For the people who initially invested in $RMTD$,a reminder
Remote Dynamics marketed, sold, and supported fleet management technologies primarily for the construction and heaving lifting industries. Viejo-based Telogis, a "cloud-based software platform that has a transformative effect on the way companies do business outside the four walls", announces they acquire Remote Dynamics on July 2, 2010.
Verizon Communications in 2012 acquires Hughes Telematics for $612 million. This deal included a on-road vehicle monitoring service called Networkfleet - which is based in San Diego - and ran on the Verizon wireless network. In 2013, Verizon announces that they will be rolling out Networkfleet's technology in its 18,000 company owned vehicles in the U.S. saying it will help to reduce carbon footprint.
In 2013, Telogis raised $93 million in venture capital financing by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm known for supporting Google and Amazon. It was thought they would consider an IPO but apparently didn't. In 2015, they signed deals with Apple and AT&T and also has agreements with Ford and General Motors.
Verizon announced an acquisition of Telogis on June 21, 2016 with the intent to "drive deeper into the connected vehicle market". Just a month and a half later on August 1, 2016, they announce Fleetmatics' acquisition for $2.4b. These acquisitions costed approximately $3.3 billion dollars.
It was later announced on June 22, 2016 that Paul Hastings LLP, a global leading law firm, began advising Telogis in its acquisition by Verizon.
On March 6, 2018, Verizon launches Verizon Connect. "A completed integration of its existing connected vehicle division with two recently acquired fleet and mobile workforce management software companies under a single, combined brand". A culmination of more than $5 billion dollars in investments. It offers customers a "one-stop approach to connected vehicle software solutions and services that help drive safety, productivity, and efficiency."
"Former brands within Verizon’s connected vehicle portfolio including Verizon Telematics, Fleetmatics and Telogis have all been rebranded as Verizon Connect."

Yw. Just thought it was interesting.
Good morning Rmtd
Just read an article about Verizon and Honda teaming up for autonomous cars. Honda using their tech and Verizon using RMTD patented vehicle-to-infrastructure software. Interesting read.

Congrats. I believe RMTD will make you a millionaire a second time.
I appreciate the response.
Hello RSI38, so when September passes and RMTD is still alive and well. Will the picture become more clearer for RMTD In your opinion. Thanks
Now all we need is for VZ to awaken this sleeping beauty. Arise, $RMTD$, Arise!!!
The other benefit to perpetual existence is that it allows the corporation's directors to create a long term plan for profit growth, since they can be sure the corporation will still be there long into the future. This satisfies shareholders because they are assured they will have long term gain, and it helps the corporation's customers because the corporation has the chance to innovate on new products, respond to customer feedback, and build on its expertise.
Finally, perpetual existence benefits the corporation because there is no need to constantly file all the documents that started the organization. Instead, it can carry information from year to year so valuable time and effort will not be wasted duplicating effort
$RMTD$
Reasons for Perpetual Existence of Companies
Having perpetual existence has numerous benefits for a corporation. In order to survive, many corporations need investors to fund the corporation's endeavors. If a corporation has perpetual existence, the corporation will continue even if the shareholders, directors, and officers come and go. This means the corporation is a safer, more stable place for investors to put their money and raises the chances that the investors will see a return on their money.

Corporate Formation: A Beginning, With or Without an End
When a business is incorporated, the organizers of the corporation can decide to give it an end date so that when the corporation's mission is complete, it automatically ends. Alternatively -- and more commonly -- the organizers could decide not to specify an end date. When this happens, the corporation exists until its owners, the shareholders, decide to end it. After all, the corporation is owned by the shareholders. For this reason, such a corporation is considered to have perpetual or ever-lasting existence.
So even if the entire executive team and the rank-and-file employees were to quit their jobs at a corporation, the business entity itself would live on and new employees would step in to take their places.

There you go bro. Enough DD on this ticker to make a sound decision. Imo. The VZ connection is the catalyst IMO.
So true but you have to know what you got. I strongly believe in RMTD.
I know this baby is going back up up up and away
I feel you. Bet what you can afford to lose bro.
I hope this does go back to .0001 so I can grab 20 milly.
Nice video. Thanks for sharing.
I honestly don't think this is going back to .0001. Viewing this from the Level 2 lens gives me the impression that although selling is accruing, it's holding up pretty well. These MM's are playing around too.
Looking forward to seeing that interview tomorrow. Looking to accumulate more soon. $HNCKF$
Track, it was clear as day. Thanks.
Rmtd is gonna catch alot of people off guard. I must admit, I thought this was the usual pump and dump.I sold early. Looking to get back in on Teusday. It feels and looks different this time around. I had a dream this morning about this stock. Never went to my bed thinking about it. It popped to levels that were insane. I am NO financial advisor or stock guru however I believe the LONGS who were and continue to get bashed here will be rewarded for their due diligence and research and most of all KUNG FU GRIP. Again I know this is coming from nowhere but this feels different. APP explained it perfectly in one of his post. I think Harvest is approaching. This could go right back to no bid but I really doubt it this time. I'm willing to stay the course this time. $RMTD$
Yeah dude you are. This is Mars
So in other words your saying it's coiling for a bounce, correct.
True.
Tesla should just buy Giga Metals for goodness sake. They have 14 billion dollars in cash to do so. All Giga Metals need is a billion for infrastructure and it wouldn't take years to build when using Elon speed.
Nuff respect.
We in the early stages folks. Grab a ticket and just wait for the feature presentation. There was alot nonsense a month or so ago that shook confidence, however you can't deny the resources this company has. Just a matter of time before an update on financing or a deal of some sorts gets announced.
Point taken. Your absolutely correct.
Wow. You called it. Nice
Great read. Thanks
Much appreciated.

More compelling evidence to be in this sector. The environmentally conscious approach to mine this resource by Giga Metals not lip service but research that their team has invested in to do so. As well as Marc's unwillingness thus far to settle for anything but a worthy collaboration in the form of a partnership
or any kind that gives his company maximum leverage for the resources they have. I think by the end of this year into first quarter of 2021, we should have more clarity on this. IMO
