A timeframe would help....especially if I were looking to short the stock.
Great insight, 'Insanity.
Do you have a timeframe in mind for the company's "death"?
The answer only remains the same if you interpret the question in a manner that fits the narrative.
"There" (TAUG management) direction and leadership has certainly been cited by some as the problem.
If the question is read carefully a different answer emerges. It depends on how you read the question.
"SO WHO'S TO BLAME FOR "PUMMELING THE STOCK" FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS???"
A question worth repeating....
"SO WHO'S TO BLAME FOR "PUMMELING THE STOCK" FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS???"
This is one of the better questions posed to the board in some time. Thanks, Dianne!!
"SO WHO'S TO BLAME FOR "PUMMELING THE STOCK" FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS???"
Just to be clear here G-man. According to some, we TAUG investors are "idiots". I've read that many times. Therefore, how can we be expected to intelligently question those so much more savvy than we? Not possible.
However, what we actually are here are idiot savants - people considered mentally handicapped by some (i.e., "stupid") but actually display BRILLIANCE in specific areas ---> like investing in TAUG.
ARRRRRGH!!! TAUG.
<<<<The deafening sound of crickets!!!>>>>
"MAKE THEM STOP!!!!"
I don't know about that.
"dilution is dilution is dilution"
It depends upon what the meaning of the word "is" is. As a rather slick politician once stated.
Vintage post, Professor! Well said.
They're not morons G-man.
I believe the operative word used several times has been "idiots".
ARGH!
Prof T is hereby appointed Dean of the TAUG Business School.
Honoris causa
For the Casablanca fans out there - to paraphrase Captain Renault,
"Major Typenex has been shot. Round up the usual suspects!"
I know what your concerns and opinions are from past posts.
My post was simply an observation and opinion based on the veiled and not so veiled insinuations made by some with regard to Seth Shaw and his professionalism and character.
I've been investing in TAUG for two years now. I've had, have and will continue to have faith in management; especially your efforts to put the company and shareholders' interests first and foremost.
Along with everyone on the board here I've read the seemingly endless stream of posts assailing your integrity, intentions and honesty. When the dust all settles and TAUG is left standing on a strong foundation I wonder if those who have taken to personally attack you will have the very integrity they claim you lack to publicly apologize to you in this forum.
I'll wager you dinner at Keens Steakhouse that retractions will never be posted.
Best of luck moving forward with TAUG, BVAP and other ventures you're surely working on.
TAUG
Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.
GO SETH!
ROTFLMAO
Couldn't agree more!!!!
GO TAUG!!!
ROTFLMAO (but for a different reason)
I thought TAUG, like any other company (all companies), see their share prices rise and fall.
Who knew that the price of stocks are only supposed to go up when you buy them? They must all be listed on the Over-the Fantasyland-Counter exchange. Guess I'll have to do more DD and figure this whole thing out. Lest I embarrass myself - wouldn't want anyone ROTFL-their-AO on my account.
> Again "buy low sell high" IMO this is a good buy ATM ...
Absolutely skidoo'! I've been buying and buying and buying (as a recent arrival to the board has been advising).
I'm confident that the longs here will be the ones ROTFL-their-AO.
> Can't we just focus on Seth ?
Speaking of Mr. Shaw, it would appear he is in South Beach with Breathe CEO Josh Kimmel "to close another deal".
A product launch in South Beach/Miami to go in tandem with NYC would be quite nice.
I hope that Mr. Kimmel is taking into account he has to buy more vans.
I also share Prof T's sentiments.
Longs GET IT. If anyone thinks the wind will always be at their back investing here then may I suggest buying Apple stock.
Let's hope for a good week and no Snickers bars in the pool.
The perfect dose of professorial logic to start the day. Thanks, T.
So, we've gotten to end of year, end of quarter. Now we have financials to look forward to in May.
Our numbers should be predictably modest but it should be the beginning of ever increasing quarterly revenues IMO. I'm very confident that management will continue to generate opportunities for the company.
As my friend has told me multiple times, as TAUG evolves we speculate on their moves, additions and, yes, subtractions (i.e., Doc Greens) but we are now at the most "dangerous" and exciting time - commercialization. This is when we'll see the company pick up momentum and roll or sputter and stall. I believe we'll see the former and not the latter.
On to our next quarter....let's get some mojo going.
Amen to that, Shrimp.
Nothing like a little perp walk to stir things up.
Grab her answering machine!!
And all it took was a Form 4 submission!
I didn't go back and look, but I believe this link was posted to the board recently:

The Spartan professor holding night classes.....on a Saturday no less!
Nice to see Stella picking up 800,000 additional shares of TAUG for herself!
She may not be as versed as Seth went it comes to communicating ... but she's talking with her checkbook.
TAUG ON!
Just bought another 200K shares - just for the sake of averaging down and to say (when TAUG hits $2) "Hey! I bought at sub-penny!!"
No one ever said investing is easy........S I G H
Let's hope that Prof T can handle the horsepower!
The Honeymooners' Ralph Kramden was ahead of his time .... not only was he waiting for "3D Television" but he wanted "a boat with 3 propellors".
Let's hope TAUG's management team is just as insightful.
TAUG .... $$$
I'd hope that gonefishin1's aspirations are such that you'd have to be qualified to man the bridge of a yacht Prof T....as opposed to a s skiff sporting a 30HP outboard!
Think big --> TAUG
O H, S N A P.
Perry "Shrimp" Mason.
Today's factoid: Under certain circumstances crickets can make a lot of noise.
According to Taurigian evolution theory shrimps can actually reach whale proportions once stuffed with large denomination bills. I believe Professor T's Oceanic Cash Flow class is worth sitting in on for pointers on the practical application of Taurigian theory.
Classes held daily on the TAUG iHub board.
A lot of irons in the fire my friend! You can't be expected to remember little ol' me on Facebook. lol
Nice to see nuggets of info from Seth with a bit of regularity lately. We're getting into serious chin stroking time.
Oh, i'm on Facebook. We have a mutual friend!
I went right to Seth's page and found T's reference in the comments.
Interesting.....
