is it just me/my compuer or are the links, stories, and videos on the VKML page all gone?
Oh - in all honesty I would be happy to know/see that I am wrong. Are you saying there is documentation out there that Robert Coleridge owns Indie? What info do we have that doesn't show his jobs there, but actually shows that he owns the shares?
I haven't seen anything real/official that says that Robert Coleridge is the share owner of Indie. I know he is the president, treasurer, etc.,
Or do you mean Moreno? I know there is a youtube video of him saying he works there but is there actual documents that show he is the owner? I'd like to see those if they are truly available.
Link prove what? That just because someone is president doesn't mean they own the company? Being president is a job, not an ownership title. the shareholders are the owners and they employ a president to run the company. Do you actually not know that?
Then, the company (whoever the majority shareholders are) decided to give the owners (owners = shareholders, not president/treasurer) 86m shs of VKML in exchange for their shares of Indie.
Right, but he forgot a few things:
1. We don't know if the company has ANY income or ANY assets (VKML had zero of both, and we know nothing about Indie) - so market caps, and comparing them to other companies who DO have assets, income, etc is pointless right now.
2. More importatly, there are 87m outstanding shares right now, not 1m. and everyone that owns shares in VKML in TOTAL has 1m. The person who owned Indie now has 86m all for himself...
You know that just because Robert Coleridge is the president that doesn't mean he owns them, right? Do you know who the majority owner of VKML was three days ago? no. Do you know who owned the majority of the Indie shares? No. But whoever DID own the majority of the Indie shares now owns the majority of the VKML shares.
86m is a majority of the now outstanding 87 million shares. You know that.
Why did you use 400m? Didn't you hear? There was a reverse split! I'm surprised you didn't know that...?
Sorry for the personalttacks. I was wondering why none of my posts were showing up...
Okay - to my general advice to everyone is to not ignore the facts. And also be wary of anyone who ignores any bad facts and keeps telling you to invest in the company.
Read the post at the top about the swampland.
Baomike and I have been talking about this reverse split coming for a long time and everyone yelled at us for mentioning it. Now it happens, and some people are still choosing to ignore it and still telling you to buy.
I hope it does work out for everyone, but PLEASE do your OWN THINKING on top of OTHER PEOPLE'S DD.
VKML did. Not Coleridge. Coleridge is the president, but that doesn't mean he owns anything. The owners are the shareholders.
I don't think Robert Coleridge owns any of the company. He is just the "manager" for all we know.
I would guess the real "owner" of VKML is/was also the real owner of Indie. All IMO of course.
Just to clear up reverse splits
*Sorry - I wanted to post more last night but I only have the free membership, where I only get 15 posts per day).
A reverse split happens to OUTSTANDING SHARES. It does not affect the authorized but not outstanding shares.
The 86k will dilute the (now presumably 1 million outstanding shares). If you look into the past of this company, it is basically exactly what has been done before.
but now that 200 million is 1 million, right?
Do you mean it makes perfect sense if they're trying to screw people?
Or do you mean it makes perfect sense in how a regular RM works? Is there need for a reverse split???
Am I following this right?
Say there are 200m (for ease of math) outstanding, and there is a 200:1 reverse split, leaving the entire public with 1 million shares.
Then they give the owners of Indie 86 million shares, and now there are 87 million outstanding shares with the entire public (us) owning 1% of the company and the owners of Indie owning 99%?
Seems like they just keep transfering all the ownership from person to person, pumping, selling, then transfering it all again? Can someone shed some light on this?
Quick18 - can you shed some lighton this without just typing VKML in bold or writing this - >>>>>>>>
? Thanks!
Yes I think it is supposed to be a RM. the person I was responding to said they thought this would move the price to $10 or $15. I was commenting on the fact that what the news actually did is move it from .9 to .4. I thought it was amazing that he thought the same news that brought it from .9 to .4 would also then bring it from .4 to $10 - $15.
Unfortunately, the article that is stickied on the top here re: swampland makes it seem like this isn't the first time...
Not saying anything bad or good happened here, it just sounds familiar
Because of all their income? Or because of all their assets?
Oh, wait...
After selling most of their shares on a skyrocketed PPS I certainly would if I were them! But who knows what happened...
You think this is going from .9 to .4 and then up to 3 or 4 dollars on the same news piece?!?! ha.
You think Facebook and Whatsap I'll think VKML. wash rinse repeat - they've done this same exact thing before!
There is no money, assets, income, etc in this company. The same can't be said about the companies you're trying to compare VKML to.
However, you CAN compare it to past things VKML has done, which is pump, release news, reverse split, not follow through on news, SP drops, then release a whole new lot of shares...
I don't follow what your point is?
Did you read the "swampland" sticky at the top? This seems to be what this company does. Obviously if they wanted to release awesome news that they were uplisting to the NYSE they would have said it. honestly, look at Moreno in the video... this is the guy who is taking this company to billions? come on.
As I said before, I am just going to sit around and wait for it go go down to fractions of pennies (just like it's done before) then get back in!
My advice to everyone here would be to get out, wait until it drops back down to .005 and then load up and wait for another couple years for when they do something like this again.
Good luck to everyone
meant to say "no trades"
trades in over an hour? Is that right?
It's quiet considering there is potential big news here, right?
no volume....
Bu where did you get that info? Indie Growers? They also said theywere listing on a major exchange and also said that Moreno is working closely with Sean Green, however Sean Green denies that, right?
(Not bashing, just trying to get facts)
en did he actually say he liked VKML?
opefully this will mimic last week's trading with that post lunch explosion. It's been missing the last couple of days...
this seems to be trading more like last week, as opposed to the pattern of the last couple of days...
QT (or anyone else) what other stocks are you guys looking at getting involved with? This has been a gold mine and I would like to find more like it!
TIA!
moving up?
for realz yo?
yup - I got screwed pretty bad in yesterday's monster pull back, but then I learned my lesson and took advantage of the pullback today. you win some you lose some. I'm WAY up, but obviously wish I still had all of my chares because I would be even more way up. haha.
This is so ridiculous. haha. Today is the first day I "traded" this stock. I had been holding it for months, and slowly sold about 2/3 my holdings off because I made about 8x my original investment, but today is the first day I literally just sat at my computer, waiting for the pullback, saw it pause, I bought, then it shot up. It is so clockwork. Thanks for all the heads up guys.
I'm still not a real believer in the company, just of the stock play movement.
the pullback is early this morning...?
Sorry - what/who is the wolf?
So this is my last (15/15) post today unfortunately, but again, this is my point. You did not (and I assume cannot -or don't want to say that there actually isn't anything showing they really bought it?) answer my question and are just telling me to buy more. ha.
Unless people actually start showing proof, and answering questions re:
1. even though Robert Coleridge is now the president, treasurer, etc., that doesn't mean he is the owner of the company. This company has constantly been pumped, dumped, diluted, etc even with a real CEO before this (Allen Rosenthal) do we know this is not the same thing happening again? (do we know who the inside owners actually are?
2. Who the heck is John Moreno and do we actually know anything real about him other than that Sean Green apparently denies he ever has hired Moreno and that he is lying?
3. Why does Moreno say in the youtube video that they're going public in the next week - the stickies up top of this forum says he "mispoke?" HA! Um, that is quite a mistake.
4. Is there actually any evidence of a merger? Or is it still just speculation that it will happen because of the Robert Coleridge connection?
5. Do any of you guys know typical corporate structions? (especially ones that will have millions or billions of market cap value?) Having ONE person acting as every officer (especially when it is a software engineer) is pretty weird
6. If it IS true that the reverse merge, is there any reason to believe it would just repeat what the company has done before? - release the remaining 200,000,000 authorized shares to Indie growers as payment for the merger, plus cash (this is what horizon just did when it merged (also under Coleridge). Think about it. The owners of the majority of the issued shares (whoever the inside owners are of VKML) sell their shares and get lots of cash in the pump, then give 200m shs and a lot of cash to the owners of Indie growers, doubling the outstanding share count PLUS getting rid of the cash in VKML in the transaction? I'm not saying that is what is happening but it is what has happened before.
I am still holding on to 1/3 of my original purchase and I would LOVE for the speculation/hope to come true, and hopefully this stock will be worth $10 per share, but I would like someone (other than baomike - who also brings these issues up) to explain why these are not concerns. Thanks and good luck! see you tomorrow!
Ufortunately, I did sell 1/3 of my original purchase amount this morning during the dip. I am really regretting it (obviously) but I still hold 1/3 and am of course still trying to learn as much as I can. Do you know the answer to my question?
I just read fortunebuilder1958's sticky post up top - is it true that VKML actually bought budbay and indie growers? All I've seen is that Robert Coleridge is the entire management team at all of these companies. Before anyone tells me to read DD or connect the dots I'm really just trying to figure something out - did I miss something actually saying that VKML bought these companies? Or are we just connecting the dots?
Thanks.
