Don't believe me, read the merger agreement. No I am not short on A 1:00 stock.
Read up on the nature of reverse mergers, then refer to the merger agreement. A very small percentage of the new shares are set aside for current STEM shareholders.
The stock is being pumped for day trading purposes only. Once the reverse merger is complete, the stock will be essentially worthless.
Folks who placed shorts during the run up to the high $4's, a ways back, covering under $3.
Perhaps a good time to buy, expecting a "fluff" PR tomorrow or Monday.
So it is 2015, I thought it to be newer than that, oh well for what it's worth.
Unfortunately, there is no "market" in curing Alzheimer's in mice :)
New study shows strong placebo effect in CNS diseases.
A new study, involving persons with Parkinson's disease, tended to show the effects of placebo were more powerful than previously thought. Twelve people, with Parkinson's, were told that they would be taking one of two drugs. One expensive or one cheaper. Half the group would take the expensive drug and the other half the cheaper drug. The participants were told which drug they were taking, expensive or cheaper. In reality all participants were given a placebo (saline solution) A marked improvement in motor skills, up to 28% reduced shaking etc. occurred in some participants. Although a small study it may be significant. Were the improvements noted in patients in the AVXL Alzheimer's study simply placebo induced? Several people had reported improvements including the person form Australia, all getting publicity, pushing the stock up. At the time most felt the improvements were too great to be caused by placebo. That may not be the case.

Yes, quite a bounce. Don't see anything out to support it right now
Anavex indicated Biogen is footing the cost of the studies. I see nothing about any payment to Anavex.
It would be interesting to read the details of the "material transfer agreement".
People are mistaking this for the long awaited partnership. Of course it is nothing like that. Biogen simply agreed to study the properties of a drug. It is way too early to draw any conclusions from that.
Rumor has it, significant new contracts by years end but maybe just another method of pumping it. It was once .27 who knows. I am buying modestly below .01
How to get a newspaper/magazine subscription link to work, without a subscription. This is perfectly legal. If you have a Face Book account, go to FB, at the status message box set the privacy setting to "Me Only", Copy the desired link and paste it into the status message box. Post the message. From the posted message box, click the link and the story will be readable. Most subscription services automatically allow the story to go through if the request comes from Face Book. When done reading, delete the message and reset your privacy setting to what ever you normally use, typically Public. It was an interesting story.
Awareness campaign, love that one :)
Dead cat bounce :)
Thanks a million, people on this board were right on the money. I came here early today, holding 50k shares avg .038. Sold as soon as reading about the upscaling and pump and dump, @ .075. Man it really came crashing down.
Never mind trading resumed. A 30 minute gap there, perhaps just my connection to Ameritrade.
Is it halted for news? Last sale 130,000 @ .0757 @ 11:32 ET
I didn't realize it was upscaled only, are they "upscaling" regular network programing also?
I am amazed how well the price has held. When all the facts are considered, there is little justification for a share price above .45 cents.
Other than on this board, I haven't seen any comment or discussion on th S3. Kind of strange.
The whole thing was unusual setting the redemtion with very short notice than valid for a very short time. All new shares, so the proceeds went right to the company coffers. IMHO all part of the scam.
Although the compay announced the warrant redemtion @ 1.10. They never did follow up with the number of new shares issued etc.
Good info. There is no way possible that STEM worth .44 cents before the merger and Microbot with 7 employees and $1.4 million in revenues, could possibly equal $22 to $36 a share as mentioned in the CNA article. They claim several analysts have given these lofty share price targets, yet don't name the analysts. No such share targets, other than the CNA story can be found. Looks like drastically pumped up article designed to keep the buying going.
That is wrong. Microbot is essentially buying the shell from STEM, which will go private. STEM share holders will get 5% of the new shares. Assuming a similar number of shares Outstanding, at the time of merger, that's 50 new company shares for every 1000 held. Microbot has less than 10 employees they have developed some products but sold few at this point. Their valuation is likely quite low.
Thank you. I was not successful in getting the point across.
Here is from Insider Monkey posted Noon today.
Thriving?? Are you kidding they were .45 cents two weeks ago. Here is what the company says about themselves and why they are winding down the company.
All manipulation of the small float. The company was pumped to people who knew nothing of STEM or the merger here to fore. They bought in providing the volume needed for day traders to manipulate it.
Not at all, the Israeli company is currently a private company, is purchasing the shell belonging to STEM So the Israeli company can go public while STEM will go private. STEM shareholders will get a measly 5% of the new company shares.
Look up the definition of reverse merger
When the merger is complete STEM will be a private company. There will be no STEM stock. This is a reverse merger.
Absolutely no basis for this buy volume, STEM stock, will cease to exist after the reverse merger. The company trials were pretty much a failure. Is this all day traders manipulating the small float?
Maxium Group handled Anavex's 10 million dollar convertible debentures placement, in March of 2014. Their "buy rating" should be considered biased.

You too
Good call
The drop likely to start Monday, build up through Wed
Sub $1.00 next week, as shares from warrants are dumped
Ok thanks
Oh ok but it can't be good news that LPC is authorized to dump 6 million shares? Of course we don't know when they might do that. This is not "new financing" then, just the existing deal?
