Thanks for the guidance.
I am not a finance guy , so i will try to explore and understand what you suggested.

Somebody suggested conservative easement to save tax.
Been told it can get you 4-5 times tax deduction for your donation.
Saves a lot on short term but not much on my long term gain.
Any opinion on that? Safe/Risky? Tax Audit?
