
* Created by the lack of NIH funding.
Good call.
Publishing in JAMA would avoid the scrutiny in rigor of publishing in the journal (JAMA Oncology) geared explicitly to oncology……. so there would be that argument to be made if it was the other way around…. and around…. and around.
See post 535069
TTF might have some neurons misfiring.
Das ist gut….Sehr gut.
Good point and one that is totally within their control. And the clock is ticking*…. be a nice gesture if they had a tote bag sweetener.
*or broken based on NWBO time keeping
Short week with the holiday domestically not conducive to major announcements. But this holiday week is especially conducive to stories like the JAMA article and Liau’s presentation to gain traction in the media. So, if there are any major announcements this week it’s likely to come from across the pond with manufacturing the most likely followed by MHRA submission.
Wow a vaccine denier being denied a vaccine……..In case you missed it that is oozing with irony.
(You could probably find a better example to help make your point. We have many Canadians on this board whom if inclined could be a resource)
Smith had a slightly lower 4% acceptance rate in his recent article……. Not that it matters as it splitting hairs at this level, but Flipper is citing directly from the source.
Another tidbit and this is likely a coincidence. But at one time NWBO was also located in Bothell Washington.
(For the newbies NWBO did originate in the northwest)
I see it made it as a sticky two days later. Thanks.
Yes, I was aware of your leeriness with the crypto thing…..Prior to that, and admittedly drastically changing subjects, I was relieved to see you finally bring Night Train into the your discussions on finer screw-top vintages. Regarding Gary’s lists of Year end price projections for NWBO if the price is $0.99 or below I plan to decant a bottle of Night Train and invite you to enjoy it with me. Be advised there will be no wine glasses or cups (paper, styrofoam or otherwise) used as that tends to tarnish the Night Train experience. For a potential single digit (to left of decimal) winning guesser I’ll provide a bottle of Old Crow, and bringing glassware back into the equation, share a glass* with you.
*singular tense meaning one
As a former moderator I can state each moderator is allowed one sticky. Currently our six moderators only have five stickies. So, if you don’t have one of the five on the board you are able to add one. MasterBlastr will likely provide you the details on “how to” when he responds tomorrow.
Didn’t they change their name from Blue Horseshoe after some bad press in the 80s???
Seriously – I like their mythology linkage in name
Like the added color on peer review process…it’s bordering on exhausting here
Thanks, JAMA provides the credibility to get traction with meaningful media outlets.
There may be some additional crypto knights that may be in the market soon to sublet park space
Timing certainly would be good. Would it be too much of a reach to also get an update on the combo trial from Liau on Sunday?
Thankfully advances in imaging are making it easier to identify pseudo progression……
AF popped in on the board about a month before and NYAS. Have not noticed AF pooping in on the board in the last few months. Did I miss his lastest splash?
Dr. Kevin T. Duffy.
Ultimately having success in the trial demonstrated and published would win in the court of public opinion. And facilitate prosecution of a suit in the legal court room….. Would also undermine the act of throwing shade at anything “untoward” found in discovery as it wouldn’t be a good look at that point.
Indeed…….. From my post 527686 earlier today
“About time for precision immunotherapy”. As an MRK / BMY shareholder I’ve stated I would expect both to exhaust all non-autologous alternatives for CI combos before embarking the autologous combination route ……CI targeting has been somewhat scattered to date. Perhaps it’s about time to dial in a little more precision in targeting???
The shaft length of a belly (long) putter enables one (if swinging) to generate significant clubhead speed. Depending on the lie/line one hopes the caddie selects a more traditional standard putter….. Long putters are an abomination IMPO
Beta testing combinations in order to maximize the likelihood of partnering.
That was the HQ video (HD present day) of the day. However they failed to get in bed with the industry that would stimulate consumer acceptance among other things and thrust it to hard core demand in the market.
TMZ points noted, thanks.
