Thank you
dmcc2087: May I ask what is it that you see causing a gap up tomorrow? Thanks, Senior Chief
surfergirl2: I think Tweed will do well and I don't see investors losing money investing at these levels. I just think I have two other stocks that the potential for share price increases will be sooner and a higher increase on a percentage basis. I'm sure not anti Tweed. I hope that you are doing well. Sincerely, Senior Chief
A good company with a bright future, however, I bailed out of all of my shares today. Not because of a bad company but I like two other stocks that I believe will advance sooner and yield a higher percentage increase in pps than Tweed shares will experience. Good luck to those that are still long. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Zippie: I bought more shares in TRTC today because I believe in the company. Yep discouraging news but I think that the justified uses of marijuana for medical purposes will continue. As a Vietnam combat veteran with several medical problems (e.g. cancer surgery February 2013, spine surgery May 2013, second cancer surgery will be July 30, 2014 because my cancer has returned, and diabetic) caused by my exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam. In my opinion a reasonable person would want such studies to see if us Nam Vets and Vets from all wars could be helped by marijuana. I've been on strong Class 1 Narcotics every day since June 2005 and I really would like to try marijuana to see if it would help me and get off of the narcotics but I live in the Bible belt and my state really throws the book at people caught with marijuana so I will not even attempt trying it not even one time until it is legal in my state. I don't know if I have PTSD or not because I've never been tested for it although I do have regular memories about Nam almost every day and some dreams. Sincerely, Senior Chief
cgydom88: I thought that it would be at $0.01 on day one but I'm having second thoughts now and I suspect $0.02 to $0.05 based upon posts here by people buying the VCIG's and photos of retail Vaping stores stocking the Vcig's. There was a photo posted here ( from member ATC1990 I think but I'm not sure ) of a newly opened Vaping store in ND that had an excellent supply of Vcig's on display for sale right at the cash register. I have nothing to qualify my opinion of 2 to 5 cents on day one of listing but just my opinion. Sincerely, Senior Chief
GV: Would you put a number on a lot of young people? And does 100 percent of them like VCIG? Thanks, Senior Chief
Last I read the float was 20 million shares
Wow investors here control 25 percent of the float. A powerful block of shareholders!
Rickylane: I agree with you and I have also been buying and buying TRTC since my first buy on May 15, 2014 and my last buy was today at $0.51. Right now TRTC is 34.61% of my portfolio with 120k shares with an average cost basis of $0.5444 pps, MC$G is 55.01% of my portfolio with 200k shares with an average cost basis of $0.5193. So now I'm all in on both of these stocks and I will stop buying for awhile now. I started with 9 different marijuana stocks for diversity because I knew that I would have some losers but I believed that my winners would make up for the losers plus give me a nice Capital Gains. So now that things have shook out for me and identified the winners/potential winners and losers being identified I'm down to 3 marijuana stocks now with these two and one Canada marijuana stock T$D.V ( also known as T$MJF trading in America like Scottrade). I hope that you are doing well! Have a great weekend. Sincerely, Senior Chief
hobowilly: Some people got cold feet about dropping one off to Greg without Paul's permission so if never happened. Don't know about the others.
Greg Gutfeld is one obvious choice since he is pro E-Cigs and has puffed on an E-Cig several times on the air while blasting some establishments not allowing them. Both the MCIG and VCIG would be appropriate for Greg to have on the air.
MD-420: I bought more shares on June 10, 19, 23, and 25 so I'm all in now and MCIG is 55.74 percent of my total portfolio. I kept saying that I'm done buying but with all of the positives since I first bought on March 24th at $0.80 pps I'm really done buying now and my average cost per share now is $0.5193. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Guess that I missed that yesterday morning. Thanks!
What is with extremely low volume this morning? Your real time ticker ok or is Scottrade messed up?
FYI All: I have sent Buscat a private message asking him to not leave this forum. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Privileged: Another reason why I bought more today.
MJ Heals: I've been in the market since November 1966 and I've never seen such a company as MCIG! And when you add that this is a start up penny stock makes this company a once in a lifetime Oh Wow Gee Wizzer! CEO dos not dilute the stock, is a go getter and gets things done in a timely manner, no debt, dividend spine off of VCIG shares on a 1:1 basis for MCIG shares held, in on the ground floor in a HOT new sector (e.g. marijuana) that is a sector that is currently in it's infancy and just getting established "Nation wide," is advertising their products like a company that has been in business for several years! I compare MCIG to a Geothermal company that I bought in the 1960's at $0.75 pps and the pps went to $110.00! The only mistake that I made with owning that stock was even though I experienced a real nice Capital Gain I sold way too soon because I was new to investing in the markets! I will not make that mistake again because my plan is to gradually start selling my MCIG stock around $1.00 per share until I have sold 50 percent of my holdings and then as the stock continues to rise, which it will, I will be putting in "Stop Loss Sell Orders" and continue to increase the price of my Stop Loss orders to protect my unrealized Capital Gains. Sincerely, Senior Chief
pitadog: I hear ya and I'm done buying. Obviously I'm overly weighted in MCIG stock in my portfolio. Sincerely, Senior Chief
MJ Heals: I figure Ross can't hurt the sales any but only help because a percentage of his followers will buy. Basic statistics 101 tells us that 1 to 3 percent of the people that are introduced to their products by the recent various forms of advertising will buy the product. I'm done buying now and I agree with many here that think that July and Septembers earning reports are going to be exceptional. I hope you are doing well! Sincerely, Senior Chief
Privileged: Holding 200k shares of MCIG now and I had to sell three other stocks in order to buy some more MCIG because I didn't want to take the money out of credit union savings or checking accounts. MCIG is now 56 percent of my portfolio and my average cost basis for MCIG is now $0.5193 pps. Although the stocks that I sold were more Blue Chip type stocks compared to MCIG the stocks that I sold just didn't have the upside potential that MCIG has and I wanted to really be all in MCIG before July gets here. I hope that you are doing well! Sincerely, Senior Chief
What do we know? I contend that we know Rick Ross advertising/endorsements, Bam advertising/endorsements, Rick Ross special lines coming, delayed delivery of customer orders fixed ( if this was not fixed the celebrity endorsements and billboard advertising would not be taking place ), Billboard advertisements up, VCIG Dividend close, no additional shares of stock dilution, and Retail Store sales close to being announced (assumption). With these items it does not pass the test of logic that the stock is trading at $0.49. At these prices I would buy more shares except for the fact that I'm currently all in. I was successful in getting one of our two sons to buy shares and I'm still working on our second son. I've been in the market for 48 years and I have never seen another low priced stock like MCIG is that had such professional high quality Management!
grortate25: I agree that there will be an impressive announcement before the next financial/earnings report PR. I'm guessing the announcement will be regarding Retail Store sales.
Shares update. I'm up to 140k now and I think I previously reported either 100k or 110k (don't remember but whomever is doing the tracking will have the right number). What total shares are owned by people here now? I believe that whatever the total number is they are locked up shares waiting for the VCIG dividend. If the float is 20M and if 2M shares are owned here then we control 10 percent of the float being locked up.
Interesting Article NV Newspaper. Dispensary Losers sore Losers?

MD-420: I agree with ya which is why I bought more MCIG shares last week. MCIG is now 29% of my total portfolio.
220v: Nope, found out yesterday that my cancer is back in two new different locations from my February 2013 cancer surgery which is not a good sign. Scheduled for more cancer surgery July 30, 2014 which is first available for the type of cancer that I have. Thanks for asking. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Pete: History clearly indicates that in most cases a R/S is the kiss of death to the company. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Tounces: As a Radioman in the Navy for over 20 years I am very familiar with "Off-Line" crypto systems, but I am unable to decrypt your post. I hope that you are doing well. Sincerely, Senior Chief
lesgetrich: An excellent post! If the VCIG sales are what I think they have been it would not surprise me if the initial "Fair Market Value" turns out to be more than we anticipate. I have absolutely no solid information to determine the amount of VCIG sales and I base my opinion on what I read from members here that purchase VCIG products on a regular basis. Additionally the recent billboard advertising and the celebrity endorsements of the products further adds to my optimistic opinion. Sincerely, Senior Chief
the haze: Have you seen how much marijuana tax revenue Colorado collected? Clearly indicated most users are not buying on the street!
longhaul4: you are welcome. Have a great evening.
longhaul4: Don't know that answer. I assume you are talking about a IRA account. The financial institution that holds your IRA will immediately be able to tell you over the phone in a matter of seconds. Sincerely, Senior Chief
longhaul4: The VCIG stock distribution will be taxed by the Federal Government and possibly also by your state depending upon what state you live in. You will have to pay the "Dividend" tax on the value of the VCIG shares that you receive.....see below along with a link to the information. If you get 10,000 shares of VCIG stock and if the pps when issued is $0.01 pps and if your AGI is over $200,000.00 then the Federal Tax that you would have to pay on your FY 2014 income tax filing would be $23.80. ( 10,000 shares times $0.01 pps equals $100.00....$100.00 times the 23.8 percent Federal Tax on Dividends equals $23.80 in Federal Dividend Tax that you would have to pay. Your State may or may not also have a tax on Dividends received.
Dividend Taxation in the United States
The current top marginal tax rate on dividend income is 23.8 percent for taxpayers with an adjusted gross income of $200,000 or more ($250,000 or more for married filing jointly). This includes a 20 percent rate on dividend income plus a 3.8 percent tax on unearned income to fund the Affordable Care Act. States also tax personal dividends at top marginal rates that range from zero in states with no personal income tax,[3] such as Alaska, Florida, and Nevada, to 13.3 percent in California (Table 1).[4]

Sleekscape: Yep I'm all in!
mrgreenjeans: Good to have you here in this money making stock with a lot of upside potential! Sincerely, Senior Chief
paperchazer: With my purchase today at $0.577 pps adding to my TRTC position I am now All In, however, one more major announcement and I can easily free up some additional cash to go over what I consider being all in. I have some cash at the brokers now and I could also buy on Margin in addition to the cash that I have there but I have so many shares now that I had better cool it ( I bought shares of TRTC on May 15, 16 June 3, 6, 11, 16, and 18 thanks to the recommendation from a I-Hub member here to buy TRTC ). I have only been on Margin twice in my life and I usually refrain from doing that for obvious reasons. By cool it I do not mean that at this snapshot in time that I have any concerns about the company but I want to maintain a well diversified portfolio. Some members here have posted in one post a very detailed list of positive things about TRTC including the links to all of the narrative things that he/she posted that made doing DD very easy! There are some great people on this forum, some of which I have become personal friends with! It is a pleasure to communicate publically and privately with many people here! Sincerely, Senior Chief
mrgreenjeans: Yep, very interesting, wonder if that was a case of someone wanted TRTC shares real bad? Two times in the past I wanted some shares real bad and could not get filled with my "All or None" number of shares submitted right at the Asked pps, so after waiting and waiting to get filled I changed my order for a few cents above the Ask price and I filled immediately (e.g. microseconds) after I hit the submit icon to place my buy order.
SCashis: I hear ya. I was watching real time from before the open and when I started seeing the drop I put in a limit buy order for $0.55 but when I couldn't get filled and it started back up I raise my buy order above the Asked to $0.58 and I filled at $0.577.
Tradescott818: Agree! I believe there are some investors that I in the stock at extremely low prices (e.g. several cents) so I can understand some taking some profits. Ya can't go broke ringing the cash register, but I will not be selling any until it is over $1.00 per share and then I will not be selling all of my holdings but I will be putting in "Sell Stop Loss" orders to protect my Capital Gains.
